Residence Inn by Marriott Denver Tech Center

This is a condo type hotel. We had a 2 story unit. The downstairs had a full kitchen, sitting area, a full size bedroom and a bath/shower. Upstairs was a queen size bedroom with a shower only. We were very comfortable walking around the neighborhood. The pool was clean and they furnished towels. The laundry room was nice and clean. It is a NO CASH laundry.This hotel is centrally located to all the areas we went to which made a great home base. We would stay here again for sure.

We originally chose this because it had a pool...The pool was empty...

Great helpful authentic staff. superior breakfast. great sheets, nice shower head! sweet kitchen well stocked, a few of the pots should be retired. in water heater closet the old flooring should be trimmed away - just picky property mgmnt details.... We LOVED OUR STAY!! WE WANTED TO STAYYYYY. great sweet pool!! thank you♡♡

It was great, but they need to advertise better about the pool that it doesn't open until Memorial Day week instead of just in May.

We went back after a great experience. Second experience was great also. Pet friendly is important for our stay. Quiet, no elevators, very clean inside and out. We will book here every time we have business in Greenwood Village.

A little old, but clean and kept up. We had three things in our room break but they fixed them right away. You have to pay $10 per day to park which is ridiculous. The couch and one of the beds were quite uncomfortable. The bed upstairs was okay. The staff was amazing.

It was ok. There is no elevator. A day after my stay a lady from the hotel called to tell me i forgot some items and she would send them to me. I thought that was a very kind jester. Thank You.

Friendly staff, hot breakfast each day, location is within walking distance of the light rail(train) and a shopping center with food, alcohol, health stores. Parking was $10 a night though.

Really nice place, the only thing preventing 5 stars is that you have to pay for parking, but they only tell you when you get there, which seems like a bit of a trap.

The room we were in was musty, dirty and the wall between the vanity and bathroom looked like it was repaired by a blind two year old. The Marriott chair can do better and SHOULD do better. I took pictures of the wall but I don’t see a place to put them.

My room was spacious and the kitchen had everything I needed. The desk space and bathroom counters were roomy and helpful for the way I travel. However, the room is quite dated, the carpet frayed in places, and there is discoloration around the caulking in the bathtub. Those things and the fact that the room surfaces weren't very clean made it a less than ideal stay.

The breakfast was much better than I had expected. Everything was clean and staff were friendly. The bed was awful though, it was an old spring mattress and super lumpy.

Our room was visibly filthy when we checked in and smelled.

The room was dirty, smelled of cigarettes the counters were sticky and there was food splattered on the wall.

We found food on the floor in the kitchen, sitting area and bedroom. It was obvious that the floors had not been cleaned.

Front staff super nice but the room wasn’t clean on arrival and our towels were covered in what looked like beard hair

Bathroom floor dirty, hair in corner. Broken small pieces of glass by glass slider door. Asked for housekeeping every other day, they came twice during 6 day stay never cleaned broken glass or bathroom floor. Saturday, Sunday & Monday ran out of food in dining area. Poor upkeep outside: paint peeling, door entrance mat covered with leaves & mulch during 6 day stay. Positive: clerks at front desk friendly, kitchen clean

The room is clean but older, dark and dingy. Now I understand why the price was $88 per night. I would not choose the DTC property for a future stay. Also, my interaction with the manager that was very unsettling. Housekeeping protocol was not explained to me at check in. Day three of my stay I inquired about it in a call to the front desk because noone had come by to clean yet. As I was talking to the front desk agent Thomas, I could hear someone in the background giving him answers and instructions to my questions. I asked who that person was. He said, his boss. I asked to speak with her. She told me that housekeeping is rendered every third day, but I could not have service done because they do not do same day service requests. Also, it had snowed, and she told me she was not going to make her girls go out into the weather to do the cleaning. I said to her, "Isn't that the job they signed up for?" She said, yes, but she bet that I wouldn't want to do it. We exchanged a few more words. She was very rude and not at all accommodating to me as a guest. Since we had this exchange, she said she could put me out of the hotel. I said nothing else because my I would allow my review to speak and reachout to Corporate and so I asked if I could at least get clean towels. Thomas brought them over. I finished my stay in Denver at Residence Inn in Greenwood Village. The property there is newer, and the staff is professional AND accommodating to the guest. DTC management is terrible.

Gnats/fruit flies throughout the room. Room wasn’t ready until 1.5 hours after check in time. No regular coffee available in the room (“supplier issue”). Old, outdated hotel. Dirty and not well maintained. Sad to be in the Marriott line up because well under my expectations.

Very large room, full kitchen. Great!

Had the worst wifi EVER! I reported it to the Front Desk and was given a new connection. The new one was just as bad as the previous one. We used the hotspots for our phones the entire stay.

The room was spacious and provided good spaces to work/study. The heater worked great!

The building 12 is a wifi dead spot. Bathtub faucet is falling apart.. Lack of maintance upkeep .

Pros: Quiet, seemingly safe, good food and groceries in walking distance, convenient to I-25, staff were nice, good streaming options on tv, kitchen is stocked fine, nice big rooms, nice late 12:00pm checkout. Cons: water pressure in shower was extremely low, breakfast hot food and coffee were cold so we had to buy breakfast, breakfast was so crowded we had to eat back at the room the next day.

Great place for long term stays. Personal condos, not a big hotel. Great kitchen and excellent desk space for being able to work from there

It was noisy. I dont think the slider in the bedroom was sealed. I could plainly hear the people on the patio below me. I could also smell the cigar smoke in my room. I checked and the slider was completely closed. The bed was hard too.

Rooms were decent and clean, you can tell that once upon a time they were apartments.

We love this room configuration. Easy load in with the patio door, short walk to the car, able to keep an eye on the car. This room was also the quietest hotel room we’ve had in a long time.

It was what I expected. I was looking for an affordable place to stay and the comfort and convenience was good enough. Beds not great, great amount of space, strange parking fee to park in the hotel parking lot. If affordability is what you are looking for it will be great for you. If you desire a comfortable place to sleep pay more somewhere else.

Excellent stay for our family this weekend, close enough to walk to fiddlers green for a concert- excellent location. The front office staff were exceptional! They were kind, friendly, and proactively put our two rooms adjoining- thank you!

I booked a room 4 months ago through Expedia. I showed up at about 5:30 pm to find out they had no rooms and had filled mine with no notice to me. They booked me in another hotel 20 minutes away, didn’t pay for my transportt and put me in a single room with two beds instead of the 2 bedroom suite I had booked. I received no discount. It was not good

Booked this hotel through Hotels.com, showed up for check in and they said they are all out of rooms. They turned us away and said woops, we overbooked. They did say they have a sister hotel you can go stay at. They didn't help me find another reservation or give me a room at their sister location for the same price I had already paid. It wasn't great customer service. Said they'd refund the purchase, they haven't. Not to mending I wasn't the only person in the lobby who was turned away because of their overbooking problem. Not a great experience.

The whole staff was just amazing. So friendly. I highly recommend. Best hotel I’ve ever stayed at.

The property was nice and the staff was fantastic!

Check in was supposed to be 4:00Pm. We got there at 5:00pm with about 30 couples all stranded as no one could check in because the rooms weren’t ready. Everyone was checking in because Jelly Roll was playing at Fiddlers Green down the road. We were all placed on a waitlist and told they would call when our room was ready. No one called. I wasn’t able to shower or get ready for the concert. Got to the concert late waiting for a room and then a thunderstorm came and we weren’t able to get into fiddlers green for almost an hour because they stopped letting people in during the thunderstorm. Everyone was caught outside. We missed the first part of the show. Had we been able to check in on time we would have made it to the concert in plenty of time. Totally disappointed. But the staff was calm and trying their best. Very polite and worked well under pressure. I believe they were just very short staffed and there had been another concert the night before. At the same time this wasn’t their first rodeo. I’m surprised how unprepared and disorganized they were. Lots of unhappy people needing to check in Room was clean and comfortable. Like a little apartment. We loved it once we were able to get the room. Walking distance to fiddlers green was our biggest reason we chose this hotel. No Uber needed.

Reserved room online and then they told us it was sold out when we arrived at 10:15pm.

Walking distance to the light rail. Makes it convenient to get places without driving. Breakfast was pretty good, though I would like more vegetarian/non dairy options. They did have oat milk!! The property is showing signs of age, cracked sidewalks, but the room was clean and comfortable. I was a little annoyed because the started charging for parking. We probably will stay again because of the location.

Amazing view of the mountains! Lots of room! Walking distance to Fiddlers Green. Only four rooms to a unit so pretty private like a home away from home. 🙂

We stayed here so we could attend a concert nearby and it was perfect. Just a short walk, comfortable, and clean. Great friendly staff!

Convenient and had everything we needed, Breakfast was good and we were able to walk to the liightrail transportation to Denver University to attend a hockey game.

We stayed 3 nights and enjoyed the relatively quiet neighborhood, good hot breakfast, onsite parking, and convenience to restaurants and shops. The interstate wasn't far away so we had good travel access too.

the place is a little aged. you can tell it was upgraded but not recently. The grounds are taken care of but everything just looks aged. the buildings that sit by the main road need better sound proofing as you can hear all the road traffic not just the loud cars. The breakfast buffet was nice but we could tell it was an after thought by the hotel. food was just microwave heated up in the back somewhere then dumped into the bins. on Sunday they ran out of food and the attitude was oh well. Not a great stay but not horrible just meh. staying at the double tree next time.

Room service came once during a 5 night stay, you have to specifically request when you would like it, which is a little different. There was water all over the bathroom counter when we first arrived, and our spare toilet paper had dirt caked on the top of it. Parking is also $10 a day which I was unaware of before booking, but I should have looked more into it. The staff was friendly and easy to work with, and breakfast was great, there were some new options most days. Sometimes you could hear the road nearby, but nothing some white noise can’t cover up. Not bad for a week long stay, especially for the price with a full kitchen.

First, the flying ants that appeared daily in my bath tub. The staff was able to tell me why they were there. They just couldn't solve the problem. Second, the complimentary breakfast. I stayed at another Residence Inn a couple of weeks prior and they had solid, fresh cooked offerings. This Residence Inn served freshly-cooked scrambled eggs and bacon once during the 30 days that I stayed there. The other 29 days, we were offered packaged breakfast things. On July 5 there was trash half-in and half-out of trash bags in the grassy area near my room. These were clearly left by July 4th partyers. Even after I alerted them to the problem, the trash remained far too long. This property is tired and shabby. I doubt I'll stay there again.
