A/C did not work, telephone was not connected, mold and mildew, microwave did not work, upon exiting the room door did not lock, trash and debris throughout the grounds. I give this hotel a minus 10.

Thr propery looks very nice from the outside but the room had sticky black substance on the floors between the tiles that stuck to bare feet and made them BLACK The air conditioner/ heater didn't work and the property had left a small storage heater in the room in an attempt to compensate. The blankets on the bed had holes in them and mysterious white spots, and the pillow cases on the pillows were dingy. The mirrors were streaked. Overall cleanliness was dismal. There were working drink machines and the hotel staff was friendly. The continental breakfast was empty cereal containers and a jug of milk or Sunny D.

It took about 40 minutes to check in. The staff person said it was because Wyndham had just installed a new software system the day before. There was a storm water ponding problem in the parking lot flooding all parking areas adjacent to the hotel about two inches deep.

Nice job redecorating but the walls are super thin. We heard everything that was said in the next room and listened to their loud music late while trying to sleep. Also people seemed to be living there and were camped out in chairs in the walkway, We probably won't stay again.

While the room initially appeared clean, I encountered a few issues during my stay. On my first night, I found a flying cockroach in the room. Since I was placed on the second floor, relocating to another room wasn’t very convenient, so I handled it myself. The television also had poor reception and was fuzzy throughout my stay. Although I stayed for four days, housekeeping did not service the room at all during that time. That said, I did appreciate that the room was quiet and the location was very convenient for my needs.

The room was extremely dirty, far below acceptable standards. The bathtub had a visible ring of grime, with hair from previous occupants on the shower walls and tub. The shower curtain was moldy. Amenities were minimal—just two bottles of shampoo and old coffee packets. The coffee maker, phone, and outlets were coated in dust. Black and brown specks stained the walls, and the baseboards were marked and filthy. The bed was poorly made, raising concerns about whether the sheets had been changed, and the pillows were left bare without pillowcases. Linens were sparse, with just one washcloth, two towels, and several hand towels. The sofa was stained, wrinkled, and covered in crumbs. The security latch was broken, and the door handle was grimy. The room smelled awful, and the dim lighting seemed designed to hide its many flaws. I had to purchase cleaning supplies, including Clorox wipes, Lysol, and flip-flops, to sanitize the shower, toilet, bed, and linens before using anything. This was an unacceptable experience. Beware!

The room was disgusting and property was trashy. The sheets, blankets, towels, chairs had nasty stains all over them. It was just nasty. Never would i ever recommend this "hotel".

It was filthy and smelled like mold. The refrigerator had not been cleaned and looked like it had juice or something spilled in it. Place was falling apart and the laundry machines were disgusting. Checked in there and after 30 minutes decided to go to a different hotel but could not get a refund through hotels.com because I had already checked in.

The room was fine but the floor was disgustingly filthy. Socks ruined instantly. We had to wear shoes at all times. Nobody ever came to empty the trash cans or clean. We usually clean out fridge etc but we had no room in trash cans to use as they were FULL. Office people were nice.

The floor was dirty. The towels were stained and needed replacing. There were bags of towels on the sidewalk that needed laundering. When cleaning was done in the bathroom, it was obvious that the bathroom door was never closed because of the dirt behind it. Some serious TLC could make this place nice

I liked how convenient the location was to everything. I did not like how dirty the place was. We stayed in a non smoking room but the comforter had a cigarette burn hole in the blanket and room smelt like cigarettes and weed. The shower curtain was yellow and the pillows were flat and stained yellow. I went to clean up a water spill from my child and the washcloth turned black.

The hotel needs updating, customer service was nice, needs better cleaning in the rooms and better washing of the towels and linen. AC worked excellent, spacious but needs some tlc to it. This was the queen suite with 2 beds and couch. The appliances need replacing microwave. It could be a really nice place if improvements were made to the rooms and property.

Heater/Ac didn’t work. Only had cold air, given space heater for heat. Scalding hot water only in shower. Could see light around the exterior door and safety lock was broken on door. Spent very little time at the hotel as I was visiting family in the area.

The room was fine, during the process of reserving the room we ask for a room on the first floor for ease of access. When we got there the one we ask for and was approved was a single king but a dual queen was so we took it. BUT the A/C was loud as hell sounded like someone dragging large coffee can behind a car. So we did manage ok but by 0430 we had enough and decided to leave a couple hours early.

we had been here before so knew the area booked for two queen size but none available on first floor did not want second floor so we ended up with a king on the first next time will have to make it known we needed to be on the lower level.

A surprisingly quiet motel, which was nice. However, room had motion sensor lights both in sink area and bathroom. Sink is outside of toilet/shower and when walking in bedroom area motion sensor turned on light in middle of night waking up anyone sleeping... Poor planning. Won't stay here again.

Although the staff was friendly I didn’t expect to see the linen being folded in the office. The linen can be updated as well. Although barely noticeable the room had a slight smell to it. The mattresses need to be replaced.

The rooms were dirty and linens were old and stained. The room (even the non smoking) smelled of cigarettes. The staff was very rude. I was given 2 towels for my room, but we had 3 guests. When I asked for a third towel I was told no, that a third towel was not necessary. Will never stay here again, top of the list of worst stays for me.

The room did not have a security feature on the inside of the door. I asked for a room that I could fasten a lock on inside. The manager was a bit resistant but I finally got another room but it had cob webs and smelled like cigarettes.

You get what you pay for. It is definitely not the ritz, but it is clean and I felt safe. There’s lots of food options and a Walmart, all right across the street or down the way. The staff are friendly and accommodating. But it is a Motel 8 in a small town in rural Flo/Bama so again, don’t expect it to be top notch. Just a nice solid option for someone with a smaller budget.
