Howard Johnson by Wyndham Mystic

Great location. Able to walk to the village. Staff was pleasant. For an older hotel it was very clean.

I will NEVER stay here again. I've stayed in much nicer places for less than what I paid here, paid less each night in Boston! Had an issue with my room rate as well. I was told "that's the price you agreed on a month ago with hotels.com, so we can't give the lower rate". Would've saved about $90. Staff when checked in? Did not greet me at all. She said after a few minutes... " Hello, waiting for you to step up". WOW. Rugs were dirty, there was a smell throughtout building. Beds were beyond uncomfortable. The refrigerator froze couple things I put on top shelfl had to throw out all but soda. Honestly best part of one night stay was breakfast at Mystic Diner next door. Highly recommend Mystic Diner!

Terrible costumer service in front desk, i was asking for my 100 bucks refund but they never did it.

This is a budget hotel that is really close to the shops and the aquarium. The staff were friendly, the attached restaurant was good, the rooms were clean.
