Nice property! The only negative was the $10 per day charge for parking. I probably didn’t read Expedia’s fine print and didn’t realize it before booking. But, when a motel does that, it makes their upfront price appear to be a better deal than other similar motels that don’t charge or have a different price for parking. A bit misleading … I might have selected a different motel.

The hotel is just average. The building is very old, the rooms are very small. It appears this hotel was converted from a different brand to a Hampton. I’ve stayed in many Hamptons and this one just doesn’t measure up. The rate was good, but adding $10 a day for parking is not cool. They have plenty of parking and this is just an add on. Just build it into the rate! Also charging $100 for incidentals is pretty steep. If you stay there, get a top floor room or hope no one is above you. The staff was very nice, the breakfast was good, so it’s not all bad. Just not what I’m used to at a Hampton room wise.

Great comfortable bed with blackout blinds. Clean and well maintained. As of 11/2023, remodeling the front of the building, but the inside is nice and great for an extended stay or overnight trip. Breakfast is very good and well stocked. Definitely a great place to stay especially if in Denver tech area.

Room are not sound proof. Hear noises from parking lot. Worst of all - unacceptable we were force to pay $10 for parking when there are plentiful available. We will never return to this location again and choose alternative on free parking

Hotel was clean. Service was excellent. The only complaint I have is the $10/day parking fee. I can see paying a fee for underground parking. I can't see the fee for just parking exposed in a lot that has no security and the ice removal was not the best.

The room didn’t have enough outlets in it and the vent on the door of the HVAC system was dirty. The sheets had stains on them and the doors of the rooms had a crack that you could see light from outside in the hallway. And the breakfast wasn’t very impressive

I stayed here for 3 nights for a work trip in June 2023. The first night, I was prepping for bed and realized the sheets were inside out and had visible stains as well as some debris. They seemed dirty. Tried calling the front, no answer. Called 10 min later, no answer. Walked to the front, no one was there. I waited about 20 minutes total and someone came back and was able to give me sheets. I made my own bed. They didn't tell me when I checked in that housekeeping doesn't come at all unless you request (and the last Hilton hotel they told me it was request only and someone still came to clean my room about halfway through a trip). No one ever came to retrieve the dirty linens or make the bed, so it was not made properly the whole trip (I'm bad at putting those crazy linens back together!). Night 3 out of 4 days, I called at 7:30 am to let them know the toilet was acting up from the first time I used it day 1. They said a maintenance person would come at 8 or 9 am after I was out for the day. I came back at 8 pm, it was in the same condition. I spoke to a woman at the front who suggested she give me a plunger and I try to fix it. I explained to her that I didn't cause the issue - that it wouldn't function properly even the first time I used it. They had no other rooms available she said, so I'd have to tough out not having a toilet. There are toilets in the front and near the gym so I'd have to do that. I have never in my life stayed at a hotel where they have a toilet

Staff was very friendly and attentive. Would have more stars but you can hear EVERYTHING through the walls. We were in the room next to the elevator and it was constant noise. Someone was cleaning next door one morning and we heard every cabinet slam. We could hear every door slam. The fact we were in the suburbs and still had to pay for parking was a little absurd as well.

Amazing staff! We were driving back to Nevada from Florida and needed to sleep. We had our 5 month old with us and they let us check in after 12. Check in time was for 3 but they allowed early. Thank goodness cause we were exhausted!!! The room had a small kitchen with utensils, a full fridge and bedroom with doors that closed. The tvs were big and the bed was so comfortable! I meant to see what brand it was. Shower was on the smaller side but it was fine. They serve breakfast in the morning. Premade Omelettes, potatoes, some sausage and you can make your own oatmeal, cereal and pancakes! Def an amazing place to stay!

We stayed 5nights while our home was being renovated. The first night we stayed in a room that had an adjoining door. Through that door you could hear everything in the room next door, as though they were in the room with you! The next day we asked to be moved and the helpful guy at the desk immediately accommodated us. Our new room was much quieter (although the room itself was more worn with upholstery damage, some broken floor tile etc. The beds in both rooms were excellent. The kitchen was sparsely outfitted but we made it work. All the guest services were fantastic. The breakfast was marginal-scrambled eggs, sausage?, potatoes in a warming bin. There were few fruit options and packaged pastries…waffle batter was provided for make your own waffles. The upholstery on the chairs in the eating area was pretty dirty. We will use/recommend this hotel due to the excellent service/staff and fantastic beds plus it’s close to our home for guests.

We had a room with 2 double beds, the only drawback was the room was exceptional small , very narrow! No room for chairs or to put luggage. Other family members had King bedroom & they were excellent.

The worst Hampton Inn experience. The walls are paper, thin, and even after they moved me, which was gracious, I could not get sleep. This is an old Hampton, in Sabin, prepared not to sleep well.

The maid service and the staff at the front desk were incredibly helpful! My 96 year old father stayed at the hotel, and they promptly responded to a clogged toilet and helped us try to find his lost hearing aid.

We were in Denver for college visits. The hotel had convenient parking, great free breakfast, and quality rooms. Our car battery died and the hotel manager went out of his way to jump our car. We were grateful.

Friendly, helpful staff 24/7. Excellent location with 3 dining options w/i 200 feet walking! Varied and most ample breakfast. Well maintained, clean, safe lodging that will not break your budget. I always enjoy staying at this property when in Denver. It is in a safe, clean location and there are several amenities within walking distance. I also enjoy the studio apartment feel with the kitchen. It makes for a roomy, cozy environment. 😃

Friendly staff, clean rooms, several food options within walking distance. This is a business district with easy parking access and close to the freeway. We stayed for 2 nights and got a much better rate than similar properties in other areas of Denver. Would stay here again.

I think on the weekends your breakfast should be open an hour later. Other than that it was a great stay. Staff always smiling ready to help front desk cheery and offered assistance. Breakfast was always good and hot. Will definitely stay again.

Great staff. Beautiful grounds for walking pets or just roaming to stretch your legs and get some fresh air. Was a great experience for the three days we were there. Didnt especially care for same breakfast all three days. Sausage patties were horrible. Otherwise, all good.
