I was shocked to receive a $5 charge for parking at checkout! I had no indication of this charge and had prepaid for my room. I'd rather pay $5 more for my room than get a surprise bill for parking! This isnt downtown Denver 😡!

Hot tub jets don't work pool had a musty smell. No amenities. I left a day early as it was a uncomfortable stay for the kids and I. Terrible customer service and I will never go back

We selected this hotel because they advertised that they had a pool and a hot tub. Unfortunately, we found out upon our arrival that both were unavailable during our stay due to planned annual maintenance. Some advance warning would have been appropriate

The bed was super comfortable and the rooms were quiet, clean and layed out well. The only real bummer was that the hot tub did not work. The TV signal was poor because wind had blown the dish off track, but they remedied that after we reported it.

The hotel was centrally located near lots of restaurants. The room was comfortable and quiet. I was a little disappointed that they didn’t offer a free breakfast or coffee, but there was a coffee maker in the room. I was also surprised that I got charged $5 for parking. Either way it was the nicest option in the area.

Paid the extra $11 per person for the breakfast. we arrived and were informed no breakfast it’s closed due to not enough customers stay. Didn’t get a refund and was told we could go across the street to the other hotel for a free continental breakfast. We were happy to know the hot tub was working. Again we were disappointed, the hot tub was lukewarm. My kids take baths warmer than this. On the other hand the rooms were extremely nice. We loved the layout of the room and would purchase the pull out couch for our own house.

Employees were great, room not as clean as expected. Needs updating. People next door were very noisy. Cleaners need to pull beds out and furniture to clean behind. Ottoman had stains on it, I use a black light to look around when I go away. Very dusty throughout and as I mentioned the ottoman was full of stains?????.A/C very load. But mainly staff was great

First room a/c thermostat wasn't working. They won't let you cool below 68°, I wanted cooler. Was cool at night, but latch on window was broken, couldn't open. Frig very small, had to press a button inside, to run it 2 hours.

We did not get to stay at the Courtyard by Marriott. We made our reservations 6 months in advance and were emailed even the day before our arrival to pre-register our stay. Note: we are silver-elite level Marriott patrons. When we arrivedto check in, the desk clerk rudely told us they had overbooked and we would have to go to Fairfield Inns down the road, where they transferred our reservation. He did not care that the reservations were made 6 months prior, just showed us on his computer screen where the location of Fairfield was and dismissed us like we were 5 day old bad meat. Disgusting attitude and we will never select Marriott again. Fairfield Inn & Suites however, was kind, accommodating, with a good brakfast and professional staff.

I liked how clean the rooms were, i really disliked the "manager" of the Bistro! She was ridiculously rude and a blatant liar, the bistro was supposed to be open from 5-10, 5:45 was the time my wife an i arrived to have dinner and a beverage, we sat in the dark for 5 min before she came out of the office and told us she would not be able to open at all because she had an emergency, its very apparent that she just didnt want to work, due to the fact that there was no attempt to even open up, i will never be back to this hotel, its so very unprofessional to be so confrontational and rude, but im glad she such a self entitled attitude, it gave my wife and i a fantastic experience across the street at Oskar Blues. We were actually invited in with a smile and made some new friends!

I had mistakenly made a duplicate booking through a travel app. When I arrived, the nice front desk person told me that they had seen the duplicate and were prepared to speak to a customer service rep from my travel app. I just needed to text chat with my travel app customer service. It would have been a very expensive mistake on my part. The front desk person (her name was Mary) cheerfully helped me get it reversed. I would stay again, pleasant staff, clean, quiet hotel.

Only issue with this property is the customer service. The lady at check in was nice and helpful but the man at checkout was far from nice and customer focused. I was questioning the $15 parking fee that was never conveyed to me and explained that this should always be disclosed and the person was completely ignorent to my comments. For this reason alone I would never stay there again. There are so many other hotels in the area.

I have stayed at this property at least 6 times. I am comfortable here and it’s convenient to my local family and to Boulder. This stay I was very impressed with the morning service and offerings at the bistro and the woman who ran the bistro Monday thru Friday was charming and excellent at her job. I did not go to the bistro in the evening or on the weekend days. I had one annoying interaction with front desk staff but nothing major - just not up to par with other employees that I interacted with.

I didn't like the access to the internet. In order to access the internet I had to give my email. When I did, the system said that the email was already in use. I did not know my email and I did not want to talk to someone. Email access should be easier and not a part of your marketing. Also, there was no complimentary breakfast or even coffee.
