Unfortunately, I checked in late at night and I had booked a king bed standard room. When I got to my room, I was given to queens at that point. I didn’t feel like changing rooms. There was old Chinese food, and our refrigerator., the coffee area was dirty and not maintained properly, and all of this made me wonder if my bed was even clean! Staff was nice and I did not use the amenities

The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful, but there weren't enough of them to handle the volume of guests. It took many minutes to get them to answer the phone! Maintenance was definitely an issue. The elevators both sounded alarms when used. The remote for the television didn't work. The room door latch did not work properly. The room was DARK! The lamps had opaque shades that blocked most of the light from the bulbs. There wasn't even enough light to read the thermostat. Mostly, the hotel was very clean. The only exception was the breakfast dishes, which had old food or lipstick stains several times.

Didn’t get any sleep want to lay down at 10 o’clock and till two in the morning there sounded like elephants running across the roof and I’d call front desk. No answer went downstairs to the front desk nobody to be seen.
