The resort was lovely and the staff were very courteous. We enjoyed the complimentary bevi stations around the property which included hot, cold, sparkling and flavored water. The resort fee and restaurant was a little expensive, but worth it. There is no beach. To get in the ocean you have to climb over rocks.

Great: Location, staff/service, bathroom, size of room, ease of check-in. Good: Pool size (kinda small), speed of elevator, views. Not great: Rooms are a bit dated. Plugs that are loose and don't work, metal on lights and mirrors deteriorating and tiny balcony. The on-site bar, restaurant and staff were excellent. Drinks, food and service are worth the stay alone, but the location is great too. We did wish the pool was larger, but its a tight place. Rooms will need updating soon, very soon. Bathrooms were fantastic.

Not given arrival drink, reusable water cans not told are refillable and only 2 in room booked for 3. Later told water stations in every bldg, who goes to other bldgs other than the one staying at. Room described as 2 Queen partial Ocean view (which we stayed in once before) has 460 sqft but the one they gave us in an opposite building had only 2?0 sqft must have been a converted king room with the beds swapped out. Never the less, it was way smaller than the 460sqft one we stayed in there years earlier. Bathroom was half the size and main room was cramped. With 3 adults it was a tight fit and a large disappointment. Manager said it was a 2Queen Bd Partial Ocean view room? and no others were available…we arrived @11:30. No compension was given. Resort is nice, however, becoming a little dated. Air conditioners are extremely loud, bed is not the most comfortable, pillows are flat. Pool is also pretty small for the size of the resort. Needs an update, but overall its a great location and our stay was pleasant.

Rooms are poorly decorated. No carpet or rug. Cold hard floors that get wet from humidity and slippery. Air conditioning wouldn’t regulate properly so it got ice cold at night. Pool lounge chairs are uncomfortable and the pool area is not inviting. Service was poor at the pool. Bartenders were very good and friendly. The overall hotel felt cheap to me. Sorry but you asked.

The hotel is fantastic. The outdoor area, especially at the water, is amazing. The pool area is great and the room was newish with a comfortable bed and modern bathroom. I would stay there again. We were able to walk to everything.

Everything was top notch here. Check in was a breeze, they escorted you to your room, and helped with luggage. Pool and lounge/bar area were clean and neat. Room was larger than expected and well cleaned and maintained. We will definitely stay here again

I can’t say enough positive things about this property. The staff, location, amenities, etc are all top notch. We especially enjoyed the refillable water bottles which were new to us this time. We’ve stayed here several times before and it never disappoints. The location is perfect for walking or shopping or site seeing. The rooms are spacious, especially the bathroom which is so important to me. I need space for my stuff. The staff are all so friendly and attentive. I highly recommend and will be back!!

Greeted with Champagne and a friendly smile upon arrival. Quickly got our room and all went smooth. That evening we realized our AC was really loud, could put sleep loud. The next morning the hotel sent a “ how are we doing” message and I informed that the AC was too loud. Not really wanting to move we had some earplugs and gave it another shot to no avail. That morning were quickly taken care of by the rooms manager (great guy,sadly I can’t recall his name). Once we were moved all was fine. The pool service is really good, haven’t had that good of service since pre-covid and it’s nice to see a hotel return to pool and in room dining. He in room dining was really good (we used it for breakfast a few times). The location of the hotel is really good. Close enough but not right on Duval. And easy walk to most anything you’d want to check out. My only complaint is that the balconies are too small for two people to sit and have breakfast in the morning. All in all I’d recommend because of the service and location. Also the housekeeping staff did a great job and really cleaned, they were always there by noon when we wanted our room cleaned. Some other places we’ve been to would take until 6pm. It’s pricey but it’s Key West. That’s to be expected.

We chose the Hyatt Centric for its location although I wasn't sure what to expect based on reviews. However, we couldn't have been more pleased. Ideal location was within walking distance to everything and yet it was removed enough that it was quiet. Music was played daily but we were on the second floor over the pool and with the door closed we didn't hear it. The property was clean and well maintained. The staff, from reception to concierge, restaurant servers to bar tenders, ground crew to housekeeping were friendly, welcoming and helpful. Prices at the hotel restaurant and bar are a bit high but that's to be expected. Overall a great stay.

The alcoholic drinks and food was subpar at the outside bar. The hotel staff was very Friendly and the availability of the spring water around the hotel was essential due to rhe extreme heat. I would stay here again and just not use the bar.

The Latitudes restaurant onsite was excellent. Enjoyed a hot breakfast each day. Menu options were good. Waitstaff very attentive. Had dinner here one evening. Craft cocktails were excellent. The best location, easily walkable to the harbor, Duval St and beyond. Check in and out was a breeze and our room was beautiful. Everyone we met was nice and the food was delicious. We kept going back to the Blue Mojito bar because of TJ. Hands down the sweetest person and best bartender. Always looking out for us and feels like an old friend. My 3rd time staying here and planning a 4th visit next year.

We looked at a lot of the local hotels before choosing to go with one of the big chains. The things we saw in the reviews of the local places...street noise, no air conditioning or air that didn't work well, small rooms, places in need of renovation, etc, etc. So the chain was the "safe" choice and honestly it didn't disappoint. It was clean, the air worked, it was a good location, the beds were comfortable, they have a really neat sparkling water machine in the lobby, they have free pina coladas or margaritas, the staff was friendly. The room was quiet. I don't know what else we could have asked for.
