Hotel was really unclean. Bad smell in the halls and the room. Stained carpet, dingy walls, elevator was dirty. The staff at the desk, when present, were apathetic at best. I stayed here because it was cheap. It showed.

Typical 70s hotel refurbished fairly nicely. MW/Ref/Coffee pot/ iron. Full fair breakfast buffet. Largest pool in hotel industry almost 25 yds. Above average for under $100 hotel. Then they called me day before I had scheduled checkout and said you have 40 min to leave. I had no clean clothes after staying 8 days. They do have a nice W/D that takes CCs.( $3.50/$3.00). Manager who extended my reservation was called but said he had no memory of me! No paper receipt given. They ended up extending my room one more day after a lot of arguing with clerk with no personality.

Our room had so many stains my daughter didn't even want to stay there. The hallway carpets had large bleach and black stains. Not sure if the black stains were mold or just dirt. Hallways also smelled very mildewy. Terrible property.

checked into our room and toilet seat was half off. no place to charge your phones or heart monitor or hearing aids. no night maintenance. changed rooms but toilet seat was very loose. no place to charge anything. carpeting throughout hotel was dirty and stained. hotel needed a deep clean. bath on ground floor was not cleaned from one day to the next. at breakfast they put out browning bananas. apple juice was moldy. staff didn't care, nonchalent and busy with personal phones.

The photos they offer bear no resemblance to the hotel's current state. From the moment you walk in, you can see it's not clean. The hallway on the fifth floor, where I stayed, has a super-dirty carpet that looks like it hasn't been cleaned in a while, and the same in the room. The air conditioning wasn't cooling.

Lobby was fine. Once I walk to my floor the smell of mold and dampness was overwhelming. The room was very dirty and the bathroom was even worst. Bathroom had urine on the toilet and a ball of hair next to the toilet. Would not recommend this place at all! Awful!!!!

Ownership is taking every dollar possible and not putting a dime back in. Horrible property that they should be embarrassed to present. Walls and trim are beat, exposed patch and spackle everywhere, dilapidated furniture, stained carpet. Disgraceful.

This was the worse hotel I have stayed at in my history of hotels. The toilet won’t flush and kept backing up, we reported it someone came to fix it the next day and it still did not work! The pillows on the bed was old and lumpy. The bed was concave and no support. The carpets were so filthy and smelled. We only slept there and early morning we would leave. We were afraid of getting sick in the room. The hotel needs a good restoration. Even the elevator was filthy. Hope someone reads this and pay attention. Thanks!

As stated in my complaint, the condition of room 317 was poor. The carpets in hallway & in room were old, worn & dirty, the room smelled musty. The room was outdated with worn furniture. There was a patch of black mold on the wall near the ceiling in the bedroom area. The bathroom tub grout was lifting with areas of black discoloration, the ceiling was cracked, discolored & peeling. We did not shower for these reasons. The door hinges inside & outside of restroom & entry door into the room were heavily rusted. The photos on Hotels.com website were a true misrepresentation of the room & hotel! Our experience was unacceptable & the only reason we stayed was because I pre paid & we were pressed for time to get to our planned event in the area. Wyndam & La Quinta should be ashamed to have their name affiliated with this hotel

We had a room on the 3rd floor for just one night. Our room and bathroom and also the bed linen and towels were clean. The bed was comfortable for us, we slept well. The breakfast selection was sufficient: toast, bagels, creme cheese, eggs, waffles, yogurt and fruits. Pool is open from sunrise to sunset. We would stay there again.

Everything is old in this location, the room was clean, but old furniture, Lamps that don’t stand up straight, Cabinets that didn’t close correctly, Mirror that had a haze over it, a/c smelled musty. Parking was fine. Something had happened and had police at the entrance 2 of the 3 days there. I didn’t feel threatened, just curious. Staff was friendly, but this location needs to be remodeled

Bad vibes from the evening front desk young lady and the daytime front desk young lady. It felt like as if they came from the back office in a bad mood. I just checked out from the hotel and asked the young lady for a receipt.. She gave me a very bad look and then printed out a blank sheet of paper. My wife was in shock. I had told my wife I guess the front desk staff were in very bad moods the last 15 hours.

I brought three guests with me. When we got there, the room temperature was comfortable, the bathroom was clean and well-stocked, the refrigerator kept our drinks cold, the beds were comfortable and the television had a wide variety of stations including a Florida Panthers game I enjoyed. I took a star of the Staff and Service because later that night, some unruly, unsupervised kids were opening and slamming room doors (including ours) and when I tried to call the front desk to complain, nobody answered the phone. The staff needs to make sure someone is covering the phones at all times in case the guests call with issues with the rooms or others' unruly children.

During my recent stay, I encountered a frustrating issue with my room. The security latch which had been engaged by my grandson inside the room would not allow me entry, despite the absence of maintenance personnel and the front desk’s inability to have the necessary tool to open the security latch, (At a $18.00 cost online on Amazon). The front desk was unable to contact nearby hotels to inquire about their availability of this tool in order to borrow this tool. During a prior trip at another hotel the same thing happened but they contacted nearby hotels and were able to borrow one. I’m grateful they did go the extra mile to help. Consequently, I was locked out of my room for three hours, from midnight to 3:00 AM. Fortunately, my grandson, who is known for being a sound sleeper, eventually woke up and granted me access to the room. To prevent similar incidents from occurring in the future, I strongly recommend that La Quinta management purchase the necessary tool from Amazon and make it readily available at the front desk. I believe that this is not an isolated incident, and I am confident that other guests may have encountered similar problems. It may be beneficial for the front desk staff to become familiar with the other hotels in the area. Normally I’ve not had any issues with my stays at La Quinta in fact I joined there membership during this trip anticipating future stays at this locations and others I travel to. This incident had a simple fix.

Upon chexk in the girl working last friday was amazing the girl on sat sun not so much on the weekend my room wasnt cleaned nor towels replaced had to go everyday and get towels and then they were stingy with them even though i gave them all the dirty ones. Overall it was a good fit for the price

Ibstayed at thisnproperty before and they were very very good, however this time I did not have a good experience, the cleanliness was not very good, the front desk girls were sonlaod back not very friendly or helpful, grumpy I was checking in and she took a call had menstanding there for almost 10 minutes while she blabbered on and on the phone and I am partially disabled and cannot stand up for toolong. Then we had a 2 night atay the keys locked us out the 1st morning we stayed there and it did that to others as well. I was just disappointed as i loved staying here in the past.

This wasn’t ideal for a stay. The staff is great but the room condition….. no. The bed linens has hair on them and I hadn’t laid down on it yet. For a non smoking hotel, you smell it in the hallways. There is no security. The front desk didn’t ask for ID when I lost my key. I showed them the room folio but that didn’t prove anything. They automatically gave me another key no questions asked. I won’t be back to a La Quinta. If you don’t care about where you sleep or safety….. by all means stay here.

Unfortunately, I had to book this hotel for Comedian, who is performing at a show I produce. Here’s what multiple of issues he reported to me and staying there. First of all the key machine that labels your key wasn’t working so every time he had to go to his room. He had to get escorted by an employee. At one point the toilet backed up and when he called, he said they’ll get to it at some point, they didn’t rush somebody up to fix the toilet. When he first checked in, they made him switch rooms because there was some sort of leak in the pipes and demand that he move while he was trying to sleep after traveling for half a day. He said one person on staff was nice. Everybody else were rude and acted like they were put out and bothered whenever needing service for all the multiple issues that were occurring in this hotel. Never again will I ever ever book a room at this location

Second time staying at this location. Although it seemed the room I stayed in the first trip in April was updated and the room in December was not, I enjoyed the stay both times. The area is safe, easy to walk to restaurants, etc. and conveniently located to different things in the area. My first trip was to do a Spartan race in Boca Raton and my second trip was a doctor's appointment in Deerfield Beach. Both were easy to get to from this location.

The hotel is dated but it is kept clean. My last stay at this hotel was November 2024 and they have stepped up the cleanliness of the hotel. The bathroom and bedroom were very clean and fresh smelling. Overall worth it. Breakfast continued to be delicious. Can't beat a hot breakfast included with the room.

perfect overnight stay for the tennis, ice hockey and football in the Miami area. Check in was quick, friendly and professional. Breakfast was your standard US fare. If you've stayed in a Quality Inn before then this is one of the better ones. No complaints here and would gladly stay again if I'm down this way.

The hotel was on the dirty side. They offered free breakfast but had no eggs. The elevators were dirty. The matresses in the room were messed up and the furniture in the room was broken. The room smelled weird.
