Place is tired needs renovation. Light in bathroom electrical plug didn’t work . Restaurant wasn’t open when it supposed to be . All chicken items on menu unavailable for three days- really? Staff was excels at but hotel wasn’t

Overall, i woule definitely recommend this place and will return. My only complaint is that the pool was not well kept and cleaned. The restaurant in the hotel is open limited hours.

Had to pull lightbulbs from ceiling in bathroom b/c blinking, patch on floor that looked liked dry vomit, sat at bar for 20 minutes without service with only 4 others in the bar and/or restaurant, breakfast stopped service at 9:30 although only 4 people in restaurant eating, quarter of the lights in the room did not work. Overall, not happy.

This place needs to hit the restart button. The only good thing about the trip was the front desk. Got to the hotel a little early and they told us our room wasn't ready, which is fine. They offered us a drink or anything from the snack area. They said room will be ready in an hour, so we went to run some errands. Came back and room still wasn't ready. The lead maid was real nasty about the whole thing with the front desk leaders. Offered us complimentary breakfast tickets for next morning and complimentary drinks at happy hour. Great customer service from front desk. Finally got to the room and the place was a bit messy. Goldfish in the sofa and outdoor patio area. Hopped in the shower and realized they didn’t replenish the body wash or shampoo container. So the room that took an extra hour to get ready wasn't finished. Like I said before that lead maid was not pleasant to anyone on the staff. Went to happy hour, bartender was great. Nice guy. Woke up and got ready for our complimentary breakfast downstairs and the lady told us they ran out of everything on the breakfast menu except coffee and a few pastries. Someone needs to get in there and clean that place up. Need a real leader in there. 1st time we eent to this hotel,we had a 7AM jackhammer above our heads. 2nd time going to this place andthis confirms we will not return to this hotel until they figure things out. It's ashame because the front desk staff is great.

The worse check in experience I’ve ever have by far. We were in line for over 45 minutes and the guy was arguing with everyone @530 there no room available. The gym is nasty I try to work out but it’s seems they never clean the area.

I was given what was supposed to be a fully renovated room. The room was clean, but nothing worked. The tv and phone both needed to be attended to. The toilet also kept running and flushing on its own. The gym in the hotel was full of broken machines and the hot tub didn't seem to be working correctly. The staff was the star of the show, they were kind, accommodating,and as helpful as can be.

Fitness center needs to be updated.

I have to say that from the time we checked in to when we left the staff was exceptionally kind, willing to help and very friendly. They all made us feel very welcome. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. If I had to give one thing that can be improved it would be the hot tub. It was filthy and unusable. Putting that aside it was a very good stay and we will stay again.

We found several small cockroaches in our room. When I reported it to the front desk, they first offered to move us to the room next door — which obviously didn’t solve anything. Then they showed us another room on a different floor, but the A/C unit there was completely filthy, as you can see in the photo. The hotel clearly has serious cleanliness and maintenance issues. I definitely wouldn’t recommend staying here.

Expected much more from Marriott. Moved to another room because of black mold in the bath. The new room had dry rotted and torn window treatment and the window was so dirty we couldn't see out of it. The only thing we found to save the experience was the staff. They were lovely. The management needs to give them apart place to shine.

The property is nice. You can tell it's an older property. As far as cleanliness, it was ok, but there was hair by the sink and hair in the shower that did not belong to us, so that was a little gross.

Very clean room, clean facility friendly staff. I really enjoyed my stay.

The shower still had someone else's hair in it and had not been cleaned. I cleaned it myself. The sheets on the bed did not fit correctly and the TV stopped working the first of 2 nights I was there. I did not bother telling the front desk, I just dealt with it. My co-worker was on another floor and did not have hot water the first night of his stay. The rooms are a bit dated as well. For what they are charging, I was expecting more.

The hotel didn't have a microwave. The sheets and towels were either not clean or hair all over them.

Terrible mold problem with a wet carpet, broken cabinet, and a bathroom door that made a horrific noise when moved. Great customer service. Employees are too good for this hotel. Woke up nauseas from mildew smell in the middle of the night. Aside from the mold on the pillowcase the pillows were really rough. Reached out to Marriot as a heads up. Got a standard reply. Moved on however just realized there are a lot of reviews regarding mold. It is awful that they let this property endanger their guests heath.

The hotel is expensive and dirty , the rooms has wet carpet and the shower full of hair.

Staff were very rude to me upon check in. This was this was especially frustrating since I had a long day traveling. The room was dirty, and what mad matters worse is that there was a cockroach in the bathroom - unacceptable.

The gentleman that checked me in was very very nice and accommodating, efficient and friendly. My only problem was the air conditioning unit was very noisy. I had earplugs with me so I was able to sleep through the night. The room was beautiful, clean and very accommodating they need to get quiet units. This one had a rattle.

3 rooms in first 24 hours; 1)low toilet (not ADA compliant() 2)no telephone; water all over the place in a roll in shower room 3)bathroom door not open/close properly GENERALLY -NO ROOM CLEANING OR TOWEL SERVICE IN A 5 DAY STAY

The room was hot, couldn’t get AC below 76. Call the front desk twice. Still not fixed. The door pull for the balcony was reversed and hitting the wall causing the door not close and lock properly. This was fixed day one. We only stayed 2 nights and thank goodness the weather was not brutally hot

Bed was terrible. A/c was marginal. Room faced pool and people were loud and partying in pool until 2 am. Bed felt like we sunk into a hole. Absolutely terrible.

The air conditioner was leaking on the floor during the night I got up and my feet got wet, but I didn’t think anything about it till the morning and that my shoes were wet and with that said I lost a brand new pair of Nike shoes I had to throw away because they got soaking wet and I had just purchased them before my business trip

Overall the facility was clean, the staff was friendly and welcoming. It’s an old building in need of a major renovation.

The hotel is newly renovated so it is quite nice. Rooms and showers are big. However, the lighting in the room is a bit dim. The water in the sink faucet was very low. Breakfast was a bit pricey. I recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, spaciousness and location.

The A/C sounds like a washing machine and take a long time to cool. Wasn’t happy with the location, you can hear doors closing and opening all night.

Solid ck in Comfy Diary quiet - some drag racing on the street WIFI was very challenging to log into….took way too long

I originally booked a king suite but upon check in I was told there was a plumbing issue and I would have to change to a king room or double queen suite. I also would have liked daily housekeeping, but only every other day cleaning was offered. As far as the experience with staff, Mohammed was very accommodative with the room selection and made switching the room and checking in sweeter than bitter. During my stay I ate at the restaurant on site. Joel and Rowan were also very accommodative and made my dining experience a perfect one. I had a breakfast sandwich and it was quite tasty, I order a glass of water and the water tasted like quality purified water though I am not sure if it was tap or bottle water. This was my second time sending guests to this hotel and it won’t the last.

The staff here are so phenomenal starting Roshon, Dianna , Brianna and Alyssa they all were so welcoming we come here every two weeks and they make us feel welcomed and at home away from home

The stay was a great stay we checked in late and was greeted by a great hospitality by Mr Mohamed The staff was very friendly would definitely be back again

TV didn’t work. Steve tried to fix, unable too. However in a very short time, Steve, obtained us another room, personally insured TV worked, did it all very fast. Great job Steve appreciated, resolving issue quickly.

Front desk staff was great, the only issue was that when checking in I was told that someone would clean the rooms every other day. I stayed there from July 27-31. No one ever came to clean our room. I had to go down to the front desk multiple times during my stay to ask for blankets and sheets to change the linen on the bed and etc. So that was the only annoying part about staying here. But it’s a quiet place and safe place honestly.

The person working reception was unaware that a Titanium membership included breakfast. How does he not know this? The springs on the mattress were quite depressed and I (still) have knots in my back. Also, when I returned for my second night, my bed had not been made and the room was not serviced at all. Receptionist said they’d check with management and I never heard anything. Finally, there were small ants all over the counter next to the coffee maker. I cannot recommend Mariott Courtyard and it’s unlikely I will return.

Check in time is 3pm, rooms still not ready at 5:30. Rude staff, hassled over age on ID, obviously could not compute math. Beware, you will not receive what you pay for at this hotel.

What a nice place! For a modest price, the room and facilities provide more than the basics. We enjoyed having the extra space with the sofa, desk, chair, microwave and small fridge. Everyone has been super helpful and friendly. When we’re in the area again we will stay here again.

I confirmed my reservation, our plane was delayed so we were exhausted when we reached the hotel. The night clerk informed us the hotel overbooked and she didn’t have our room. She stated, “the computers were down, and they had lots of issues”. We prepaid our room, and I insisted it was 1a.m. We had no other place to go “. She finally “found” a room!!!! This was not what a would expect as my welcome to the Marriott!!!! I was extremely tired and very disappointed…next morning I went to get coffee, given Luke warm coffee, when I said the coffee was not hot I was directed to a microwave!! I have stayed here several times before, this was not very welcoming!!!! Please respond!!

Great location and close to lots of shopping and dining options but I didn't like that there was no complimentary breakfast.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Room is spacious and clean. The dining area has good options and Starbucks coffee. The price was great, especially for the amenities that’s provided.
