All in all an excellent property, but too much construction in the early hours, and alot of materials ie nuts, bolts, screws laying in parking spots. I've had to replace a tire on my car.

This is literally the worst hotel I have ever stayed in... For starters, they gave me a room key.I went to the room they gave me.Not only was the door not locked , but there were already people sleeping in the room... Then I went to another room itsmelled so extremely moldy and damp.. I went to the bathroom and the toilet was clogged and could not flush.I even tried a plunger

The room was a no smoking room that smelled like smoked cigarettes. There was a piece of onions in the sink when I checked in. There was hair on the shower tile and tiolet. The tub in the shower had rust and some orher pink stains inside it. The room had no garbage basket. The hotel doesn't supply tissues so you need to bring your own. When you check in, you will need to pay an additional expense which is deposit of $100 which they don't tell you on Expedia or anywhere.

The place was DISGUSTING. Filthy, roaches, broken furniture, a rusting and delaminated bathtub. Floors were sticky and there were both dead a live bugs in the room. We did not stay and booked elsewherr.

Worst stay ever. Reviews are a scam. Dirty place, found used towels and hairs on the bed sheets. Phone did not work to call the reception, drawers were broken, bath tub had a lot of stains and was disgusting, paper toilet holder was broken too. They also stayed with $100.00 that did not say anywhere that we had to provide. Arrived at midnight so we didn't have the energy to look for a different place but don’t recommend.

Everything was in a bad state of disrepair. The TV remote didn’t work. The room did not have a trash can so I piled all garbage up on the table. There wasn’t even a roller for the toilet paper. It was broken.

The stay for me was more so a stay-cation last minute and this property was the cheapest one I found. For this property to be located in Coral Springs, I figured the condition would be better than what it was. Granted, the property appears to be going through renovations but the little things matter. I was moved once a the new room I was given, I couldn’t use the stove because it had no nobs, went downstairs more than once and maintenance was supposed to come and they never did. The tub also had an extremely slow drain and the tv was not mounted on the wall. The room itself looked nice and decent. The property has potential but I wouldn’t stay here again until renovations are fully done. I should have asked for a partial refund just for not being able to use the stove as I planned too however, I didn’t want to make it a HUGE deal.

WHEN I CHECKED IN THE STOVE WAS BROKEN, THE GUY AT THE FRONT LOANED ME A TEMPORARY STOVE THAT HE CAME BACK FOR THE ROOMS WAS DUSTY, ROACHES WERE RUNNING FROM EVERYWHERE HAD TO CALL MAINTEANCE TO SPRAY AND AFTER HE SPRAYED HE LEFT DEAD ROACHES EVERYWHERE. THE BATHROOM PIPE WAS BLOCKED UP ALSO THE AC VENTS NEEDED CLEANING THIS LEFT ME WITH A ALLERGY AND I HAD TO CLEAN MYSELF. ALL WAS RECTIFIED AFTER 5 DAYS THEN THE MANAGER WANTED TO GIVE ME A ROOM CHANGE AND A PERCENTAGE REFUND WHICH NEVER REALLY HAPPEN.

First room, the main light switch didn't work. Switched & various concerns. Front door was in poor condition, 1 light by bed didn't work, outlets by the beds were "plugged" & not usable, bath tub was disgusting dirty & disrepair, bathroom light switch cover broken, stove switch also exposed because of broken cover, fridge handles sticky, no hangers, floors felt dirty, noisy neighbors as it appears people live here for extended periods. Will never stay here again. Stayed at number of Motel 6 & this Studio 6 is one of the worst ever.

The shower was so gross I literally just used a wet towel with soap on it, there’s no way I was stepping in that dirty tub, there was also no microwave like it shows online.

Just gotta say Studio 6 has the best staff I have experienced in longer stay Hotels, always available to help and understanding. You have to make a deposit when checking in and you’re told you’ll receive the deposit back upon checkout. I checked out over a week ago and haven’t received my deposit back. I’ve tried to reach out and I’ve received no response.

They didn't honor our Hotels.com reservation and weren't present to check us in. The after hours phone number left on site just rang with no response. We had to leave for another place late at night. I wasn't the only one in this predicament that night. They didn't charge me at least, but they added to my stress.

Was only there for 2 nights yet my room key stopped working 3 times. Spent multiple hours in line at the front desk to get it fixed. Multiple people were lined up to cancel/refund their reservation as they were given rooms (and key to these rooms) that were already occupied, multiple people lined up for towels that were not provided in the rooms (the lady told them they ran out and didn’t help them), and the one front desk lady would disappear for a long time leaving everybody helpless. I never received my deposit back. My room had somebody’s underwear left in it. During the Friday of my stay there were prostitutes all over the place. Lots of yelling outside at night. NEVER EVER GO HERE!!!!!!!

I would love to leave a 5 STAR review to this place and share my honest experience, especially a big shout out to a manager LISA who went above and beyond any expectations ensuring that I had everything I needed for an amazing week stay! She was a real life saver and made a huge positive difference in my stay and life in general!🙏 First of all, you can’t really beat the price and if you are looking for a place to rest, to sleep, and even have an ability to COOK for yourself, you have everything you need - you just gotta go to front desk and ask for things. I personally loved the BATHTUB with hot water, even some 5 star hotels don’t have bathtubs now days and when you are super tired after traveling and checking in late at night, having a bathtub is a MUST to rest and relax. It was clean and quiet. Waking distance to places to eat and grocery shopping. You get the best value for the price you pay.

Felt very uncomfortable staying there. After returning from local concert around midnight, I noticed 2 police vehicles in parking lot. I felt like I was staying in a 3rd World Country. Won't stay there again and don't recommend the place to anyone.

The room smelled like marijuana. The bathroom smelled really bad, like it had not been cleaned. The refrigerator wasn't clean either. But the worst thing was a serious safety issue. 2 days in a row a SWAT team showed up because of the people 2 doors down from me. I'm talking helmets, shields, and big guns. It was insane. I wont go back. Innocent people die like this.

This place is a nightmare. Absolutely horrible. Dirty and not safe. Drug and prostitution activity. When there is a cop parked in the parking lot and doing rounds all night that's not a good sign. Stay away!!

Location to Cleveland Clinic was great. Receptionist Sunday evening and Monday morning were awesome. Grateful for bathtub but rust in shower around drain was not so great. Wish there was some cutlery and cups in room but to be fair I did not ask. Location to 7-11 good for late arrivals. Bed comfortable!

Easy to get to which is located in a area that is close to Sawgrass Exp Turnpike and also easy to get to I 75, 595 and also 95 my hotel to stay at they are a friendly staff and any issues that may come up they take care of it for you there is right across the the street from hotel is a shopping mall they have shopping and dining so if you’re looking for hotel to stay at, this would be the one Thank u Studio 6

This place was disgusting. check in someone handed me a key card told me the room number. First room Tv cords were pulled out.Needless to say TV didn't work. Microwave didn't work. Second room. NO TOASTER , NO MICROWAVE Neither room had POTS, PANS, SILVERWARE. People smoking marijuana outside. Front desk person gid by the third time we went into the office. . Please for love of God do not stay here. The bathroom tub was gross. Save your money it looks nothing like the pictures and the reviews were inaccurate.

The reservation was for 2 queen beds per room With a kitchen, and that’s why I’ve chosen to go there. The beds were too small, the kitchen had nothing, no pots/utensils..etc Beds weren’t clean, the bathroom’s paint was so poor and fell in the bathtub.
