Beautiful hotel inside and out but just in a bad spot of town. They also fail to mention that the only available on site parking is $32 a night. If you aren't willing to pay that then you are forced to park on the streets and there were a TON of homeless people around our car at all points through the night. Besides that nice staff and beautiful Hotel in general, Game Room is a unique addition and the glass elevator was a sight to see!

If i had to use one word to descibe this place, it would be "classy." Very pleasant staff. The check-in ladies were very pleasant and were able to give me some good local restaurants to try. The room was very clean. The pools (indoor and outdoor) where great and our kids had so much fun. Beautiful establishment. The cost of the actual room was great, but the only downside is the parking fee and the cost of breakfast. However, the neighborhood is a little sketchy, so I do appreciate the secure parking garage. Overall, way more pros than cons. Despite the extra fees, we will be back. Great experience.

The amenities were good. There was a shuttle to take you to the nearby train station, which is convenient to get to and from the airport. The bed was very comfortable and I woke up feeling refreshed. The bathroom was spacious. Good shower pressure. The toilet seat is uncomfortable. I did use the coffeemaker to make tea. I don't know who designed it or maybe I used it wrong, but the steam coming out of the cup would condense on a lip just under where the water drops out, then spills onto the tray. I probably would stay here again, but if I'm spending more time downtown, I would stay a bit closer.

This hotel is aged, but in great condition. Pros: the hotel shuttle takes you to the train, which is a few stops from Union Square and saves on Uber costs; there is a brewery around the corner, friendly staff. Cons: the indoor pool was closed and filthy as was the hot tub; the neighborhood is not walkable with lots of transients, is industrial and far from downtown. Overall great bang for your buck!

There was a tarp with metal springs covering a pool lift that was super unsafe. It has a hole in the middle and it is not secured in . It was definitely a trip hazard. I killed a cockroach in our room and the curtains are so dirty. The electrical outlet for our coffee maker and lamp were short circuiting . The sink in the bathroom was clogging and was so gross and full of hair and mold when I pulled the stopper. There was a homeless guy who walked in with a case of beers and a lot of homelessness around 12 by the front. We heard yelling and screaming all throughout the night ! My son woke up with bug bite marks all throughout his body.

Our stay was great. The only thing was the bathroom was not cleaned very well. There was a brown smear by the toilet which was very offputting but otherwise everything else was perfect and we would definitely stay here again

Staff here have done an excellent job. The lower rating was due to the windows not being very clean or cleaned properly. I saw a very hardworking employee using a Swiffer-type object to clean the windows, and she could not reach the top. And for our last night stay, we did not have fresh towels. We will be back. I just thought you should know

We loved having a mountain view balcony, the room cleaning staff were amazing, the night appetizers and drinks at the bar, and the Starbucks Barista, Jesse James, were the excellent. Short drive to stores if you need anything! Unfortunately when we went to the pool in the evening, it was visibly dirty and the hot tub was as well. The room furniture could use some TLC. The staff inside the hotel were very polite and professional-Great Staff. The Valet when we arrived was pleasant until we said we would self park. Then he couldn't give us the time of day. We would stay there again when we come to Denver. The views of the mountains, location, and the staff do make it worth it.

This is a cool looking hotel at first glance, but when you look more closely it isn’t that clean. Our TV was completely unplugged and when we finally got it working, the remote didn’t work. The shower leaked so bad all over the bathroom floor. You have to pay a minimum of $32 to park which was not included in the property details. The staff was somewhat helpful but we found them to be kind of rude and made every question seem like a hassle. It’s in a super sketchy area too, dirty and littered streets surround it. There wasn’t even a single water in the fridge either. Would recommend to go some place else.

Rooms are outdated and run down. The slider to the patio was a very old double pane that let in every single bit of outside noise. Walls were thin enough we could hear the neighbors tv. The shower leaked so badly that it took all the towels to clean it up and the paint was peeling.

Our go to hotel when we are in Denver. The view of the city from the balcony is everything. 4th of July fireworks across the city could be seen from this hotel and it was very nice. Will return again!

This hotel is quite a distance from the Downtown area so factor in the price of Ubers. Other than that the rooms are big clean and comfortable. The breakfast is also very good. They do have an issue with their wifi connection though.

We didnt receive the upgraded room we booked and paid for and received their standard king room without a balcony. The tv didnt work off the bat and the front desk was of little help. We were told we could switch rooms but never heard back from the front desk about it. The room was small and unimpressive. The shower glass doors leaked so water was everywhere when we showered. Parking was almost $40. The hotel was very busy and loud at all hours and the neighbors were fighting all night. Overall, this was the most expensive hotel we've stayed at during our staycations in denver and most definitely the worst. We had been so excited to stay here but now i suggest you stay at the holiday inn next door & some some cash. Way better experience.

Very polite, respectful staff in a calm enviroment. We ck in and the sliding door to our room had a gap at the top allowing road noise in. The following morning we asked of another room was available and they were very accommodating to put us in a new room for the remainder of the stay.

Had an awesome stay at the Renaissance Denver. The staff was amazing and super professional (all dressed sharp, which you don’t see much anymore). Rooms were big, quiet, and spotless thanks to great housekeeping. Loved the lounge downstairs. I’d avoid walking east of the property, but if you head south, Station 26 Brewery is a gem. The only letdown was the buffet breakfast – I’d skip it and eat elsewhere. Other than that, it was a great experience and I’d definitely stay again.

The team seemed very helpful. However, the AC did not work the first night. I was too tired to call. I called in the am and they said they would send someone up. I waited and no one came. I had to leave for my meeting around 8 am. I stopped by the front desk and told them no one came. They assured me they would send someone to fix it. When I got back that night it was not fixed. Had to call 2 x for someone to come. He could not fix it. Offered to move my room. It was too late so I decided to stay and engineer brought me a fan. The fan was so loud I could not use it. Between that and the noise outside I hardly slept. Very disappointed in this experience.

When we arrived our flight was late so we thought we would have to walk from the train station to the hotel but they sent a shuttle for us at 11:30pm. Upon arrival check in was easy and Jacob was great. The next day we left and asked the front desk to put a call into housekeeping for towel and coffee service only. And when we returned to our room after a long day our things had been moved room fully serviced and half my gummy meds missing. So I went to the desk lodged a complaint and never heard back from anyone. We ate dinner in restaurant which was awesome but very expensive for burgers and fries and 2 drinks and a bottle of wine. The next day we went to the pool and after the pool we wanted water so we went to the desk and as to put the water on my room only to be told by Slavkov that it had to be done at the kiosk. So we tried to check out at the kiosk only to find room charge was not an option. Something that should have been told to us considering we we in our swimsuit's and was not carrying a purse. Othe than that our stay was good.

Overall it was great. Only main concern was the cleaning staff did not knock and just walked in unannounced MULTIPLE times.. we wanted them to come in and take the trash however common courtesy would be to knock to see if anyone’s there before just opening the door, seeing someone saying sorry and shutting the door. This happened 3x - and I had a child in the room. Check out time is 11- there shouldn’t be a cleaning staff member opening up the door without any kind of knock prior to check out time. That was the only thing that didn’t sit right with me. Also the parking garage is extremely confusing. I asked the woman who checked me in and she gave me a voucher card for the weekend however there were no instructions or guidance on how parking was paid or tracked. Once asking a different staff member she clarified the Cameras were down for the weekend and my parents check-in details advised parking was complimentary that weekend (the woman that checked us in was very nice but when asking about the parking situation she said “I don’t actually know.” Which then prompted her to give us the voucher even though it was supposedly complimentary. Overall great place to stay just a few minor issues with cleaning staff not knocking before entering the room and the front desk not have clear concise information on important details in regard to parking. On Expedia it stated there’s a daily parking fee of $30 or $33 per day. Restaurant staff was so kind; food was okay.

Clean, fun place to stay. Definitely recommend the room service! We ordered the burgers for dinner after a long day and they were so good, we had them again the next night. One mile from a good outdoor shopping center. My only thing was the location. Definitely not an area of town you could walk around and feel safe, but they do a good job of keeping the entire property secure and we felt very safe otherwise.

Parking is in a garage about 200 feet from building. Then when you get inside the parking lot, you have to pass by valet parking and handicap parking. There’s no microwave in the room. The menu is kinda of pricy and there is no conventional breakfast available. You spend money on parking daily and food. And there’s no microwave. It’s a very fancy upscale hotel but I spend 150 extra on food and parking. And then I couldn’t save my food because the fridge wasn’t large enough and then I couldn’t rear heat it. Oh, there’s a Starbucks, so that’s cool.

I checked in late, was given late check out.. paid for 2 comp breakfasts and garage parking (or so I thought) I have briefly worked at the Renaissance in dt Seattle previously, if a guest had two comp breakfasts & only needed one, we’d let the guest trade in a breakfast for a free night of parking (if the person simply asked, since one person doesn’t really need two breakfasts) Well since I booked through a third party I was told I could not change anything! I parked in the garage but amazingly wasn’t charged! The breakfast was delicious (and I got two of em) The room was spacious and comfortable. I loved the balcony and watching the sun rise ☀️ The buildings architecture was amazing and so was the pool area! Would definitely stay again!

Starbucks was closed in the afternoon, would have like to have access to a coffee or hot tea in the afternoon. The conditioner was empty in our bathroom. The food for the conference was great! The conference rooms and area were great.
