Hotel in the heart of downtown Denver. NO awesome roof top patio NO pool no Hot Tub. Elevators had real mechanical problems that the Denver Fire Dept. came in several times to remedy. Rooms poorly Air conditioned with noisy fans. Decor all brown. No maid service unless scheduled 24 hr in advance.Rooms bare bones no lotion hair dryer etc. Front desk staff was great. Breakfast average.

Continental breakfast was very good! Price of parking on the property was too expensive. Downtown area next to hotel where shopping was located was under construction. Many shops were closed or out of business.

We really appreciated the early check-in after a long flight. Really inviting lobby with fireplace and a small shop. Although we didn’t use it, they have a nice bar open from 4PM-11PM, as it’s a downtown location that doesn’t have as many options for a drink. Our room was very comfortable and the front desk personnel (all gentlemen) who helped us were really kind and helpful.

Room and breakfast were good and nothing to complain about. The only complaint is that parking is another $39 per night (!), and the parking lot is very difficult to navigate because the entry and exit doors are very narrow and the turning radius is also very tight. I had a small car and it was tricky. A larger car will return a lot of "Austin Powers" back and forth to get around corners, otherwise you'll get all scraped up.

Loved that this hotel was close to an area with lots of restaurants and shops plus Union Station. Also needed a pet-friendly hotel. The breakfast was great. Not just muffins and bagels. Dining area was large. Enjoyed the deck area to sit outside and the option of the fire pit. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Easy walking distance to Coors Field for a baseball game. Liked the self-parking and in and out option of the parking garage, but the area was a bit tight for a pickup truck. Liked the large fridge in the kitchen, plus dishes, etc. The room did not have a luggage rack which I could have used.

Very nice staff. Easy check in. Parking available in parking garage at hotel. $42 per night to park was a little high in my opinion but worth it considering it’s downtown and a very safe place to stay. Even the lobby bathrooms require keycard access as they are guest only. Being downtown I think that’s a great safety measure so not anybody can just go in. Room was clean, spacious, quiet and had a great view. Would happily stay here again

The room we stayed in needed attention. Shelf in the bathroom was coming off the wall, the paint was peeling in the ceiling in the bathroom. Toilet would not stop running the entire time. We were there though we reported it. Bathroom sink was clogged. Had to have somebody come and unclog it. Didn’t clean out room.

Nobody told us that nobody cleans your room unless is requested 24 hours in advance. We asked fir at least clean towels, and we put the used towels at the door. Those towels stayed at the door until almost 6:00 PM. Another room also had towels at the door as it was instructed in the little paper given at check in. This looks unsightly. Our friend used the parking garGe at the hotel, and someone broke into her car, but apparently there are not cameras. The room was super comfortable and spacious and breakfast was good.

The property is overdue for refurbishment. Walls had lots of scuff marks on them. The toilet in my bathroom was decidedly temperamental; if I got the flush wrong, water just kept pouring into the bowl until I lifted the lid off the cistern and jiggled the valve. The tap over the basin wasn't securely attached. The dark brown carpet was stained. The room was clean but the bedding didn't have that crisp cleanliness that I expected.

We have stayed many times and usually love the peoperty but this time they shower had hair everywhere. Was gross. And the cost of parking is rediculous. We paid to stay to pay that kind of rate at a place you already paid for a room is unreal.

We stayed here for the night to go to the Savannah Bananas games at Coors Field. The location was excellent, we walked with our children to and from the game with no problem. If you have a larger vehicle, the parking garage is a little hard to navigate but doable. We got to check in early which was great, our room was very hot- we set the A/C to 68 to head to the game and when we got back, it was hotter in our room than it was outside in August in Denver. We turned it down as low as we could per the sign in the room- to 65- and still no cool air. We were all miserably hot and none of us could sleep. We opened the window which helped a little, but overall had a miserable night because of that.

Super clean and nice accommodations. The size of the living area and kitchen was larger than expected and the couch was comfortable. Great location, good sized bathrooms, free breakfast. Bed was a little firm, could use some fluffier pillows, but overall it was a nice spot and would go back.

Had issues with the bath and sink. Water was not draining. It was morning when we figured it out so couldnt change rooms or anything because there is no point. We didnt take a shower or anything we just had to go to another hotel for the next night to take a shower

Brad the GM was most welcoming upon our arrival. Allowed us early check in with our flight getting in way early. They also held our bags for us while we wandered around waiting for the room and our departure as well. Breakfast was delicious and a decent variety. This hotel is walking distance from union station which allowed to easily catch trains/bus to our planned places of tour. Would stay again!

We were greeted in a very unfriendly manner as if we were rude that the front desk people were having a conversation. We didn’t even say anything but smile. Then were told the room we requested and paid for was no longer available. Was told coffee was available in lobby and never was full or even there at all, we asked for help with parking and was told it was outside the hotel offsite. We parked in the wrong lot and paid for it and then hotel still charging us for the parking even though I asked cameras to be checked that our vehicle never entered their parking garage. I chose this location due to reviews and location. Bummed it wasn’t such a good stay.

Arrived at 1am and although i had paid for the previous night, i was told the hotel was oversold and I would not have a room (my full stay was 5 nights). The receptionist was very rude and unhelpful, simply telling me to go to the hotel across the street. I never received any email, phone, text regarding the oversold hotel rooms - ironically I received emails asking me how my check in experience was and that they "were available any time for assistance." Terrible.

Overall, I really enjoyed my stay at the Residence Inn. Only problem we faced was with the parking. The parking garage in the hotel is really narrow and very expensive for overnight parking. However, the room was great and you can walk to different dining areas and shops in the surrounding area

Another great Residence Inn in a perfect, downtown location. Steps from the 16th St Mall, access to free busses, light rail, museums, stadiums. Safe area, and property was nice with a good breakfast included. When I travel with my family, I always try to get a Residence Inn for the kitchen and bedroom(s). My son and I stayed here for the Metallica concert and really enjoyed it.

The breakfast had no meat. For the price of the hotel and it being a Residence Inn, the breakfast was plain and the same type I’d get at a low end hotel. I expected better. Also, there wasn’t one luggage rack in our room which was a two bedroom suite for five people. Not one luggage rack!
