From check in to check out, all the staff was the most friendly and went out of their way to make sure everything with your stay before during and after was wonderful. Very nice to have free airport shuttle. Great price. Room and bathroom was clean. The free breakfast was great.

I arrived late in the evening where I was met with the worst customer service representative I’ve ever come across. She was rude, sarcastic and unapologetic throughout the entire experience. Aside from her very unprofessional behavior, the room was clean and met my expectations. The morning representative was helpful and very polite. I would not stay at this location again due to being treated so poorly at arrival.

Quick stay day before our cruise. Staff as helpful and gave us great options around the area. Good breakfast buffet. But no immediate acces to shopping needs around the immediate area.
