Perfect hotel kinda on the other side of the main area of key west but island is so small it still feels close. Theirs a shuttle that runs every 45 minutes sign up in lobby asap! We rented a golf cart from hotel that was so convenient. Its every close to keywest Airport which was so cool watching the planes fly over while in the pool especially when the sea plane fly over it make you really feel like your on a island in the middle of nowhere! The rooms are spacious the bathroom are very nice! Get a room with a pool view second floor with balcony its worth it! Staff was very friendly at front desk. Perks are you get a drink card with 2 free drinks pre day from pool bar! We will definitely stay here again...

I like the location. Also the blackened mahi mahi sandwich was delicious. The staff did a fantastic job cleaning the room. Should not charge a resort fee. I did not like the condition of the pool. A film present all around the pool. Pool needs to be resurfaced. The free drinks were not the best. Also, when bartender noticed your free card at hand, was more likely to ignore you and delay service, even thought you may wanted the free drink but also planned to buy additional food items A fire pit present, but never turned on. A gas fire pit could add ambience in the evening no matter the temperature. The breakfast was the same every day ( on one day potato was added). The physical space for guests breakfast pretty limited. More space outdoors but not preferable in 85 degree weather at 830am plus humidity.

Ice machine didn't work. The hotel was sprawled out over 6 buildings and had only one working ice machine. There was animal feces on the pool deck and I called the front desk to report it but they did nothing about it.

We just got home from a week stay at the Hampton Inn resort. Our room was comfortable and received daily cleaning service. The frig and microwave was nice to have. Love the first two middle buildings that surround the pool. The pool was a good size and clean. The Cheekie Hut provided great service and good food, available to order until 7 or a little after in the evening. The breakfast provided was always good with a large variety. The team was pleasant to work with and assisted us with anything we needed. The shuttle to and from airport was super convenient and was a great option to get downtown, running every 45 minutes. We would definitely recommend this property. Keep in mind, you do need the shuttle or another form of transportation to get to the old town area and duval street.

We loved everything about this property. The staff was friendly and accommodating. It was quiet with a nice pool and bar. You get 2 drinks a day at the pool bar which was unexpected and nice. Free transportation to downtown was convenient, we even rented a golf cart one day and that was so much fun! When we come back, we will stay here again. I recommend this place 100%

The pool area with the tiki hut was absolutely awesome — such a fun and relaxing tropical setting. I especially loved the live music at the pool every Friday and Saturday, which really added to the vacation vibe. All the bartenders were kind and friendly, and the 1 free drink per person each day was a great perk. They also provided unlimited bottled water, which was super convenient, and the free breakfast was a nice bonus. Overall, I had a fantastic stay and would definitely return!

As a diamond member I am loyal to the Hilton brand even with Gold Marriott status. I checked in & within 2hrs I notified the front desk about fleas. They said it was too late & they would address it the next day. I never heard back so I called & they said housekeeping steamed the couch & maintenance sprayed around. That night I was bitten on my ankles. I notified the front desk & was told it was probably no see-ums. I’m a native Floridian & know the difference. I have flea bites. Never once did they apologize. Never once did they offer to move me. I’m so disappointed in this property. The concierge was rude & unhelpful. She told me the trolleys had stopped for the day & if I wouldn’t have still gone outside to wait at 4:45 I would have missed it. The driver said there were 2 more behind him. If she’s the concierge she should know the trolley schedule since the hotel is one of the stops. I’m heading to Marco Island & I will probably stay at the JW instead of the Hilton resort. It’s unacceptable to have your guests bitten by fleas they advised you of.

On the outside it looks perfect, great location. Inside the room smells of bad oder. Mold all over the room. When I asked for a room change they did not want to comply. They gave me an air freshener.. end of the day me and my wife ended up sleeping in the car that night. Just horrible!!

The room was fine, clean. The balcony overlooks..nothing, facing the other hotel next door. We were in blg 6, had to walk by a small bridge with standing water to get to the pool and main areas of hotel, that standing water Smells Really Bad! You can smell it as soon as you open your room door. The pool was not heated/warm, water was chilly. The best part is the shuttle that runs back and forth, really appreciated that. Also the morning breakfast had many options. The staff was very pleasant. But that smell was too much-

Very nice and met our needs. Only recommendation would be the floors (especially bathroom tile floor) needed to be mopped. Walking around left the bottoms of our feet and flip flops black on the bottom.

This is a great hotel, we enjoyed our stay here and would stay again. The rooms are spacious and set up nicely, the bathroom is wonderful. Our balcony facing the pool was also nice. Everything is clean and tidy, the breakfast is good. We liked this area since it is away from the the busy downtown/old town area, so there is plenty of parking here and it's quiet (except for the airport). It's walking distance to Smather's beach and East Martello tower. The free shuttle is really nice to have for getting to and from downtown and the airport. This is a nice hotel for the affordable price in Key West.

Our room was a king overlooking the pool. The room was spacious and the view from the balcony was gorgeous. The grounds were exceptionally clean and well-maintained. Unfortunately, the tv in our room did not work because there was no internet signal (in our room only). A maintenance man with no tech savvy was sent to troubleshoot. He left, never to be seen again, without fixing the problem. A desk clerk and the concierge were unable to do anything either. Their solution was to suspend the $30 daily resort fee. Big deal! For what the daily rates were, this was negligible. There were no vacancies so switching rooms was impossible. I can appreciate that, but I was disappointed with the staff's apparent indifference. In addition, the complimentary breakfast was found lacking.

The room smelled very good in the room. Like a lemon breeze. However outside was a different story.. smelled really bad like something had died... the ocean view rooms was really street view. The hotel was not located on the ocean at all but we could see the ocean from our room.

Ocean view room was disappointing. We were on bottom floor and just saw cars going back and forth as the road was in between the hotel and ocean. We tried to get another room but weren’t successful. We were told we could switch the next day but then we were told a different story when we went to change rooms. So, we can’t recommend the ocean room. Too many cool places to stay.

We had of ton (8) of unexplained charges from the hotel. They couldn't tell us what the charges were for. We were told to call when we get back home to try to figure it out. Unbelievable. In addition to that, the room air conditioner blew luke warm air the entire time and if you stay here bring your own pillows, the hotel pillows are flat as paper, no support. On a positive note, the location was great and Christine and Kim really went above and beyond to try to make the stay nice. For the price, Id consider another place though.

The room was nice, spacious, and clean. We stayed on the second floor and had a great view of the (heated) pool area and the ocean in the background. Their breakfast was nice as well, the morning we went they had a southwestern style egg with peppers, sausage, biscuits with gravy, toast (cream cheese, butter, jelly), waffle station (mini or full size) whichever your choice (regular batter or red velvet). A couple different types of cereal with milk, juice, coffee, etc. The gentleman at the check in desk, said they change it around.
The room was nice, spacious, and clean. We stayed on the second floor and had a great view of the (heated) pool area and the ocean in the background. Excellent location and shuttle service safly let down by front desk staff who just said ‘put the keys in there’ indicating a box on check out never asking if our stay was good or bad but happy to still charge $65 for tei nights ‘resort fee’. The rooms were spacious and well appointed. There was ample parking. The pool was cold and half the loungers couldn’t be used. The bar staff were very rude. My husband wondered if one was racist but it turned out he was equally horrible to everyone. Nice live music. Breakfast was good. Liked the shuttle downtown.

As a diamond member I am loyal to the Hilton brand even with Gold Marriott status. I checked in & within 2hrs I notified the front desk about fleas. They said it was too late & they would address it the next day. I never heard back so I called & they said housekeeping steamed the couch & maintenance sprayed around. That night I was bitten on my ankles. I notified the front desk & was told it was probably no see-ums. I’m a native Floridian & know the difference. I have flea bites. Never once did they apologize. Never once did they offer to move me. I’m so disappointed in this property. The concierge was rude & unhelpful. She told me the trolleys had stopped for the day & if I wouldn’t have still gone outside to wait at 4:45 I would have missed it. The driver said there were 2 more behind him. If she’s the concierge she should know the trolley schedule since the hotel is one of the stops. I’m heading to Marco Island & I will probably stay at the JW instead of the Hilton resort. It’s unacceptable to have your guests bitten by fleas they advised you of.

The property was safe, and clean. It is convenient to and from the airport as the hotel is about a block away from the Airport. However, it’s about 10 minutes from Duval street, and there is a highway right outside your window if you choose the “ocean view” option…. It is relatively quiet though.

Great location with easy access to everything needed. Pool area was great with the bar. Away from the larger crowds near the cruise ports and Duval St area, but only a 10-15 min drive their get there. Planes take off directly over the hotel, so it can get loud, but only for a few seconds and there are not really any flights at night.

The room smelled very good in the room. Like a lemon breeze. However outside was a different story.. smelled really bad like something had died... the ocean view rooms was really street view. The hotel was not located on the ocean at all but we could see the ocean from our room.

This is a great hotel, we enjoyed our stay here and would stay again. The rooms are spacious and set up nicely, the bathroom is wonderful. Our balcony facing the pool was also nice. Everything is clean and tidy, the breakfast is good. We liked this area since it is away from the the busy downtown/old town area, so there is plenty of parking here and it's quiet (except for the airport). It's walking distance to Smather's beach and East Martello tower. The free shuttle is really nice to have for getting to and from downtown and the airport. This is a nice hotel for the affordable price in Key West.

I Loved the pool area and bar. It was great that breakfast was included. I wish there was a place for a proper dinner because without a car the only place to eat was the pool bar. Place was clean and rooms were nice. Staff was helpful.

Since the Hampton Inn is not within walking distance of Duval Street, it was nice to have a shuttle, even though they only take you to one place and drop you off or pick you up. Was glad that we could rent a golf cart from the resort to explore other places on our own. Their restaurant, the Cheekie Hut, is not up to standard. We tried 3 different times (there is only a couple of restaurants within walking distance), and their drinks are weak. The outside pool and surrounding area is wonderful! There are sufficient lounge chairs and the pool is very clean as is the entire outside area.

Negatives: Food options for breakfast were a bit limited. I wished there were more hot food options, there was only 1 hot plate with 3 options. Hot water in lobby and coffee section usually never replaced. Apart from that, the hotel is great and not too far from the airport so you can maximize your time in key west!

We just got home from a week stay at the Hampton Inn resort. Our room was comfortable and received daily cleaning service. The frig and microwave was nice to have. Love the first two middle buildings that surround the pool. The pool was a good size and clean. The Cheekie Hut provided great service and good food, available to order until 7 or a little after in the evening. The breakfast provided was always good with a large variety. The team was pleasant to work with and assisted us with anything we needed. The shuttle to and from airport was super convenient and was a great option to get downtown, running every 45 minutes. We would definitely recommend this property. Keep in mind, you do need the shuttle or another form of transportation to get to the old town area and duval street.
