Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. There were drunk people at the bar being extremely loud and disruptive, making it difficult to relax and enjoy the stay. To make matters worse, the fire alarm went off around 6:00 AM. Being woken up that early by a fire alarm after dealing with excessive noise from the bar made the entire experience frustrating and exhausting. I expected a hotel to provide a comfortable and peaceful environment for its guests, but that was definitely not my experience here. I would not stay here again.

The A/C whistles while running which is annoying at night trying to sleep. We found a dead cockroach in the room and during our 6:25am fire alarm evacuation we found a couple in the stairwell too. Also, when running water in the bathroom sink, it would leak all over the counter. Beds were comfortable. Good shower.

I had mixed feelings about my stay. The room itself was clean, and the staff I spoke with were polite. However, my first night was extremely disappointing. There was loud yelling, laughing, and excessive noise near my room until around 2:00 a.m. I called the front desk multiple times and was told someone would address it, but the noise continued. As a result, I only got about four hours of sleep before an all-day professional training class. The next morning, management apologized and offered Bonvoy points, a quieter room, and complimentary breakfast, but the system was down and I was told notes would be added to my reservation. When I returned later that day, there were no notes, the hotel was sold out, and the only accommodation provided was complimentary breakfast. I understand hotels can’t control every guest’s behavior, but they can control how noise complaints are handled and how well they communicate between shifts. I hope they improve their response to overnight disturbances so future guests don’t have the same experience.

I cannot say enough great things about this Mariott - from the minute we checked in, to pre-concert dinner and ALL the staff was amazing. Personable, engaging and happy. Have a philosophy that we all work together to make it work and your staff was so receptive and appreciative and made the entire experience so enjoyable. They greeted us with smiles and asked what they could do for us. It was amazing and you all are luck to have ALL of them and thank you for whomever is running the hotel and treats their staff well as it was obviously reflected in their not only their work but their attitudes. Amazing

If you're looking nice and safe spot to lay your head, this place is great. If you're looking fit for a hotel to explore, find a different one. Based on the food quality, staff attentiveness, drink quality and atmosphere, this hotel should definitely be offering complimentary breakfast at minimum. $22 for a simple breakfast buffet spread and an omelet station is pretty ridiculous. Nearby hotels offer the same and more for free.
