Having stayed at many other Marriott properties over the years, I expected A+ treatment. That is NOT what I received. There was not the level of superior service I was accustomed to. When I asked, at the desk, for a Catholic Church in the area, I was met with "shrugs" and absolutely no attempt to help answer my question. There was a problem with "connections" in our room and we were unable to charge our phones/tablets. Finally, after a couple of days of complaining, an electrician was dispatched. The solution was: a power strip was left for us to enable us to charge our devices. Simple solution that could've been utilized the very first time we complained. Coffee supplies in our room were minimal. We had a keurig machine....but bare minimum coffee supplies. There was NO complimentary breakfast, which we always had received in previous stays at Marriott hotels. I was amazed at how our stay at Marriott, Boca Raton, was so different ( and far inferior ) to previous stays at other Marriott properties. This was a C+ experience at bestI Frank & Marilyn Lowery
