Curtains were torn, a/c didn't work, pool and hot tub were closed permanently but advertised as amenities, and there was a hidden charge for an extra bed in the room even though I reserved it with the correct number of people in the room. There's better hotels in the area for the same price. You should probably go there instead.

The listing showed a pool but the pool was broken. There was also complimentary breakfast but I had to wait 45 minutes for coffee. The coffee was not very good and the breakfast was mediocre. This was the final straw. I had a reservation for 6 days, I checked out after that first night.

There was an issue with the air conditioning. When we checked in our room was 78°. And supposedly the air conditioning was on full. It never got below 76. We chose this hotel because of the pool, but upon arrival we were told. It was closed for renovation.😢

Our room had no air conditioning the door was hard to open and the hair dryer did not work, some of the outlets also did not work. When the booked with this hotel i was under the impression that there was a pool like the listening said. when we got there we where told there was no pool right now that it has been under construction since January.

Overall the stay was good, the breakfast was actually better than we expected. The pool being closed was upsetting but understandable. The only problem with the stay was I’m not sure what was going on with the Air conditioner in our room it was set to 66 but the room stayed at about 80 for the two nights we were there and it was very humid. I’m glad we like to travel with a fan. I think the hotel is going through some upgrades so maybe it was that. Other than that the front desk was very nice and the checking in online made things so much easier. The room was very clean and comfortable other than the temperature.

The pool/hot tub were closed, but no problem- wasn’t planning on using anyway. Check in was easy and the room was clean and spacious. The cooling unit wasn’t working as well, seemed like the heater was on and I was HOT! Had to open the window.

We usually pick our hotels based on a few factors one of them being the pool. The pool at this location is falling apart. The ceiling literally has a huge hole over the hot tub and it looked like more could fall at any time. Also we had a metallic smell to us when we got out. We opted to find a local rec center instead of using the pool for the remainder of our trip. The rooms were pretty nice but also falling apart in some places (carpet pulling up, paint peeling). The staff was SO kind and the breakfast was really delicious and full of choices that pleased all my picky eaters. I don't think we would choose to stay here again as it felt like the building was falling apart.

We had bed bugs in our room! So disgusting! We brought our 2 daughters with us to attend a concert. Never would have paid that much only to stay close to the venue if it weren't for them!!! And sure enough after 2 nights there we all had multiple bite marks and found evidence of bed bugs in the sheets the following morning, including exoskeletons!!! I tried to talk with the front desk upon check out and was not given a "oh. no" an "I'm sorry"...just told "talk to the manager". Very poor service!! I have tried to reach out to the establishment multiple times and have yet to get a response let alone an apology. Best part...I am a member of a large band group following on social media. So FYI, your booking numbers may be down for furture events. Very poor service. Very disappointed

BED BUGS! Stayed one night…smelled dingy then woke up with bites and visually saw bed bugs crawling in the bed. Front desk staff, lady named MJ, did not seem surprised nor care. She offered no reimbursement for the night we didn’t stay and said we’d have to take it up with hotels.com. So lesson learned…no more third party bookings from now on book direct though hotel! Now Decontamination time. Also do better Wyndham!

Hole in the wall of the elevator, Bullet hole? Maybe. Cling wrap over the smoke detector above the bed, smell of smoke in the room! Night stand drawer contained stained screw driver and cleaning supplies. Was this room the scene of a crime? Ripped curtains, flaking paint on the ceiling above the shower. Needless to say, I would not stay in room 202 again!!

We had a suite Room 238 and it was super dark in the suite. There was hardly any ventilation in the bedroom so it was always warm in there. Also the shower was filled with BLACK MOLD!

The hotel was clean and located in a nice area, but the air conditioning did not work. The thermostat would only stay at 75 degrees no matter how much you tried to change the temperature. Also the walls were very thin, we could hear everyone walking above us while we were trying to sleep.

The entire hotel seemed to be struggling to stay cool. The hallways and common areas were all very warm. My room A/C was never able to reach a temp below 79 during the day. It ran constantly on “high”, never shutting off. By early hours of the morning it would finally cool off to 74, but that is still much warmer than I am comfortable with.

Clean and quiet room. Good amenities. Only issue is the Heat/AC , The room was 82 degrees when we arrived. We turned the unit to cool and it continued to deliver heat all night.

Very clean and located in a quiet area. The hotel was walking distance to the light rail. Great location for running. The only thing about staying downstairs was the people staying above us. It seemed like they were stomping on the floor when walking around.

The daily breakfast buffet and the cleanliness of my room were outstanding, as was the peace and quiet factor. The inability to adjust my room’s a/c was one glaring negative. Yes, the room had its own thermostat that you could “adjust” but adjustments had absolutely no effect on lowering the temp below 75 degrees. I resigned myself to that fact but I would’ve preferred it cooler.

My girlfriend and I stayed at this location on Thursday, October 19th and we had the most disrespectful experience that we have ever had at any place we have ever stayed. We went to continental breakfast in the morning, and my girlfriend was having problems with the pancake maker. The attendant for the breakfast was extremely rude to her saying "why would you push it so many times? Now look what you did" rather than assisting her in understanding how to make it work, which resulted in my girlfriend just walking away. The attendant then brought over a plate with a pancake on it and my girlfriend took it from her, but because she felt disrespected, she didn't say thank you to the attendant. The attendant then came back over, took the plate and crumpled it up and said, "don't be so angry", and threw her plate in the trash!! We brought this situation to the general manager, and we never received any response back! This place is very rude to their guests, and we felt so disrespected. For how much we paid, we will NEVER return here!!

I just love this hotel and will be staying here from now on. I stay in Denver about 2 or 3 weekends a month and have been trying to find my “go to place” and this is it! The staff are GREAT! The place is so clean and comfortable! Easy check in and very, very accommodating. Thank you!

Very clean and located in a quiet area. The hotel was walking distance to the light rail. Great location for running. The only thing about staying downstairs was the people staying above us. It seemed like they were stomping on the floor when walking around.

Great location that is close to Denver. You could tell this was a corporate heavy location because on Saturday the area was pretty quiet immediately surrounding the hotel. Really easy to drive around and look at the beautiful buildings.

The property is showing its age, but it is clean and generally well maintained. The furnishings are solid and comfortable. The staff was very courteous and attentive. Breakfast buffet was terriffic. Pleasant stay. Excellent value.

Hunkered down here for the winter storm. Hot breakfast everyday, with a good variety to choose from! The green salsa was bomb!!! Hot tub not currently in service but not sure if it was inside or out. Construction going on but never heard it. TV/Dish went out due to storm understandably so! Front desk and breakfast employees were extremely kind and professional. Will stay here again!

Had to hunker down for the snow storm. Clean, friendly, great breakfast w/variety, and some bomb green salsa!! Had construction going on while I was there but did not hear any of it during my 3 night stay. Hot tub not in service but not sure if it was indoor or not! Over all great stay!
