The property was very old, rooms and bathrooms need renovations. The pool was small and did not look clean. There were large lizards around the pool. Breakfast was only continual which it did advertis.

I really like the fact room service is by request and not every day. It makes more sense. In a short trip of a few days there is really no need for room service everyday. It was available if required. Rooms nice and comfortable if a little tired. Staff pleasant. Breakfast offering was a little disappointing though. Pool was closed though so no opportunity to use that facility.

The place is in disrepair, the pool doesn't get cleaned, the access to the pool from the street is very easy, side entrance door into hotel building is open, very poor security. Too vulnerable for anyone getting inside that shouldn't be there.

Unfortunately the hotel is in poor condition overall. It would benefit from some restoration. The Elevator control panel is literally held up by electric tape to hold panels in place. Hall and room carpets are dingy and dirty and benefit of new carpeting

Staff was kind and welcoming. Property damaged and run down. First room smelled musty and moldy. Tiles were dirty with mold and stained yellow. Second room had toenail in bed. People smoking and hotel entrance. Smell traveled in to property. Buttons on elevator and electronic card scanners were broken and taped together.

The staff here was amazing and very friendly. Check in and check out was smooth and easy. However, the rooms were terrible. Rust stains, corner mold patch up and disgusting shower floors. I showered on top of a towel, but there were none in the room when we arrived. Also had a smell to the room as if it was wet... uncomfortable stay overall.

Smell of humidity. Cheap repairs on the ceilings. Carpet was disgusting. Hasn’t been wash in a very long time. Roach in bathroom. Towels smelled. Floor in the room was dirty. Air conditioner sounded like a train. Card key never worked had to call maintenance to open the door.

I don't recommend this hotel, we had the unpleasant experience that some bedbugs stung us, the hallway smelled of drugs, the mattress of the bed with a lot of stains. I have photos and videos. The place was the reason I left in the middle of the night, we tried to rest in the afternoon and that's when the insect bite happened to us.

It’s unclean. The carpet was filthy and coming up from the ground around the edges. There was an obvious hole between the air conditioner, carpet, and wall. The shower faucet was halfway off. And I had to kill a cockroach that was crawling on the bed. After check-in, the housekeeper attempted to enter the room to put back the trash can. However, when I met her at the door she was coughing and sneezing —clearly sick—while handing it to me. The common areas appear fairly clean. And the staff was friendly. I was concerned about the locking mechanism and ended up putting a chair under the door for added security. Not that it matters, but clearly they tried to do some shoddy upgrades such as paint, but failed to use covers so paint splatter was on the lamp and nightstand; just more cause for the state of the hotel.

Itvwas an ok room to sleep.... bery spacious if you need kitchen, etc.... but the couch/pull out bed was completely useless. The bed was broken, high on one side and low on the other. Couldnt sleep in it at all.

So, for nearly $200/night, for a "suite" I really thought it would be a little bit nice. This place is old, rooms need updating, the TV\'s are super small. The TV in my bedroom didn\'t work. THERE ARE NO USB PORTS TO CHARGE YOUR DEVICES??? HOW CAN THAT BE IN 2023? Only good part was it was right next door to where I was working. Was going to spend another night just for the convenience, but decided to pack it up and find another place. It\'s a $79 room, at best.

The stay was great at the hotel with partner. They provided breakfast. However, everything is outdated and need some change. There is a nice pool outside. Not too far from Miami Beach, the Everglades, museums and fun activities for adults and children. Overall great hotel because the rooms are soundproof and the staff are friendly. Highly recommend of you are on a budget.

The hotel is in need of major upgrades and renovations. The carpet in the room was disgustingly dirty, I could feel the springs on the mattress and it was concave and the air conditioner made a constant loud noise. I WILL NEVER STAY AT THAT HOTEL AGAIN.

I checked out 1 day earlier and was told that I would be credited to my card for the day I didn't stay. I have not received my credit yet. The 1st room has issues with the TV so I was moved to a different one. The 2nd room had only barely tepid water in the shower. I told the front desk about this 2x's but the issue was not resolved before I checked out. The staff was generally friendly.

I had to go to the front desk several times. Food 2 egg rolls was left in the microwave from previous guest. Which mean the room wasn’t clean properly. The ironing board was board. I called the front desk spoke to Samantha. She told me someone will come up. No one never came up until I had to go back downstairs to come to find out that Samantha never told anyone because the manager asked her and she stated oh yeah she forgot. Samantha was always on her cell phone and not paying attention. My room had a very bad smell and I had to clean it myself. It was just an overnight stay for work but it was very pleasant-it was comfortable and the front desk person was very nice. I did not like how dark the parking lot was -I could barely see where I was parking and it felt a little unsafe.

It's quiet, comfortable beds, convenient location, there is a commercial mall across the street with a number of options to eat, diner, and also a supermarket. Very friendly staff and always willing to assist you. There is a coffee bar with coffee available for free 24/7 and the rooms also have a coffee maker.

The building is a little bit old, not very clean and the breakfast is has VERY limited options. No bacon, no sausage, no scrambled eggs - only bread, bagel, apple, waffles, cereal, coffee, boiled eggs and yogurt. That’s it.

The room had a musty scent, I am not sure if the scent came from the carpet. But the lobby and corridor smelt better. When you enter the room the scent was constant. They can add some bacon or sausage or even scramble eggs to the breakfast.

During our two night stay we experienced that the hotel did not provide wifi and didnt make any efforts to fix the wifi being down. When several guests approached the front desk about the wifi issue, the female front desk clerk simply replied: the front desk has wifi and i dont work for IT or the cable company. The breakfast is free because its dreadful and the best thing about it is that the coffee is hot and you can grab a banana as the only fresh option for breakfast. Overall superb disappointed and very much sub standard.

This property is due for an overhaul. The owners have elevator panel held together with masking tape and no elevator certificate. The room smelled very bad, old and musty. The common areas were worn out. The place was clean enough, but definitely could improve in that regard too. Tub was rusted, so a shower was a no-no. Breakfast was awful. The front desk employees were all very nice. The neighborhood has tons of restaurants and convenience stores, and it's close to the higway. We will not be staying here again.

The hotel rooms, corridors, furniture and specially bathrooms need significant improvment and can be much cleaner. There is almost nothing available at the breakfast bar. Need to add more options. It had only boiled eggs and waffles.
