Housekeeping every other day, we ran out of toilet paper because they left half a roll for us on check in. Ice machine broken on first floor and elevators broken so handicapped can’t get ice. Floors are dirty. Outside of the elevator the whole place is very neglected

Nice breakfast options with biscuits and gravy, sausage, eggs, waffles. Clean rooms,nice pool. Easy access of the interstate.

The stay was great and very convenient to everything we had to do. Staff was nice and friendly. The maids were very helpful and supplied us with whatever we needed. The pool was nice but could have used cleaned a little better. They had this beautiful lighted gazebo near the pool where you can sit and relax. Dog friendly except the dogs cannot sit near the pool with you. Breakfast was adequate. I would definitely stay there again!

It was a good hotel for our quick stay. The breakfast is awesome and so was the pool.

Elevator did not work…only no smoking room on second floor…remote would not turn on TV…only saving grace about our stay was breakfast buffet was good…the new name for this motel?….the “Never Again” Motel

Facility in dire need of remodeling. Large patch of paint missing from hotel room entry door, broken blinds, broken furniture, poor lighting, broken tile in bathroom, and main and only entrance to lobby not functioning. Give credit to housekeeping for making what was there very clean.

We were visiting caverns for kiddos bday. They reuse toilet paper. Our room was dusty setting multiple kids allergies off. The microwave was very dirty

Front desk lady was nice. Bathroom was dirty. Had hair on floor and walls. It was obviously it cleaned properly. Room had rusty areas. Beds are more of a full size and not comfortable. Pool looked nice. Breakfast was good.

Room was dirty and in disrepair. Paint peeling everywhere and dead bugs all over the floor. Quite a few flying ants in the bathroom. Getting into the room, the ac was shut off for a long period so it was the equivalent to a rain forest in there. Breakfast food will make you sick.

This property is a mixed bag. Linens are clean and rooms do not stink of dog. Breakfast looked good and Nia, the front desk manager was outstanding. However, there are bugs, loads of German & Florida roaches. I’m a Florida native so palmetto bugs were no problem but the Germans were Ick. The price is right and I’ve certainly stayed in worse for a higher price. If you are the type of person who just wants clean sheets this is the place

The floors had some sticky substance around the beds. The sheets looked slept in. The walls by outlets were dirty and hair in the showers. It was disgusting. If it wasn’t so late when we got in we would have found another place.

The bedding sheets had blood on the bed. The bathroom had stains in the toilets. We had driven over 10 hours so we just made do, but definitely don’t recommend. Only good thing is it’s close to a lot of places right off the exit.

Very nice people and cheap rooms. Bed wasn't comfortable and found hair in bed and bathtub. They were doing a remodel on the entire facility.

room was clean. Bed squeaked with the smallest motion. Space between door and frame allowed light and cool air in. In house breakfast was good.

Online pictures are NOT accurate AT ALL. The lobby was nice, but the room was very outdated and dirty. There was a dead (big) bug in the bathmat when we put it on the floor. The furniture was old and beat up, it looked like a dog had chewed on the nightstands all the was across the bottom. The TV was an old Emerson, and wouldn't even get a single channel without a VERY snowy picture. The property needs a lot of work!!!

Clean, bath tubs didn’t drain right and no plug to take baths and everything needs updated Beds need replaced really big dips in them that no matter were you laid you would end up right back in them

The room was clean enough. However, there was a dead roach in the bathroom, and the sink didn't drain. I also had an issue with the height of the bed. I'm short and have mobility issues, so I could not get on the bed myself because it was so high. Luckily, the office had a stool I could use, but it was still hard to get on the bed and scoot myself across. For this reason, I won't stay at this hotel again.

I let the staff know the first morning after we arrived that there was water leaking from the celing or vent in the bathroom and they said they would make note of it. also the bed we was in was very noisy with squeeks and metal scrape sound every time you moved, again they would make note of it but it was like they already knew and did not ask for my room number at all. We went out all day came back and went to sleep. Next day it was leaking again and since it was doing it all night and was leaking on towel there, we discovered it smelled like urine! I was going to be checking out that day so we packed and went eat breakfast, which was very good by the way, one of the reasons I picked this hotel. I let the lady know at the desk (different person) and just got a blank stare again and that she will inform the management. Did not ask for my room number or writing anything down. so I asked her does she need my room number which she replied "sure". We wiped down the toilettries that the urine from above got on before packing and left. The other bed was comfortable and the rest of the room was good but the one bed that woke everyone up every time you even moved an arm and the urine coming from upstairs room are the complaints.

Good experience , Wonda was very friendly and cheerful and helpful at the front desk, and we appreciated that after a long travel day

Was really nice and clean. Wonda , the lady who checked us in was super nice. Room was clean , beds comfortable , lovedthe big fluffy towells in the bathroom . Litte older , but great place to stay ! I would definitely stay here again .

Basic hotel but clean. Rooms are being refreshed. Our only complaint was housekeeping only partially took care of our room. Great place to stay when you need a place to sleep, shower.

Always enjoy my stay here. Nice and quiet. Check in is always quick. Very good rooms for the price. Good service.

Friendly staff

The front desk staff was incredible. Really helpful. I thought I was still in the eastern time zone and she told me when I checked in that I just want you to know that you are in the central time zone now. That piece of information probably saved my job.

The room itself was fine. I liked the bed and the fact that there was a microwave and fridge. It was very clean inside also. The breakfast was good with bagels and waffles, cereals and toast. The location is just horrible. Right off the major highway and next to a very large Pilot gas station where huge tractor trailers are coming in at all hours to refuel. There is constant noise and the outdoor location looks very rundown with litter blowing everywhere and looking generally unmaintained. Although the bed was comfortable we got little sleep on our second night owing to the fact that there were people shouting and screaming right outside our door until 4am. I can see that the staff try and do a good job but for these reasons I could not recommend.

The only good thing was the man that checked us in was nice. The area was sketchy, the rooms and furniture was old. The floors were dirty and there were stains on the bed. Definitely wouldn’t stay again.

This is a very nice place to stay and my room was very clean and quiet at night. Parked right outside my room and walked to eateries nearby. Shopping for incidentals was very close and gas stations next door. Very convenient.

Breakfast only served until 9am. Breakfast hours should not only be catered to those who wake up early. Shopping cart that was pushed around by the maid on the 2nd floor in the late morning was very irritating & not conducive for someone wanting to sleep in.

The room was clean, a little run down but nice enough for the price. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Free breakfast was decent with waffle maker, eggs,sausage biscuits, gravy and the standard cereals and bagels

Location in desperate need of repairs and updates . Is an embarrassment to the Days Inn brand. Stale food end nothing edible.
