We were on a motorcycle trip and stopped here for one night . A very clean room .. we had a jacuzzi tub in the king size room which was welcoming with great hot water which was a treat after a long bike ride. Although the water was a little cool they did have a pool for a quick drip before bedtime.

Well priced for an overnighter. The pool was fantastic, very clean, the bed was comfortable, breakfast was basic but good(toast, bagels, cereal, coffee, fruit), no coffee making facilities in the room but coffee is available in the lobby. BUT the grime in the bathroom is unacceptable, it seriously needs a foam, steam and a scrub, the bath was filthy.

Tub faucet continuously leaked 24/7. The tub itself was gross and disgusting. Soap scum caked up 1/2” thick around entire thing. Floors were extremely dirty. Get out of shower and walk to bed and feet were black. Beds are extremely old and outdated. Springs could be felt all the way throughout. Brought our dog and left and she was now covered in fleas. The only positive was the pool was clean and not overkilled with chlorine.

Bathroom countertop looked new so did the floor. However the floor was not kept clean. Major dirt and dust and grime throughout the entire room. Main floor was sticky. I didn't feel comfortable walking on the floor without my shoes on. The only reason we stayed is because the mattress was not stained when I looked and it was late and we were sovtired that driving more was not an option. Got back on the road after a few hours of sleep

This hotel was super dirty. The floors of our room were not clean, the towels were not clean, and there was even some type of plastic stuck in the drain of the shower. The hairdryer didn’t work, and we had to ask for more soap. Do not stay here.

Rating: ★★☆☆☆ (2 stars) I recently stayed at Baymont by Wyndham Marianna and was disappointed with the experience. The first room I was given had visibly dirty comforters with stains and what looked like hand and foot marks. I requested a different room, and while the second room had clean bedding, the overall cleanliness still left much to be desired—especially in the corners, where dirt had built up like it hadn’t been mopped properly. The first impression walking up to the room was also poor. The door was filthy, giving the feeling of walking into a mechanic’s garage rather than a hotel room. There was definitely no “love at first sight.” On the positive side, the staff was kind and helpful. However, the complimentary breakfast was very limited—just coffee, bread, cookies, and cereal, with no protein options at all. It’s disappointing to see a hotel under the Wyndham name kept in this condition. I only stayed here because I’m a member, but this experience has me seriously considering switching my loyalty and focusing on earning points with my Hilton membership instead.

Room smelled and was not clean. Power outlets did not work. Bathroom light did not work. Bathroom had mold and was not clean. Bed very hard and uncomfortable. Bed and pillows smelled like stale cigarette smoke. Preserved a king size room and when I checked in they gave me a double queen room when I complained they wanted me to stay in double room for the night but then move to king room the next night, I told them I didn’t want to move rooms that I had reserved a king room and that is what I should get so then they gave me the nasty room. We had friends also staying there for the weekend and they also had a room that was dirty and it stunk.

Baymont of Wyndham Marianna offers a new dimension to the word "filthy." The linens and towels were covered in some type of mildew or mold and were horribly stained. Fleas/bed bugs or some type of biting insect in the sheets, black mold in the tub, nasty stench in room...only stay at this motel if you feel that you must endure some type of penitential activity.

The pool was fantastic, very clean, the bed was comfortable, breakfast was basic but good(toast, bagels, cereal, coffee, fruit), no coffee making facilities in the room but coffee is available in the lobby. The room was filthy. Black mold around tub and in the cracks around the floor. The shower curtain rod was loose and the curve of the rod had dropped so the curtain would not close so water was all over on the floor. Lighting was very low. This was second room they put us in. The first one had no lights over the sink. If the immediate things we saw were bad I can only imagine the things we could not see were. The staff was kind The room should be demolished. The only reason we stayed was because when we booked it said non refundable. We had been driving. We were tired and I didn’t want to fight with staff to get our money back. The pictures of the place must have been taken of another hotel

The room was aweful . There were no ligh bulbs, there was no smoke alarms actually the frame was hanging from the wall. There were fist punch hole in the wall. The toilet seat was broken. There were blood stains on the wall. There was pubic hair in the bed. We walked in checked it ALL out and LEFT

Dirt and hair in the bed, big yellow stain on pillow, roaches crawling in sink, previous guest soap in shower. We got in very late. The woman that checked us in was very nice. We stayed that night due to exhaustion but checked out the next day. I let the man at the front desk know the issue we had. He was unfazed but this information. AVOID unless you have low standards

The room had painting that was peeling in places. My room had a kitchenette which I didn’t ask for or need, but because the room was small my bed literally touched the wall for the kitchen area. I had to slide the bed over so I could get to the bathroom area.

Room was okay for what we needed. However, fixtures were falling off the walls. Rooms were not extremely clean, but were okay. We had issues with our A/C unit and the first night the front desk worker came and helped clean it up. The next night it did it again and we had to wait 45 minutes before anyone showed up. This was also late at night. We finally called the front desk and told them not to worry about it as we just wanted to sleep. Next 5 minutes, they were at the door. We were not happy about that. The gentlemen that came in both nights and cleaned the mess from the A/C unit was very unprofessional with his language. More of his words were inappropriate than appropriate. That was not professional, especially when his family owns the business. We will not be staying here again.

I would love for someone to contact me. I am disappointed with Expedia and Wyndham because they have their names linked to this property. Expedia should full refund me because this place should property should be condemned. Bathroom ceiling was leaking. Roaches and standing water in rooms. I was there with a family member last will wish to visit Florida caverns.

One towel that was dirty, electrical outlet hanging out of wall with exposed wires, when told at checkout was asked if the towel was wet, since it wasn’t they’d fold it and hang back up. Shower knob always broken and wouldn’t stay hot. Bed felt like concrete with straw on it.

Staff is very disorganized. Gave our room to someone else claiming their ID matched mine. This put us in a different room that did not have air conditioning in 100 degree weather. After telling me I did not know how to operate the air they finally came and verified it was not working. Moved us to another room which had a mildew smell. Shower valve was clearly messed up and would only run hot water. Continental breakfast was very limited. I asked for receipt upon check out. They provided me a receipt for the room I was in but it had someone else’s name on it. After much discussion they stated that I did not exist in their system so they must have refunded my money to Expedia but could not provide any documentation indicating such. I could go on, but end game is that I would not stay here again.

I didn’t have a chance to experience the actual hotel because the owner/manager was so rude upon checkin that I didn’t stay. He belittled and berated his staff so terribly and openly. He told me I could go somewhere else if I didn’t like it. How does a business thrive with customer service like that?

The receptionist, Tammy, was exceptionally unfriendly on arrival. We had issues with the room, the ceiling was damaged, the refrigerator didn’t work - which turned out to be a bad outlet. The beds are very old and uncomfortable. Ofhers staying there mentioned also having dirty linens, rooms also. The only plus was the low cost due to graduations in the Tallahassee area.

We were not quite sure what to expect, as we had read mixed reviews for this property. However, we had a very pleasant stay. The front desk staff were very friendly, and the room and the building had a good feel to them. The breakfast was good, with a decent variety. Aside from a couple of small pieces of trash that the cleaning staff had missed behind the bathroom door, the room was very clean. We would stay here again for sure. It was definitely a good value for the price

The basketball hoop in the back was nice for me to play with my boys and about the only good thing about the property. Guy checking me in was nice. Girl at breakfast looked inconvenience every time I spoke to her. No napkins, no milk and no protein options at all at breakfast. The one room I booked had virtually no light at the mirror and the other the bathtub and bathroom was disgustingly dirty, still hair on the floor and the tub from previous occupants. Wife wouldn’t even shower it was so gross and I almost moved to a different hotel but my kids were tired and needed to sleep.

I won’t stay again. Linens were dingy, sheets on bed looked like they’d been slept in already. Dead bugs in bathroom. Room smelled like poop, even after I sprayed an air freshener I had with me. Hoping I didn’t bring any bugs home with me from there. Breakfast was minimal.
