My stay was fine for a work trip. There is a bit of an issue with parking availability. Parking is very difficult to find at night. Other than that the stay was fine. Also a noon checkout would be nice.

I specifically booked this room because there was a Jacuzzi downstairs by the pool. My boyfriend and I were so looking forward to using the Jacuzzi. I have severe fibromyalgia and severe joint pain. So we got checked in and went upstairs to put our swimsuits on. We came back down and walked into the swimming pool area and saw there was a note on the Jacuzzi that read it was out of order! I was very upset as was my boyfriend. We spoke to the front desk clerk, and he said there was nothing that he could do about it because he’s not maintenance. We spoke to the hotel front desk the next morning as we were checking out and they said there wasn’t anything they could do about it either.

Great place for the price! Rooms were nice and clean, breakfast area was kept up well and had a good selection. Pool and hot tub were kept at good temperatures. Staff was also very friendly!

The room was completely unsanitary. There were blood spots on the floor in the bathroom. There was also hair in the bathtub and on the towels sitting on the edge of the tub. There was trash sitting on the floor in the corners indicating that a proper cleaning did not take place. The couch had white stains on it. The bedding didn’t even look like it had been washed. The bedding was all wrinkled and had darker shade spots on it. It was an overall horrible experience and I will be pursuing a refund since I spent a total of maybe 15 minutes in the room. I drove 10 hours, checked in, saw how unsanitary the room was and went back downstairs and checked out. I didn’t enjoy my stay because the room was so filthy that I had no desire to stay in it. At a minimum, I expect to receive my $100 deposit back from Comfort Suites that was sprung on us when we arrived. As stated earlier, I will be pursuing a refund as I never completed my stay after the 15 minutes in the room due to the condition of the room.

I would not stay here again. Walls in room were dirty, carpets old and stinky. This property can be improved with thorough cleaning, fresh paint, change carpets.

Staff was friendly enough but we were given a really dirty room. We had dirty towels in the restroom and there was hair all over the floor. It looks like someone combed their hair in there and never cleaned it and housekeeping just looked the other way. We also found long human hair in the sheets. The bath mat in the shower had mold over it. Will never stay at a Comfort Inn again just based off of this experience.

Had to change rooms because of the smell. The rooms cleanliness wasn’t great. The removable showerhead didn’t stay in place so it slid down the bar and hit you about chest level and it wouldn’t stay so that was lovely and as far as the cleanliness of the rooms went, the carpet was disgusting the rooms all had a funny smell the hallways had a funny smell, and the carpet looked dingy and dirty so overall, I would not stay there again.

Unlike the other properties closer to Denver, the Comfort Suites in Longmont was reasonably priced clean and very comfortable. The breakfast, indoor pool, and clean rooms made the extra driving into Denver and back well worth insignificant. The internet could have been better and we could have used a desktop light or lamp on the desk but everything else was perfect. Thanks for such a a wonderful stay!

212 had HVAC issues, temp was always an incorrect feel. Bathtub had no floor grip, very slippery. Finally TV did not work. Had to be moved to 213 NYE. Then just an hour into the new year, an obnoxious, loud motor started uo beneath our room. Front desk blamed it on a laundry room motor. Sounded like a big rig running. Luckily our 212 keycards were valid since we just moved out of there 2100hrs 12/31. We had to sleep in 212 going in to 1/1/23. The. We saw 213 windows are all fogged up. Moisture got between the panes. At least the other 212 issues were fixed in 213. And the motor did not run our last three nites 1/1-1/3. Overall, the place is clean. Coffee is good, pool area is nice, had to ask for towels tho. Breakfast area is clean and food staff is attentive. Front desk staff is friendly too. I get it snow events happen, but the snow event 12/28 evening left the parking lot in disarray. You're looking for a lawsuit with all that ice. And someone has to do something about the rabbits. I do not need to have my granddaughter see a squished rabbit in the lot.

It wasn't bad but definitely old and ready for an update. Fairly clean but the caroet is old and felt dirty. The sofa is ragged and definitely makes you not want to sit on it. But the staff were very friendly and location was convenient.

Pool and spa are really nice. Plenty of towels and area is kept-up. An hour in the spa after the slopes is relaxing. Breakfast can use more variety. Often out of things and need to wait for P/T attendant to come back. Room fridge and microwabe are just enough. Beds are good, pillows are far too soft. HVAC is noisy. Shower curtain and rod do not do an effective job. The hotel needs to inform guests at check-in and post signage about room noise. Either people with kids running around at all hours or folks needing a hearing aid for their tv is very disruptive and disrespectful. Rooms are there to sleep during overnight hours, not act like a scene from Animal House.

This is our second time staying at this hotel. It is a very nice place to stay with nice amenities and easy on/off access to I-25. Would recommend it to anyone looking for a nice place to stay at a reasonable price. I would also like to give a special thank you shout-out to Jennifer at the Front Desk. We had a problem with our booking that was NOT the fault of Comfort Suites but rather to an issue with Expedia (Hotels.com parent company). She had not encountered this issue before (we were given details about this problem at a previous hotel), but went out of her way to help us out. In the end, we got checked in and had a nice 2-night stay. Kelly at the Front Desk also did what she could to resolve the issue. Thank you to both of these staff members. The other staff we encountered were also very friendly.

The room was clean. The pool water was cloudy and dirty and we all felt itchy and had a rash after swimming. We took a shower immediately and the rash went away. We felt unsafe because of the managers behavior. We booked a second night because we were evacuated from a wildfire and heard the fire was getting bigger. The evening desk clerk swiped our card for a second night. The next day at 12:30pm a man who identified himself as the manager knocked on our door and started yelling loud and angrily at us that he was going to call the police because he did not have our credit card information for the second night. We were frightened by him and left immediately. The charge did show up on our credit card so he actually did have the credit card info. We notified our credit card and received a refund because we were not allowed to stay for the second night.

The clerk at check in was efficient but not friendly. Sat the whole time, did not say hello or welcome just do you have ID. Also, she required an additional deposit of $100 for incidentals and in case the room was damaged. The room itself is very nice but had an odor. It looks clean and is in good repair.

This property, near the Interstate, is a very clean and well maintained hotel. It is near Longmont and convenient to Boulder, several miles to the west. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with several options. We wanted to use the indoor pool, but unfortunately the heating element was broken, and the water too cold to use. All in all, we had a very nice stay.

Close to I-25 easy on/off but hotel is tucked in a cozy street where there isnt freeway noise. The hotel staff was quite friendly and saw to our needs. Access to all sorts of convenient stops, eateries and some shopping.

Overall very nice hotel, with amazing hot breakfast every morning.Location is great, just off of I-25 and easy walk to many fast food restaurants. Staff was wonderful but building is old and slightly run down. Only two small concerns; 1) sofa bed old with dirty mattress and 2) the smoking/pet area is tragic; it is in front of a back door; no area to stand or sit!!!! Not a big deal but door is used often and have to watch out so as not to run over the smokers. Not my first stay and I came back and would come back again.

Amy was great, the rest of the staff particularly one gentleman was just pretty much worthless. The breakfast was probably the worst I've had in 73 years. I've eaten plenty of breakfast included breakfast, powdered eggs and all. This one was terrible.

I was very pleasantly surprised about the room. It was very spacious and quiet and the bed was very comfortable. So I slept great. The heated indoor pool and hot tub were nice too. The only shortcoming in my opinion was the breakfast. I would have liked to have other fruit options besides the apples. And yogurt and oatmeal would have been nice too.

I liked the ease of check in, the staff were very nice, the hotel was very nice and clean, the room was wonderful with lots of space, the lemon water was a wonderful added touch, and the breakfast was also great with eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy. Wow. Everything was great!
