It was a nice place but the hot tub was not hot at all . We were hoping for a nice relaxing time after a long drive . We looked for places that had one and paid a little more for that . Very disappointed.

The room was comfortable, A/C was very effective. Bathroom was large and shower was very nice. The only issue we had was there was a funky aroma in the room. Like smokers had spent a weekend there and an attempt was made to cover the smell with chemicals. And the windows do not open, so we could not let fresh air in. The breakfast was as expected....adequate but not great. We found plenty to keep us satisfied. Good coffee. Parking was easy and plentiful, and it was convenient to get to from the highway. Its a few miles to "downtown" but walkable to the outlet mall. We'd stay again.

Clean and Modern Suite Room The pool was clean The Hot Tub was clean and perfect temp. The front desk staff were helpful and polite. And the best part, breakfast options were delicious and plentiful.

This is one of the cleanest, well maintained hotels I have stayed at over the last few years. Their heated pool and hot tub are such a nice amenity. The breakfast selection was ample and the team keeping the area clean/stocked did a fabulous job. Thank you!

When we first got the room one of the beds had blood stains on it. But when brought up to staff they were quick to fix the problem and brought in a new mattress! The view of the mountains from the room was amazing!

The beds were comfortable but there were no usb ports in the room, the chair in our room was extremely stained and dirty, the shower head was so calcified it sprayed in 50 directions! Breakfast was good, pool and hot tub were clean.

We spent one night at this hotel. The room was clean and the bathroom was very roomy. The staff was very friendly and the fresh cookies were fantastic. The free breakfast was one of the best we have had at a hotel. Would definitely recommend.

Found blood stain on towel. One bed looked slept in so i slept in the other just in case. Something crusty fell off shower curtain. Then I noticed a small black hair in shower the next morning but figured it was just a hair. While showering, i noticed many hairs covering the entire shower wall; i then realized the room had simply not been cleaned. Asked for a refund or even partial refund but was refused. Hotels.com trier to help me negotiate with the hotel but the hotel still refused. They then gave me a new room and i immediately found a yellow stain on the bed sheets. I then asked for new sheets and they cleaned my new room inside and out and then it was fine.

They were strict about the 3pm check in. However when I was able to check in, the staff were amazing. They had delicious cookies for the guests that are made daily. Our room was spacious with a couch and desk. It was very clean. It was below freezing so we wished there were more blankets but we turned up the heat so we were still comfortable. There were so many options for breakfast the next morning. We would definitely stay here again!

Checked in after driving for many hours to open the door to my room and find the fan making a continuous loud noise. I IMMEDIATELY went back to the front desk to relate the problem and request a different room. Was told by front desk manager in a rude manner that I had to WAIT for the maintenance person to check it out and repair it, that they couldn’t simply give me another room! If I hadn’t already prepaid, I would have stayed elsewhere. I left for a couple of hours and returned to find the kind man at the front desk had changed the room for me. The breakfast had lots of good choices and coffee that is freshly ground to order! That was a plus! Great location.

I must say, I was a bit underwhelmed by the service we received. I requested more hangers than the 6 provided in our room, for a weeklong stay. It took 3 requests and a day and a half to receive any extra hangers. One morning during breakfast, the fire alarm went off and continued to blast for approximately 30 minutes. After the system was reset, a red warning sign was placed on one of the elevator doors, saying that it was late for an inspection. The warning was still on the elevator 5 days later when we checked out. Our room was not cleaned for 4 days, and even then, it took 3 requests and 2 days for it to be cleaned. Other than that, our stay was fine.

A staff member was extremely rude to our teenage daughter and her friends who were there for a gymnastics meet. She yelled at them to “get out of the pool” 2 minutes after it closed instead of asking them politely. She then literally chased them down the hallway in order to come track us down in our rooms to alert us. Not to say they shouldn’t have gone out immediately at closing, but to be rude to them just because they are teens is not acceptable. We will stay at the best western across the way in the future where they value our team giving lots of business to their establishment.

We stayed there earlier this month to be near my wife’s brother who died at the end of our stay. We received nothing but courtesy, consideration and kindness from the staff. I returned this weekend to help close down my deceased brother-in-law’s apartment. I received the same wonderful treatment as before.

This hotel is convenient to everything in Castle Rock. The staff was friendly and helpful. Only issue we had was checking out. We had requested a late checkout and it wasnt conveyed to the next shift. As a result our keys were cancelled before we were ready. Inconvenient but fixed quickly.
