Nice fitness facilities, clean, and new. Breakfast is better than average continental. With the cleaning staff had checked in our room once during 2 night stay just to remove garbage but other than that, no complaints

Pros: furniture was nice, bed was comfortable. Cons: old a/c system that is loud, blows directly at the bed, and did not have a working option for continuous fan. All night was a loud on/off of the AC, and noise from the hallway/neighbors when it was off. And they charge extra for parking!?! Very unusual in Longmont. Cleaning was ok for furniture areas, but there were hairs in the bathroom and many splatters & spots on the walls. Will not stay here again.

The policy of housekeeping every other day is not the best, although when we got it the service was good. We were charged for parking daily but not informed about it until the end. Breakfast there is very good.

Pros: all of the hotel staff are very nice. The beds were very comfortable and clean! Breakfast was good. Real eggs, sausage patties, oatmeal with toppings, muffins, toast, bagels, waffles, cereal, milk, yogurt, coffee, and juice. Cons: the elevator is out of order so we had to carry everything up and down from the 3rd floor which isn’t a deal breaker for me just something to be aware of. The A/C is the thing that would keep me from booking again. It would shut off every hour even though I had it set to constantly be on! I woke up sweating every time and had to reset it to get it to kick back on even though it was set much lower than current room temp. This is a major deal breaker for me. I would have just opened the window if possible but we couldn’t.

The air conditioning in our room didn’t work; when we asked the front desk about it, we were told they could maybe find us a fan. Our room was almost 80° at check out and it was only 50° outside. The windows didn’t open, so there was no way to get air circulating. The bathroom door slides shut, but the latch was already broken off, so the knob was laying on the floor with broken MDF board around it. Because the latch was broken, the door didn’t stay shut, it was slide open while using the bathroom. At check in they told us they could r find our reservation, she was spelling my name wrong, even though I checked in online before we arrived. The pool didn’t have towels, and we had to find the clerk get some, she seemed extremely annoyed that she had to bring towels to the pool area for the guests

The hotel attendees were all very helpful. During the night shift a male employee was kind and wen tour of his way to make sure we had everything we needed. I had 3 very young children with me and everyone sermed very compassionate and understanding Tuank you

The day check in staff member was only willing to accommodate Marriott members. The rest of us are just meant to pay and deal with the insane road noise. Not only was she not willing to put me in a room on the opposite side when I told her I was a light sleeper she actually put me right next the the elevator equipment room and ice machine. Couldn’t sleep!

The staff here is amazing! They helped get me in at a great time after my mom’s surgery. The air conditioning was not working properly, and I mentioned it as we were going to an appointment. When I came back IT WAS ALREADY FIXED! I am so thankful for their help during my hard trip!

I had mistakenly booked an incorrect night at this hotel. I had asked the young girl at check in, if there were any vacancies for tonight. She said no they were completely booked. It was late and we were exhausted and needed a place to stay asap. I went online and checked the same hotel for vacancies and there were multiple available. I booked, and then went I back to check in. I asked the girl if 3rd party availability were different from the actual hotel availability? She said no but possibly someone cancelled!!! Then she said she thought I wanted to book for the next day and not tonight. Are you kidding me !!! This girl had here head in the clouds somewhere contributing to my negative review. The place is actually nice and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again but this employee just needs to get it together and provide accurate information to customers.

I liked the hotel, staff were great and the place was clean, but breakfast options were almost the same every morning. You could also hear other guests talking late into the night so I did not really have a good night sleep.

The room was conveniently set up and very clean. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good. There were quite a few choices. Our only problem was that the AC was really loud but we only needed to run it for a little while so we just informed them when we checked out. Definitely would recommend it.

We enjoyed our stay. The front desk staff were very pleasant and helpful and kept the coffee fresh. The breakfasts were good. Our blow dryer was on it’s last leg and the TV had some issues, but overall, great stay.
