There was no regular shuttle to and from the airport. You had to call an Uber during off hours. There was no free breakfast and no restaurant. The staff was hit or miss. Some were very nice and some not so much! Rooms and bathrooms were clean. Pool was closed part of the time.

The hotel is older but the room was modern & clean. The shuttle to the hotel was a long wait so we were given the option of hiring a cab and were reimbursed up to $35! The view from the room at the back was excellent. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet. We did not realize there was an onsite restaurant and there were only limited fast food options in the neighbourhood. The staff at reception were excellent

The ‘included’ transport from the airport never arrived. We called multiple times asking for status and was told they would check and call us back. Waited 90 minutes before we finally just got an uber. The room was clean but the hotel is on 95 which I should have realized so lots of traffic noise all night. We were going to use the shuttle to the port for a cruise but it went only 2 times a day and we couldn’t get an estimate from the front desk how long it would take to get to port so we chose to uber again. I picked this hotel because of the shuttle options so it’s very disappointing that they were basically non existent. I will choose on of the hotels we saw come through the shuttle pickup spot next time so I am not left stranded at the airport.

The hotel was a little run down, but the check-in staff were very friendly and helpful. When I called the hotel for the shuttle, I was told it would be about an hour. It was an hour before it showed up. It doesn't run often. I pre-booked the shuttle back to the airport and it ran once an hour, on the hour.

This hotel is right by a very busy road and train track. The noise kept us up all night. The bedspreads were stained, and the floors were dirty. The shelf in the bathroom was being help up with tape. Not a good place ESPECIALLY for the ridiculous price.

This is the second time in a couple weeks that we stayed there. The rooms were nice. Everything was nice. The only thing that I did not like was both times the floors were filthy. Our socks were black. I should have taken a picture. They mustn’t have been clean for a long time, but everything else was good. They need to mop those floors!!!

first of all, there were roaches. And mold. And the bathroom door appeared to have been kicked in. the sheets were dirty the phone didn’t work and the elevator didn’t work. the staff was really friendly. That was the only highlight

Service was very helpful and informative. Room was clean and nice. The one thing I felt was terrible was where our room was located. We were in front beside a 6 lane busy highway. The noise was like you had the windows open. I might have slept or dosed off for 2 hours. Also we weren't given a room until we showed up and I thought reserving a room earlier might have given us a room away from the road.

The hotel is convenient as it is roughly half-way between Miami and West Palm Beach. The hotel policy is not to make up beds during a stay, but clean towels, new toiletries and bins were cleaned five out of six days. The WIFI needs to be improved as it was unreliable at times.

The hotel is conveniently located and was clean. The beds were comfortable, the staff was very helpful, and they work hard to maintain the facility. The airport shuttle was very convenient, and they even ran it early for us to make an early flight. The pool area is nice & relaxing. On the negative side, the area is very loud. Lots of traffic noise and a train track right next door that is frequently used made it difficult to sleep. The room seems to have been recently renovated but the door did not work well & needs replaced. It also seems to be in a bad part of town. Our non-smoking room reeked of Marijuana. They moved us to another room and it was fine until the evening time when the smell of marijuana came through the bathroom fan.

Check in was good but you get what you pay for. Don't expect much but it is a good budget friendly hotel for one night But a huge problem was traffic noise all day and night long hotel does not have noise reduction walls especially if you are on the road side.

The hotel itself was adequate for a one night stay. However, there was no free breakfast as described in the Hotels.com website. The floor was dirty but the bed was comfortable. The staff that checked us in were very pleasant and helpful but the lady who checked us out in the morning was rude and unhelpful. We were not informed that in order to get an airport shuttle to the airport we needed to let them know the night before. Since that didn’t happen, the clerk told us we had to wait 20 to thirty minutes for the shuttle which would make us late for our flight. When asked if we could order an Uber she said we would not be reimbursed for it since we didn’t let them know the night before. Bad customer service!!!

The reception area is absolutely terrible. It is tiny feels dirty. Andequipment has cables running all over the place. While there is only one very hard-working young lady trying to operate. That's from desk whisk people queueing up out the door

Terrible customer service. Took an hour and 45 minutes to get from airport to hotel and only reason it wasn't longer is that I ended up taking an Uber. Was told repeatedly "He's 5 minutes from the airport".Two desk workers but one wouldn't check me in because "I just shutdown my computer". Rooms feel like some just slept in the bed. Go somewhere else, plenty of options.

Expedia should not list this on their site. It is a drug den and trap hotel for pimps and prostitution. I did not stay here there was drugs in the parking lot with needles when I arrived. I was very scared I would get sex trafficked. Immediately went to cancel my registration. Expedia did a poor job helping me with my concerns. This hotel does not need to be our site.

Overall experience: 1* I booked this place last minute cause my flight got canceled. It said close to Wilton Manors. Why not give it a try? - I asked myself. Location: 1* While it says close to Wilton Manors, the area it’s something else... not good. Sketchy people hanging around the hotel. Located by highway and rails, very noisy. I had to ask for a different room facing the other direction (by the pool) because the noise at the front was unbearable. Service&Amenities: 1* You get a bed and a bathroom. Only one outlet worked in the bedroom, AC was on and off, you couldn’t control it. The reception was in a separate building, the entire hotel seemed a little bit sketchy, reminded me of motel 6. People sketch, smoking weed on the stairs, socializing on the hallway. And the hotel makes you sign a form where they take no responsibility if they break into your room, or something gets stolen. While front desk person found me a new room, couldn’t make the electric keys function for the first 4-5 times . I had to walk back and forth with my luggage at least 3 times until he came along with me to help and made it work. The only thing I liked they had a shuttle to the airport. Driver was not friendly at all, but at least they gave me a way out of this place for free. Do not recommend! You can really only find better than this place!

The property is a great location if your staying and playing in ft Lauderdale for a short visit, and for the money it's ok. Most rooms are smoking rooms, but ours wasn't terrible after a little Glade fragrance spray. It is right on Oakland Park Blvd, so if you're on that drive, it's pretty noisy from traffic. Otherwise, it's fine for the money if you know what you're getting.

This Days Inn had an airport shuttle, and advertised an on-site restaurant. We were there overnight before a cruise, so the shuttle was helpful. Unfortunately, the restaurant no longer exists, and it is not a very walkable area for other food options. The hot chicken place across the street was very good!

We had trouble being transferred from airport to hotel. Were given incorrect direction to meet Uber. Staff was helpful in this situation, but it was a mistake on their part to begin with. Hotel does not give a great impression from the outside. Room was clean and he ad decent amenities. There is no restaurant, just a take out truck in parking lot. We don’t need luxury, but this was too humble for us.

This property is very old and dated - no evidence of any attempt to upgrade. Found an insect in our washroom. Nothing to see or do in the vicinity. No breakfast available. No coffee in our room. One positive note - the office staff were friendly and helpful. Free shuttle to the airport was provided.

No in room coffee, as advertised. Went to lobby to get some, but they didn't open until 8:00. Rude staff there when trying to get coffee. Had a roach in our room. Fridge and microwave were older than me! Food at restaurant was overpriced, and not very good. Glad we found a restaurant across the street. Shuttle to cruise port was 45 minutes late, but the driver, Nancy, was great.
