I'll start by saying the staff were fantastic and patient with any questions that I had and spaces were well kept around the building. But immediate issues showed up as soon as booking was complete, had I known, I would have booked elsewhere. Right after completing my booking, I was notified by the hotel via email that parking was twentydollars/nt. This was not apparent in the booking process. They also advertised "breakfast" with the room. Bringing young kids, a breakfast with options is essential. Instead, this hotel did not have breakfast, but vouchers for a pastry and yogurt in an airport style grab-and-go with heat and serve or cold foods options (although not enough for everyone in our party). The pastries were minimally adequate, and the heat and serve egg bites (not included in the voucher) inedible. I would have happily booked this location under different circumstances (no kids, no intention of on-site breakfast, location demands), but I felt that this was misrepresented and left me in a pinch for hunting down a decent breakfast. Three stars because the staff and other amenities were appreciated and saved this from a 1 star

Love this area for a hotel stay! Lots of parking, quiet area even though close to busy streets. Helpful, friendly staff. Easy to find. Nice and clean!

Great amenities and helpful staff. Room was comfortable and clean. The bar in the lobby was excellent. My rating is “good” rather than excellent because the little coffee/cafe place closed too early every day. Don’t know if this belongs to the hotel or is a vendor for the hotel but it would have been nice to get something from there later in the afternoon

The location was nice, parking lot was well lit up, felt safe. Our room was large, very clean and beds were comfortable. There were some rowdy guests (pre-teens) in the halls pretty late. Although, that was not the hotels fault, more probably lack of supervision, the noise did carry into the room. After that ended, we all got a very good nights sleep. Highly recommend. We will definitely stay here again when we're in the Denver area.
