First of all one elevator was broke down and the other sounded like it was about to quit. No parking. Wants $45 a night for parking and no guarantee that your car will be safe according to the valet driver. Pool was not clean and very gross. Obviously poor management. I do have to say we did have a nice room but could have been cleaner.

Paid for a 2 bd with pull out couch, got a 2 bed ADA unit with no pull out couch. One elevator (of two) was down and the one working was quite rickety. Mass confusion between Front Desk and Valet for where we could park and what it cost. Did not get what was marketed.

All parking is done by Valet. Although it was quick and the attendant was great, I hate not having the option to park my own car. Its location is downtown which is not the best or worst. I always expect the best from Hampton hotels and this Hampton is average due to its location/ parking situation.

We stayed at the Hampton Inn for three days one night. It was great it was clean. The staff was friendly. They helped me with some important paperwork that I needed to have printed out and they had so many great snacks and the breakfast bar was amazing. I would definitely come back again, especially because it’s so close to everything walking distance and the free bus ride.

Hotel Review Unfortunately, our stay at this hotel was pretty disappointing. Check-in was at 3:00 PM, and we arrived around that time, only to be told that our room wasn’t ready yet and that they would call us when it was available. We never received a call. I went back around 3:45 PM, and at that point we were told the room was ready. Unfortunately, the room still wasn’t properly clean. The pillows on the bed had visible makeup and food marks on them. I brought this to the front desk’s attention, and they said they would bring clean pillowcases to the room, but that never happened. The bathroom was another major issue. It smelled extremely strongly of urine, which made the bathroom unpleasant to use. The one positive was the breakfast. My family really enjoyed it, and it was definitely the highlight of our stay. Overall, the lack of cleanliness and the poor follow-through from the staff made this a disappointing experience.
