SpringHill Suites Boulder Longmont

A month ago we had a great breakfast when we were there. Then the last two times it seems it’s headed poorly.

The staff was very rude to a member of our party who is blind which we found to be immediately off putting. The hallways needed to be vacuumed, the pool was out of service, the regular coffee was out for most of breakfast & the elevator needed maintenance.

It was good but the Internet is not. Terribly slow. Advertise the pool closed for maintenance so people know before they book.

Comfortable suite. Nice having the mini frig , microwave and little kitchen area with sink. The extra space with sofa and desk added to the comfort. Breakfast had scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits & gravy, waffle maker and the usual cereals and bagels. Our only complaint would be that , pretty consistently finding hotels now have very petit toilets. My husband is 6 foot three and 220 pounds. He feels like he’s sitting on a child’s potty. I’m sure older people would also have a hard time getting up off of these. I don’t know why these would seem to be in fashion?

We had a great day! It’s extremely clean and the staff is very friendly. Room is a bit dark, but I actually like that.
