Front desk check in with Courtney was easy and pleasant. Upon walking into the room my shoes were sticking to the floor. I had to mop the floor with a wet cloth to stop the sucking noise - the cloth was black when I finished. Since it was only a quick one night stay, we decided to live with it. The curtains covered the AC and had to be adjusted repeatedly throughout the night. When we couldn’t get the tv to work (after trying all the “inputs”) I called the front desk and asked for help. The attendant told me he’d be to the room in “5 to 10 minutes “. After an hour I went to the front desk and I was the one who had called for help. The front desk response: “I got slammed and didn’t remember which room. “. No apology, no ownership, no responsibility. Will not stay here again.

The floors were very sticky in our room. Both the tiles and the carpet

The ac was super cold. Everything clean.. But could've used room door bottom trim a very large gap. Overall Great stay
