We were impressed. The desk staff are amazing, always asking if we need anything and so friendly and accommodating. Walking into the hotel you can see it is very clean and our room was very clean! Fitness room was very clean. Thumbs up for sure!!

Overall was nice and clean. But the elevator was not working. This made it difficult for us “older “ folks to take luggage up the stairs. Then the outer end door didn’t respond to the key card to allow us to reenter necessitating to walk around to the front entrance. It was also confusing with the name “Firestone Longmont”. GPS took us to the Holiday Inn express Longmont about 30 min away

Bad,Bad,Bad. Bad attitude Bad Service Bad experience. The elevator was broken we were informed after the room transaction. We had to slog our luggage up three flights of stairs. No offer to assist. When we got to our room the keys did not open the room. Went back downstairs to have the keys reprogrammed only to find no one at the front desk. Waited waited finally called out loud twice hello is anyone working? No answer so I peeked around the corner of the desk to see if anyone was available. A very unfriendly blonde young lady came out from behind the partition very curt very rudely stated that she would have us escorted off the premises. Great way to treating a 66 year old veteran as if I was a thug. No people skills on display no hospitality skills no customer service skills. I recommend retraining or a different career might be a better option for her. This whole experience started off poorly I think because we used Expedia. She stating that if we are planning to stay a second day not to use Expedia. We have always enjoyed other Holiday Inn locations but not this one. Hospitality is not this person best quality ..

The front desk staff was very nice and accommodated all of our needs. The kitchen staff attended to all customers very well. Just be mindful of the bus tours that do come through During the summer months. I’d say the only downfall was there is no Jacuzzi And the dryer times out after 30 minutes. But I would stay here again because the house staff were extremely polite and attentive.

Immaculate hotel, friendly and welcoming staff - rooms are spacious. Breakfast was great, staff were attentive to the breakfast area keeping it well stocked and clean - variety of choices each morning. My kids loved the swimming pool as well.

We went out to dinner and had expensive left overs, fridge was on but stopped working in the night spoiling all of our food also used the hairdryer and it tripped a fuse half the rooms power went out including the tv. Staff was friendly but didn’t make up for the problems in the room

Super clean and well maintained. Staff was great and knowledgeable. My main issues were technical things not emergent in nature, but more annoying. 1. The light switches were not intuitively placed and connected in a way that made sense. Spent annoyingly long time trying to figure out how to make the light switch over the couch actually work, only to learn later that I needed to turn on another switch before hitting the switch by the lamp to turn on. 2. The heavy shade, while a nice feature for blocking out light and views appeared to only go in one direction (down) and I couldn't get it to retract to let light in. This left the room uncomfortably dark during the day, and to be honest, the lights weren't that all bright. Had to turn on multiple lights to not feel like I was squinting to see in my room, day or night

I chose this hotel and my wife said I “knocked it out of the park”. Clean. Well staffed. Great amenities. Great free breakfast. The staff was SO friendly. They always asked what we had seen and gone to everyday we returned to the hotel. And I will return to this hotel if I go back to Colorado.

Everything was great but the lady at the front desk was very rude. She was not personable at all. When you would walk by her she would not even look at you or greet you. Not acknowledge you at all. I did not like that. You need to get someone that smiles and talks, which makes for great customer service. Have to say the gentleman that worked the afternoon before was wonderful. He let me know everything I needed to know and small chit chat. Makes a difference.......

Assistant manager threatened and in process to call the police on my girlfriend checking in...treated as a vagrant until she noticed the room was paid in full...this episode was in front of other patrons checking in....attempted to speak with upper management....would not communicate with me. Room was good, other staff very helpful.....assistant manager with a short fuse.

The breakfast was awful. The front desk staff were HORRIBLE. There was a great coffee maker but no creamer available. You couldn't find anyone to get any creamer. I asked the front desk staff if this was a pet friendly hotel because I heard a dog barking in the middle of the night. Her answer was, "Yep." That was it. No, "Oh I'm so sorry that happened." or anything. Even if she wasn't sorry, she could have acknowledged how much of a pain it is to be woken up by barking dogs. Had I known pets were allowed, I would not have stayed here because that's just gross. The front desk staff on every shift just sat around.

I prepaid for a room with 2 queen beds and a sofa bed because we were going to have 6 people traveling with us. When I got to the property they had let someone else check into the room I had already paid for. Thankfully we had 2 people that couldn't make it so the room worked for what we needed it for, but if I pay for a room that I need that room should not be checked into by anyone but me. No compensation was offered, no partial refund, nothing was even offered to make the situation right. Pretty disappointed in that.

This property was in the middle of nowhere. We were expecting to be near to Longmont, but it was a 25 min drive further on. Very limited nearby services. We wouldn’t stay here again.

The location was ideal for our purposes, located near I-25 with amenities close by. Our room was quiet, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was certainly better than what was expected, as was the 24 hr coffee and/or tea. Front desk staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We extended our stay by 3 days as a result!

Located off 1-25 so very convenient for us. Comfortable beds, nice restroom, good hearty breakfast and easy parking. We stayed for 4 nights while visiting family in Longmont. Chose the Firestone location because less money than the Holiday Inn located in Longmont. Next time we will stay at the Holiday Inn in Longmont as the 20 minute drive back and forth was annoying. We visited St Vrain State Park very close by hotel and it was wonderful place to go for a nature walk and for birding watching.

The hotel was clean, well-maintained, attractive and quiet. The free breakfast was great and the location near the I-25 was very convenient. The only downside was how much was charged to stay on the weekend up to the 4th of July. I recognize that hotels often raise their prices for holidays or big events, but paying double the normal rate was a lot.

Overall, the value matched the price we paid to stay. Pros: our room was large and clean, the bed was very comfortable, price point was very reasonable. Cons: the AC in the hallways and common areas wasn’t on or wasn’t working, the breakfast ran out of multiple options by 9am both mornings of our stay.

We liked this new and updated hotel. Our front desk check-in person was so friendly and welcoming. The rooms are well designed with comfortable beds. Unfortunately the pillows were all flat and uncomfortable. The breakfast is pretty pathetic and needs to plan ahead. The hot food was wiped out by 8:00 am on the weekends and it took a looonggg time for it to be refilled. We’d stay here again, but bring our own pillow and patience for hot protein for breakfast.
