Sue was very helpful, suggested which restaurant to go. Took action right away when it was missed a day with the housekeeping service. Room was pleasant and newly renovated.

The front desk woman was THE nastiest, most evil and downright sorry excuse of a person. The owner was completely aware and defender her. She opened my door without ANY warning so my dog barked. She then called me "a stupid bi$@t" loud and proud in front of the entire staff and other customers, again the owner was aware and claimed that my dog ATTACKED her, he barked. Don't expect to get any mail or packages, she won't be bothered. I watched her scream and hang up on a customer, he was locked out and she flatly told him that she refused to get off of her lazy as$ to walk upstairs to help him. My room was disgusting, I kept getting locked inside and she said that if it happened again she would leave us locked inside. She also tried to throw me out over a dog bark. The owner REFUSED to run my card and tried to force me to pay cash, like that's not odd at all. The ONLY perk to this place is the very nice man that works in the evening. NOBODY got in the nasty pool and I saw rats running around the property BEWARE OF THIS HELL HOLE AND THE NASTIEST FRONT DESK PERSON YOU'LL EVER MEET

Everything was great—the room was clean, and the pillows and bedding had a pleasant scent. An excellent hotel.
