We are In the process of a refund. My wife and I got back to our room and cockroaches were present. I was able to kill one but not the other two that went into the wall. We checked out and never ended up staying there. I presented the gentleman at the counter the dead one in a tissue and he was very apologetic but he couldn’t refund on cancel it. Unfortunately all hotels in the area were sold out due to a concert. We ended up driving home 3 hrs and arriving at 4am.

The general manager was very helpful and accomadating. The only problem is no plug for the bath tub so you can take a bath. Other than that, wonderful place to stay.

This property was not well maintained, and the room was not clean. We ended up not staying. Peeling paint, stained furniture, and an unclean room. The staff was very helpful in cancelling my stay.
