The good: Max at check-in was very friendly and helpful, and the valet staff were consistently friendly and attentive, always happy to open the front door for us. The bad: Housekeeping was unreliable — there’s no stated “every other day” policy, yet our room was randomly skipped on multiple days. On the days they did clean, they often forgot to restock coffee and fresh towels, despite taking all the used towels from the bathroom. The pool was in poor condition, with a noticeably yellow-green tint to the water. The front desk manager was unpleasant to deal with. During checkout, there was a long line, but she seemed unwilling to help until the wait became noticeably uncomfortable for other guests. The attached restaurant also fell short — we visited twice and had to wait a long time just to be acknowledged, and the pizza was poor quality. Overall, a disappointing stay given these recurring service and cleanliness issues.

We were truly impressed with the Warwick. The room as outstanding. All the staff were helpful (bartenders, cleaning staff, front desk). They let us use the pool until our room was ready as well. They also offered a free drink each night of our stay. The restaurant had a great daily happy hour as well. I would definitely stay again.
