Good room. Convenient location. Shuttle is great. Only caution: we were charged an upgrade fee for a room we didn’t upgrade.

The property was at a good location. Easy to find when you first get into key West. The convenience of having a shuttle to downtown was really good. The staff was very friendly and professional.

Very clean property with big rooms, easy free parking, big pool with a bar and cabanas and a free shuttle to Duval St. Very friendly staff.

This is the second time my wife and I have stayed here. It’s not exactly in the heart of Key West, but they have a shuttle that will take you down by the waterfront and bring you back again. There is a good complimentary breakfast that has something for everyone. There is adequate parking, but it’s all on the backside of the property and it’s a little bit of a haul, to get your luggage to some of the rooms on the front side. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Even though I haven’t gone for a swim, the pool area looks nice. There are plenty of feral chickens and roosters roaming around and they can be a bit noisy, the do supply complimentary ear plugs. The next time we’re in Key West, I’m sure we’ll be staying here again.

Nice laundry that is free. Got a few extra charges that were tourist related that were unexpected. Would stay there again.

The pros of this hotel were its pool, free breakfast, happy hour drinks and shuttle service into downtown Key West. Guests also have access to the neighbouring hotel pools, which easy to miss. There are 4 hotels that make up “Rooster Row” and each one is connected through the parking lots. Some of these have nicer pools, yard game options, live music, bars and restaurants. Other than that, there is only a McDonalds (and a Circle K) within walking distance. Families with young kids would probably find themselves in need of a car to access food each day or just be dependent on being “downtown” for meal times. The major con of the property is the noise. The hotel is situated at an incredibly busy intersection of highway. Our room faced the road and was extremely loud. The only place louder was the pool deck. While it’s a very tranquil setting and I enjoyed the vibe, be aware that your relaxation level will have to contend with motorcycles, motorbikes, tricked out sports cars and trucks directly over the fence. I would stay here again because of its resort amenities and the price point.

Pool area is very nice. Yet the bar could use some spucing up. Staff is hospitable. Could use more lighting in the room as well as hangers in the closet. Breakfast has been a bit inconsistent. The shuttle service is a bit of a joke. Need to call for reservations, then get a ticket, yet still first come first serve ? Also one shuttle with about 30 seats for 4 hotels, no wonder it was full most of the time we tried reserving.

The place is great they have complimentary laundry where you can wash your own clothes all you need is your soap. It’s at the beginning of key west they do offer a bus service to downtown key west. The breakfast is simple but good. The pool is nice the pool bar closes early before 8pm

Pool area great and well maintained. Little sitting areas a scattered outside by first floor rooms were nice.

Will definitely be staying at this hotel again. The staff was friendly, the rooms were very clean, and the property was well maintained. Had several charging stations for electric vehicles.

My first time at a Fairfield by Marriott, I was very much impressed by the design of the hotel with many gardens around or green areas, the lobby was clean and comfortable, the front desk personnel was so friendly and welcoming, they helped us with our reservation. Breakfast had many choices, room and bathroom were impeccable and beds comfortable.

Our stay was amazing, the hotel was clean and the rooms were clean and stocked with all the necessary needs. The staff was friendly and breakfast bar was clean and packed.

Right away they scam you for a $25 a day fee at the front desk after you've already paid hundreds of dollars. 2 non alcoholic drinks are included per day which was nice. Breakfast was included which is nice and the food is decent but they refused to empty the trash. Each day for breakfast all 4 trash cans were literally overflowing onto the floor and they ran out of coffee and wouldn't make more. It's assanine to have every trash can overflowing. Cleanliness gets an absolute 0. The rooms were decent and clean, the front desk staff was friendly but they only ever had 1 person working so expect at least 20 minute wait to check in. The pool was absolutely filthy, looked like they mowed the lawn and then dumped it directly onto the pool. Overall a decent hotel but if they put 1 microgram of energy into basic cleaning like taking out the trash and making coffee it would be much better.

Lovely hotel with friendly staff and convenient location. A couple of not so good experiences … - Pool is WAY too hot and not refreshing at all. - Breakfast, although “free”, includes the absolute worst bacon, powdered eggs and oily patties/sausage I have ever had. Rather charge me for breakfast, but provide quality food with proper crockery and cutlery. - Housekeeping did not “make” our room once before 17:00 during our entire stay. Not ideal at all. - Five nights and housekeeping did not clean the floors in our bathroom and room once.

They have chicken tree where roosters start calling around 4:15am continues till morning. Even second floor rooms in trouble with that.

Nice location, clean room, and very spacious.

Everything was very well done, the only notable issue with the room was it was in need of better lighting.

First off, this property is a MOTEL. All doors open to outside, very poor noise control. We could listen to what our neighbors were watching on TV and hear their conversations. That said, there appear to have been updates in side. Room and lobby refreshed and clean. Usual generous Fairfield breakfast. There is a resort fee but there is good value in that, free beverages, a free shuttle to the rest of Key West. I would stay here again.

The hot water in the shower was not working.

There was no hot water in our room. Cold shower was not pleasant

Our room was large and having a separate area with couch and TV was lovely. The king bed was really comfortable. As far as Key West pricing goes, this was a good deal. The only reason I am not giving this a 5 star review is our room was right next to the road which literally is the intersection of the highway to Key West. We needed ear plugs to sleep! A room on the inside or back of building would have been much quieter

Stay was pleasant and staff took care of house keeping daily and maintain overall cleanness, the complementary breakfast was very good and included all options for everyone. The shuttle service was very convenient for visiting downtown. Overall excellent service. Front desk staff Binita was very cooperative and welcoming.

Everything was extraordinary about our stay. The entire Staff was exceptional from the moment we arrived until the time we left.

The staff at the front desk need to be a little more mindful about check in details and providing useful information to guests. For example, providing me a parking permit at the time of check in, and not a letter on my windshield one day later telling me that my car would be towed if I did not have a parking permit. Was it my job to ask for a parking permit at check in? or was it their job to provide it? That is incompetence at its best and it really demonstrated that they could care less about their jobs. Other than that, my stay was good. Little things like that upset me and it upsets me more when I hear I'm sorry.

The staff were friendly and helpful. Joseph was one who went above and beyond! He was able to get us checked in on time and quickly as possible. He gave us great recommendations on things to do in the area. I would stay here again for sure!

Stayed here multiple times, this time couldn’t get room until 3:30…. Was before the required of 4:00, but staff was in no hurry to get us in as soon as reasonable, we got our room after I checked with desk, I waited for txt…. My have been 4:00

This place is clean and quiet. Food is good. Service is great. Especially front desk Suman!

My flight coming in was delayed. I called the hotel twice. First time to let them know of the situation, second time to give them my estimated time I would be there along with my number to call me, if need be. When I got to the hotel, my reservation was canceled and all the employees there claimed I never called. They claimed the manager said there was nothing they could do and I had to call Expedia, since I booked through them. Now I’m out $900.

We got to the hotel around 3:30 knowing check-in was at 4. The person at the front desk said "a member" had a late check-out so we would not be able to get into the room 'for another 2-3 hours. What?? If my check-in is at 4, I should be able to get in at that time! I paid $424 for my room, but I can't get in it! Then I asked her how they would compensate me, and she said she would "waive the membership fee". But because I booked with Travelocity, I will not be getting anything "waived". Since Fairfield Inn had already gotten paid from Travelocity, why didn't they give me cash back or give me some credit on a card that I would be able to use the next time I stayed at Fairfield. Well, they said they couldn't do that. Very unhappy with the service. Around 7:30 p.m. we asked for some more towels, and after several hours we still had not gotten any. I called the front desk, but no one answered, so I went down to the front desk. They would not give me any but said someone would bring me some. This was about 10 p.m. Finally, after everyone was in bed, at 11 p.m. someone knocked on the door to bring us some towels! Then the roosters started doing their thing at 4:35 a.m. We had our alarm set at 5:45 so we could get to a boat ride by 7, so we were unable to get breakfast, although they did let us get some cereal for our granddaughter. Very unhappy with the whole experience.

Nice hotel with everything you may need. Located away from downtown, but we had a rental so it was not a problem and they have good parking spaces.

The hotel itself is very nice—room size was comfortable, and the breakfast was quite good. Although it’s located a bit farther from Duval Street, the complimentary shuttle service made getting around easy and convenient. The property also offers good parking facilities, which is a plus. The price was reasonable, especially for a stay in Key West, a peaceful and charming destination. Overall, a pleasant experience and great value for the area.

Hotel is right off the main highway making it easy to get in and out of. Loved the scenic walk next to the intercostal water way. Fast food restaurants and grocery store were within walking distance. Clean property.

Rooms were very clean. Comfortable beds. Pool is nice. Shuttle to downtown makes distance easier. Not close to downtown. very close to airport.

Picked Marriott over Hilton for breakfast included. Advertised to start at 6:30 am which it did not. I left without breakfast at 6:50 and there was a lobby full of people waiting.

Well-run property in a good location for visiting key west. Whilst the bedrooms would benefit from a facelift, the staff keep everywhere clean and and genuine in their desire to help make your stay perfect. The buffet breakfast is managed brilliantly by a service-focussed team. The shuttle bus to key west is a bonus, as are the daily soft drinks available from reception. Together, they make the resort fee good value. Large pool with ample loungers, sofas, chairs etc. Loved our stay

Good, clean, safe property. Only detractor would be they ran out of breakfast on Saturday at 8:30 a.m. out out of many items. Breakfast being included in the stay is a huge reason we booked this property.

Hi the lobby is very nice !! The room service is great and fast we didn’t miss anything. The rooms are not well isolated and the air conditioning is extremely Loud the rollaway bed comfortable but squeaky . Also the sofa bed only fits one person . So we had to order the rollaway bed for 20$ a night because the king room doesn’t fit 4 people . The shuttle service is a nice plus . The breakfast area is very crowded their was long lines even to toast the bread they only had one toaster and they weren’t replenishing fast.

The room was very generic. Pool was nice. Website is misleadering. No actual restaurant, bar was at the pool and was only open Friday and Saturday night. Free breakfast was below average. Note: bathroom door was a slider - not good if you are sharing a room.
