The Hotel is perfectly located for those going to Chase Stadium. The general look is very nice, large reception area, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. Limit is the lift, slow and not "smart". Parking is available, breakfast very minimal but enough. In generakl the hotel needs renovation, but is well kept and staff is helpful.

Generally a good hotel for the price. Pool and hot tub are good with provided towels. Beds ok, but not for people with bad backs. Tv had many unworkable features but would have been excellent. But I hate places that turn down hit water at night. Very hot during the day, lukewarm at night. Unacceptable. Too bad cuz its a good budget hotel and close to Wilton manors.

Couldn’t use the pool during our stay. Otherwise it was great.

Pool area needs work. Room mostly new but some doors need to be upgraded.

Too many dogs barking, dirty pool and nasty hot tub, dirty pool seating, breakfast bar not kept up (eggs were empty every day when we were there), breakfast tables dirty, room service very late in day and needed to ask for if from housekeeping people, we had a back room with nasty view, no ice maker on our floor, overall grounds left much to be desired as to neatness and cleanliness, beds were too soft and mushy. In room furniture not comfortable for two people. We will not be back.

The ice machine on our floor was out of order the entire time we were there. And the elevator closest to our room was down for refurbishing the last two days. Breakfast was good. Staff was pleasant. It was very close to the soccer arena.

The person that checked us in said the hot tub and pool were open till 10. When we went to the hot tub, we found out is was broken and not working. When we mentioned to the person that checked us in, she was surprised to find that out

There is construction happening in the building, but my room was fine. Small issues: elevator in the front of the building not working. Returning late, not a lot of parking due to construction equipment in the parking lot.

Fitness center under construction so it’s closed. Bathroom sink is small. Breakfast was great. Lots of options, overall really nice place to stay. Will definitely go again

The hotel overall was updated and nice. Because we were traveling with our dog we were happy to see that the room had hardwood floors! However, the floors just seemed like they weren’t very clean. Our feet were always super dirty from walking on the floors, which was indicated each time we got in the shower and could see all the dirt washing away. Even when we asked to have the room cleaned one day it didn’t seem to solve the problem. Everyone working there was super nice and welcoming and if not for the dirty floors we would probably consider staying there again.

The air conditioning didn't work, the drinking water was yellow and green, the room was dirty, the room front door didn't close properly, and the room smelled bad. I don't recommend this hotel to anyone.

The tub was filthy and drained was blocked. Had to use husband’s flip flops to take a shower. There were hairs, soil or sand and backup water. The room AC only made noise but did not cool the room. The only positive was the counter staff, which were helpful and pleasant. Won’t stay again and would not recommend.

The property is located in an area that has many homeless people living in and around the hotel in their cars or in the bushes. They have recently updated the hotel. However, in the remodel, they never changed the doors to the rooms so they’re all dented and look terrible. The smell of marijuana through the hallways was overwhelming. I was just there as I had a free night somehow and the AC had broken in my home. When I received a call at midnight that my air-conditioning was up and running again I left the property for the safety and comfort of my own home..

The hotel is located in a really good areas of csuse is centered abd has a lot of optiobs around including the Chase Stadium. However the hotel entrance was filty, the room was ckean but smelly, the fridge in the room didn't work and the bathroom door was not closing correctly. We requested new towells and never got them. Asked for someone to change the dmall fridge butbthey never did. Hotel is oje but they lack of service and cleaning is obvious.

The customer service was fine here. However, the cleanliness and condition of the property was very questionable. And the water was a light brown, and the sink would not drain in my room. Would not stay here again.

Floors were very dirty. Laminate that needed washing and you can tell the housekeeper never cleaned it as my feet were very dirty from walking on the floor.

The lobby was clean and cozy, but unfortunately the rooms were the opposite. The bathroom in the room had mold growing in the shower. The tub did not drain, and had a burn marks in the material. The ceiling in the bathroom had paint flaking off in multiple places, and the toilet seat did not fit the toilet. Complete disappointment 😞

Didn’t know the property was under construction when we arrived. Missing baseboards, one elevator not working causing to having to walk down a dirty hallway. Bathroom door in room was uneven causing it hard to close the door. The water was brown in the toilet. When I rinse out me cup the water was brown coming from the sink.

The hotel is a little far from the airport. It is in the middle of renovations. Our room was not clean i.e. garbage in the pails, dirty towels in the bathroom and a used condom near the toilet. It was understaffed with only one person at a very busy desk. And the staff was super friendly and helpful.

The ac wasn't working at all

The air condition in rooms 114 and 130 wasn’t working as well. Recommend upgrading the air conditioning system. Rooms were never cold even when the thermostat was adjusted. Also, the door is very hard to open you have to push your body toward the door and apply pressure to get in. Other than that the staff were friendly and accommodating. Lastly please tell your room attendants if you have the check out list don’t come knocking on guest doors at 8am in the morning asking them the same questions when I can see you’re looking at the list.

4th floor was hot. And ac unit was struggling.

First room ac wasn't working Got switch to another room then the tub was draining slow, was an ok place but had it issues

Elevator was out of order. Room 213 a/c not cooling. I did advise the front desk. Hotel was in a great location though.

The front desk girl on night shift was very kind and accommodating. Unfortunately the room wasn’t great. The TV remote wasn’t working. It looked melted somehow. So we couldn’t work the TV and we had to unplug the TV which then unplugged the mini fridge. The bed pillows weren’t very comfortable, so we woke up very sore.

Had to change room as window did not lock. Otherwise, it was good.

Fine for a one night stay. Staff was great. However the painting and maintenance was not good. I understand they are renovating but room doors are dented, paint job of hallways and room was horribly sloppy, color selection was not calming at all. Beds were comfortable and it was clean but first Impressions do count for something. Lobby was nice and recently done but the skylights were cracked in the roof.

The room was okay - a King suite. Lots of room. Outlet in bathroom didn't work and cable buffered at times. Older hotel that has been updated some with so-so construction.

Staff is wonderful. From check in, breakfast and cleaning the rooms. Everyone is friendly and ready to help.

I am writing to express my profound dissatisfaction with certain aspects of our stay While our initial check-in process was smooth, our overall experience was severely undermined by critical service failures and unacceptable comfort issues. Firstly, our room experienced ongoing comfort issues, notably the excessive noise from both the air conditioning unit and the mini-refrigerator, which significantly disrupted our sleep and general rest. However, the main issue, which far supersedes these comfort problems, occurred on the second night Around 11:50 PM, our young son woke up vomiting. This created a considerable and urgent mess involving the duvet, bed linens, and the floor. We immediately called the front desk requesting cleaning assistance. We were informed that housekeeping services were unavailable at that hour. It is unacceptable for a reputable hotel to lack emergency cleaning support, especially concerning biohazardous messes like vomit, regardless of the late hour. My spouse and I were forced to spend a significant portion of the night, when we should have been resting, cleaning the affected area ourselves with limited in-room supplies. This severely ruined our stay and overall vacation experience.

First of all the staff at the hotel told us that we would get a double bed handicap accessible room. I sent my niece there to make sure and they showed her the room while she video called us to see it. I even put it on the hotels.com app that says they will send it over to the hotel. When we arrived they said the room wasn’t ready due to the air conditioning being out. Then they said that they never got anything saying that we needed a handicap room. My mother is handicapped and had a difficult time with the bathroom. It could have been a real problem if she would’ve fell in that shower. With no railing or seat I had to try and help her while washing. The manager said that they would comp us one night and as of today I don’t see it off the bill. I think that was to get us out of her face. I will be making some calls about this. The cleaning staff did their best with what they had. They were friendly helpful and I know it’s not their fault that we had a roach come out on our last night there. Not a big roach but an infestation type. The door to the bathroom kept getting stuck and was loud. The room was so patched up that it did not look like the pictures. I’m so disappointed from the start of our trip driving 9 hours with no other options at the last minute to the last night that I don’t think I would use this app for my bookings in the future. I would recommend that if the hotel has limited handicap rooms, to notify the customer days in advance if it’s out of order.

This is at least the 5th or 6th time we have stayed at this property and have always been happy to return. After this stay, I am not sure we will return. I had requested at least a 1st floor room, since there were no ADA rooms available. I am disabled, and have small children who like to run around the room (1st floor makes them less noisy). We were given a room on the 3rd floor. Fine, whatever, there are elevators. Then around 9pm it was apparent that our ac was not going to cool the room. My husband went to front desk to ask for a room that the ac worked in. Because reservation was in my name, I had to be there to change room. After waiting 5 minutes for an elevator I get downstairs to sign the paper for the front desk lady (Mia P, ? younger black woman) who had less personality than a box of rocks. Once we were comfortably in our new room, I returned to front desk to return 1st room keys. Above described front desk woman waved her hand towards the box on desk and turned back away. I wanted to make sure she got keys so I didnt get charged for both rooms. Low and behold, next day, I check my bank account and there are 2 deposits pending on my bank account. I called hotel. They said they could not help and transferred me to customer care. They hung up on me before I got to speak to anyone. Called them back, only to be told they couldn't help and that I needed to return to the hotel and talk to them. I am extremely disappointed with this hotel. They need to do better hiring.

Upon arrival my room wasn't ready so I had to wait an hour ... But the manager quickly sprang into action and handled the situation.. room was beautiful, clean , breakfast was fantastic and I enjoyed my stay

I arrived later than planned but was greeted with a pleasant smile and excellent customer service. After driving 16 hours all I wanted to do was sleep and relax. Tanisha checked us in and it was hassle free. She started my experience off with ease because of her A1 customer service. She deserves a raise!!!!! We need more Tanisha’s 💪❤️

We had a late flight into Fort Lauderdale as well as a few flight delays. The entire travel day I called the hotel multiple times to ensure our room would still be available despite the flight delays. I was reassured the room would be available, even with the late check in time. We finally got to hotel around 3 am and the attendant refused to give us the room we paid for. He was very rude, yelled at us, threw his hands in my face and left us stranded at 330 am. It was a TERRIBLE interaction. Luckily there was a hotel not far who had a room and accommodated our situation without a second thought.

The staff was very friendly. Especially the girl at the front desk she was very busy with everyone checking in and out. She keep a good attitude and was able to get us get in early to our room

Maybe someone can tell me why a security guard knocked on my door after I checked in at the front desk, showed my Id and was given my room key. I did what I was supposed to and should not be hassled by security when I am minding my own business in the room I paid for. I stay at a lot of hotels and this has never happened. This was not welcome.

Check in was smooth, rooms was clean spacious and perfect for our few days in Miami. Hotel is ideally situated for attending inter Miami which is what we booked it for. Was roughly 15 min walk each way. Staff was friendly and the free Car park was ideal. Breakfast was a bit chaotic and messy and short on options but as it was free can’t complain too much. Overal happy with our stay and would deffo recommend if your visiting that region.

Went for Miami game. Very convenient. Go Messi!

If you are on a budget and you don't plan to spend much time in the hotel, this place is fine. However, it is combined with an extended stay which seems to have contributed to the "run down" rooms, exterior, hallways, etc. We stayed on a Sunday to go to the Inter Miami game. It seemed like there were several people that stayed at the hotel to party over the weekend. The location is good but, really, I would not recommend walking around at night. There were a lot of questionable people hanging round at the fast food restaurants and the gas stations that were within walking distance.

Location in on a busy highway. But the area is very quiet. I felt safe and comfortable for a one night stay with my family.

The breakfast is not as good as last week and weeks before

Awesome location, friendly staff, good breakfast!

I did not like that people bought their dogs into the breakfast eating area, there is a time and place for everything. The breakfast hours could also be extended as not everyone wants to get up at the crack of dawn when on holiday, to have breakfast.

Have stayed here numerous times in order to visit family and friends. The renovations look great. Room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was okay. Love the new pancake machine, though it wasn't working properly. The staff member working breakfast was very nice. We will continue to stay here when we visit.

Very pleased with our stay here. Breakfast was great! No issues with later check in. AC unit seemed to not be adjustable so if it was too cold you just had to unplug the whole thing. Also had issues with the cards having to be rekeyed multiple times. Lots of fast food places within walking distance. In general, I would recommend this place as affordable and very excellent breakfast!!
