Mostly adequate and convenient to the two Universities we were visiting. Room had an unpleasant aroma and this is a Hilton property witout a working computer and printer (no functional business center). Bathroom was clean as were the common areas. The women who worked the breakfast were pleasant, tidy, and accommodating.

Expedia mis represents this property. They dont have the pool pictures nor the Gym. You have to go off property and only available for 3hrs in the am .

Unfortunately, upon arrival, I discovered that these amenities were not part of the hotel but belonged to a nearby gym. The photos were misleading, as they gave the impression these facilities were exclusive to the hotel. To make matters worse, the gym was crowded with people going about their daily routines, which didn’t match the relaxing holiday experience we were expecting. We were disappointed, as we had anticipated enjoying these amenities as part of our stay. It’s tucked away hard to find, the parking lot is very dark…single mom didn’t fell safe at night walking alone. Other wise staff were friendly & it was clean, also a nice breakfast

Our first night wasn’t great. We stayed on the first floor room 128 and it appears prior to our stay someone had a cat inside that room. It had an insanely horrible odor of cat pee that will never come out of that room. Thankfully the next morning we asked to switch rooms and we got moved and the new room was great. No odor. The lady at the front counter was super kind and helped us. Food was great, and the option for the gym across the parking lot was amazing. We went multiple times. Please don’t let anyone stay in room 128. That room is not okay for anyone to breathe in. The headaches we experienced were awful and can’t be good to breathe that in.

Everything about this hotel was fine except if you are looking for a good night’s sleep…don’t stay here. The mattresses were awful. One bed had the most concave mattress and the other had the squeakiest mattress, plus both were like sleeping on coils. We checked out after only one night of what was supposed to be a four night stay. The room was fine and clean but the lack of sleep was awful, not to mention how much pain we were in the next day. We asked about changing rooms, but we were told that the mattresses were all the same and about the same age so we just left.

Hotel is nice, but a little dated. Doors to the rooms are not soundproofed and there is also a 1/2 inch space on 2-3 sides, letting the light in. Breakfast could be improved, by adding some vegetables or cold cuts. Air conditioning was noisy, but working properly. Staff was very friendly.

The room had no closet and no drawers. Yet had a fridge and another cooled Compartment for food. People need some place to put their clothes. And not a hanger behind a curtain. Put in some drawers at least!

Not sure if this is a Hilton thing or not, but the two Hilton properties that I stayed at had the same issue. We arrived earlier than the 4pm check in time, and was told there were no rooms ready, but other people were given rooms. Ok, went out for a bit and came back, still no rooms ready, but now the entire staff of the hotel was in the lobby eating pizza. So, not wanting to interrupt their “meeting” we opted to sit outside by the pool. The “meeting” ended at about 3:45, and that’s when we were able to get a room. The room itself was ok, a bit dated and worn. Breakfast was ok, and the one staff member working the breakfast area, was the only friendly staff member that we encountered.

When we got there the room that we were given, had virtually no window to the outdoors. When we asked the desk manager, if we could switch rooms, she replied that we could either cancel our reservation or stay where we were. Given that we had no choice that night we stayed.

Room was OK. Breakfast was good. Key cards weren't working for our room and several others at one point, but issue was resolved. We were told at check-in that housekeeping would come every-other day. No housekeeping came after 2 days-we had to ask for toilet paper, towels, etc.

This was for a 2-night stay to visit family. While it started off well with easy check-in with a welcoming front desk person giving us a good room on a higher floor (though the elevator was broken), the last impression on our last morning was less than good when before we had a chance to check out as we planned, housekeeping came in without permission and started to clean out room. This seemed extra strange not only because we had a right to our room until 11 am when check out is, but also because the hotel made a point to tell us their policy ) also written on a sign at the front desk) that housekeeping would not be allowed in without permission and only available upon request. We requested housekeeping on day one, but obviously not on the day we would be checking out. They entered without our permission and while nothing was missing and we didn't have our things in the room, this was wrong. Left feeling not great about their attention to details around customer service, unfortunately.

First of all, shout out to Sebastian at the front desk. He was super nice and helpful. We had to switch to this hotel due to problems at a different hotel, Sebastian got us checked right in earlier so that we had a place to stay. Otherwise we would have had nowhere to go for several hours. Hotel is very nice, very clean, and well-kept. Every single staff member with whom we interacted was very kind and personable. Located nestled in the back, away from the main road was nice. Breakfast was also great. Very happy with our choice to switch to this hotel!

The check-in clerk was beyond amazing! Very knowledgeable and pleasant and easily helped us with some of our questions. This is the kind of person who needs to be at that desk!! Very, very pleased. All staff were so friendly. Nice welcome bag on arrival. Cookies available each day and fruit. Spacious room, comfortable bed. Parking easy nice pool. Great variety breakfast best we have had in over a week travelling around Florida. Bacon yum. Thanks for a great stay.

Nice for the price point. Shower pressure pretty slow. Very slippery floor in shower. No decaf coffee twice in breakfast room. Asked for it. They had decaf, just didn’t make it. Had no idea you have to ask for cleaning service to get it! Is this a thing now?

It's a fine, quiet location. The room could use a bit of paint, and attention to detail for cleanliness. It's not really updated. Breakfast is just average, great service, good coffee, however the toaster was barely working and I have to say the juice was just sugary drinks

Very comfortable hotel for a quick trip to Boca. While it's not your modern, brand new hotel, we thought it was very clean, comfortable, and the staff were super nice. The breakfast was good as well.
