Overall, this hotel had every base covered for a pleasant weeklong stay; it’s not brand spanking new but it’s maintained. Beds comfortable, rooms spacious, great amenities, great location… but the real reason for the high stars is the staff; incredibly helpful and willing to go the extra mile. When we needed some extra supplies, the manager at the front desk delivered them personally and quickly. When our itinerary changed, they were able to accommodate us without hesitation. The staff working the breakfasts were constantly replenishing, cleaning, and the food was better than your average continental affairs. The staff deserves 6 stars+ !!!

My daughter arrived first and checked us through. When I arrived and went to the room, the air-conditioning not working and it smells like there was rotten food somewhere in the room. They did change us to another room, but the first room really wasn’t taking care of.
