Such a great place to stay. Had a suite for the whole week and it worked out great. Complimentary washer and dryer. No breakfast but there are so many options around and some of the restaurants offer savings if you tell them that you're staying at Candlewood. Will stay again when in the area.

this place had nothing that would bring me back. no breakfasr, no pool, no workout room, really nothing at all. Staff was very nice, rooms were average, but that was about it.

Easy walk to lots of restaurants and shopping. Also, has plenty of parking and room was clean.

We will stay here every trip to Longmont! Wonder staff, clean quiet and awesome free laundry service! 5stars in our book!

The bed was comfortable and the stay was good overall, but my room was loud due to the AC. The elevators also broke during my stay, went into lockdown mode, and the fire department had to come at 11pm. Otherwise, everything else was fine.

Our electricity was shut off for a day because of hurricane force winds. I had tons of work to do, so my daughter reserved this room for me. It also had a full size fridge so I was able to save over $150 of meat from my freezer. The room was good for getting work done and the bed is comfy. I did not like that the parking was pretty full and there was no place to park even temporarily to check in and unload things.

Stay was great except our rooms bathroom was super dirty

Worst experience ever. Staff was rude, my room was gross (dirty sink, shower, mirror) I had to go to walmart and buy clorox wipes to do it myself because housekeeping was gone by the time we checked in, we were told we would get housekeeping on Wednesday, they did not come so when I asked again they said Thursday, never came. I called down multiple times throughout the trip asking for towels, toilet paper, trash removal ect since we never got housekeeping, I was told they would be right up to the room, never came so I constantly was having to go down to the desk myself. Then on top of that, I was charged twice for my stay. To get in contact with a manager is a JOKE, I was charged on the 12th and did not realize until the 19th. I called the hotel, from the 19th - 27th, I called everyday and kept being told I would have to talk to Sean the manager, I constantly asked when he would be in and then would call when they said he would be there and he was never there, I was not able to leave a voicemail as his box was full, I did leave multiple notes with the front desk staff to have him call me. Finally on the 27th I got in contact with him and he told me not a problem he would refund me one of the charges, and that he would email me a receipt showing that. I never received any email from him. Yesterday, I woke up to another charge of 796.04 to my card instead of a refund. I again called the hotel asking to speak with Sean, after 3 times of "transferring" me and getting hung up on h

My room was not cleaned nor the beddings replaced - I was told that I would have needed to request this but did not know that. I was told that the rooms were only cleaned every seven days of a stay. That is ridiculous

The room (king suite) was very clean, quite nicely appointed, and felt welcoming. It was my first stay at a Candlewood Suites property. Lovely, clean, and functional kitchenette (with fridge, dishwasher, small appliances, etc.) really made it a home away from home. I especially appreciate their policy of securing the front door and maintaining a person at the front desk at all times. I felt safe and comfortable during my 3-night stay, and I would recommend this property to my friends and family in the future.

The hotel was very nice except the smell from the disinfectant was absolutely terrible. I opened the window in the room right away but it didn’t really help much. They need to change their cleaning supplies because the smell is horrible and strong.

The hotel is heavily perfumed to cover really odd smells, which triggers migraines for me. I could not stay there and had to find a different place to stay the night.

This is a GREAT value hotel in our family's opinion. It was clean, efficient and comfortable in every aspect. The room size is really, really good, bigger than most. Huge advantage with other hotels of the same price point. Friendly staff, coffee & to water for tea all the time and we were very happy!!

The room was large, clean, and comfortable with the amenities I was looking for a suite with a kitchenette. The staff were very nice and helpful. The Dish TV service was disappointing. It was hard to find what to watch among all the advertising channels.

I wasn't expecting a full kitchen complete with burner, dishwasher, and full size fridge. That was a pleasant surprise.

We were very pleasantly surprised to find that the "room" was actually more like a one bedroom apartment with separate bedroom and kitchen/den rooms. Very spacious. There are lots of restaurants within easy walking distance. The hotel does allow pets which caused my animal allergies to kick in from what I believe may have been some minimal pet dander on the couch. This room was very clean and there was no pet odor or any other signs the room had been previously occupied by pets so if I hadn't seen the other guests with pets, I would have been mystified as to why my sensitive allergies were acting up. I will be staying at this properly during my next stay and will simply drape the couch with one of the spare sheets the hotel thoughtfully leaves in the room, at which point I believe my allergies will be fine.

I got the last available room which had no working TV, refrigerator made noises that disturbed sleep as did the air conditioning. Overall the hotel seemed ok but they rented me a substandard room. Very disappointing.

Room was fantastic! The bed was comfortable, nice kitchen area, well stocked. Staff was professional and friendly. The only thing wrong at all was that the floor in the bathroom was terribly cracked and weak... it felt like i was going to put my foot right through the tile (as someone else had).

The hotel did not have the rooms for us which we had booked 2 months in advance and also when we called them the same day to confirm our check in. The receptionist Ali was rude and unprofessional when we voiced our frustrations of not having the rooms when we got there late at night after a 6 hour flight. His attitude was we don’t have a room, what will you do etc etc. finally we had to leave and get a room in a seperate hotel at 12AM at higher costs because of the unprofessional behavior of this hotel. I would rate it -5 a.

Professional friendly staff

No front desk employee up front for quite a while. Several guests standing around waiting for check in. Later in the stay we went to request a crib and could not locate staff again. Lobby phone said to push 0 for assistance but no answer. General manager card at the desk, called the number and no answer.

Staff was not very friendly or helpful. They give you one towel. When you ask for more they tell you that you need to bring them the other towel to swap out. That’s very inconvenient. It’s August in Colorado you are outside doing fun activities ( hiking, biking, concerts etc. and family activities) you shower twice a day and at least I do not like a wet towel.

Excellent Staff. They were very helpful and accommodating to some issues we encountered moving our daughter out to college. The facility was clean and well kept. Definitely would stay again!!

I have stayed at this property several times in the last few years when i travel to Colorado. It's very conveniently spaced between Denver and RMNP. Plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. The rooms are clean and fairly priced

Bed, pillows and shower all perfect. The only negative is that there is no breakfast. I stayed on top floor so was relatively quiet. I would chose the lower even numbers next time for less freeway noise, which wasn't a lot if you run the AC on constant.

Stayed here for four nights. Very friendly staff, room was GREAT(I stayed in a king studio), bed was so comfortable. Lots of channels to watch. Great variety of food options within close walking distance, nice pergola with grills and they provide cooking equipment for your stay upon request. No nreakfast provided but they have a pantry with items you can buy(not expensive) and the coffee is good! Really nice full kitchenette!
