Pool was closed but they had minigolf available. Rooms and hotel are outdated.

Pool was out. Put me in a room next to people who live there. They yelled, hollered, and fought until midnight. I called the office and found a single female that said she couldn't do anything about it. I didn't feel safe so therefore didn't sleep. WON'T stay again!

I travel a lot. I always bring a Swiffer mop and bleach for the bathtub or shower.. It wasn't needed here. Their pool has been down for months, which I feel should show on their website.

I booked this hotel for the pool, hot tub, washer and dryer, and mini golf. When i arrive Im told the pool and hot tub are not usable. Huge let down. The mini golf is a joke. I try to use the washers( only 2) but both are broken. One washers water wasnt working, the other wouldnt close and the screen wasnt malfunctioning. I had to go to a laundromat. Theres also poop streaks on the wall in the bathroom. The lady working when i checked in has a sailor mouth. She was not professional. Huge inconvenience, terrible service, highly disappointed. I give this place -5 stars

Would have been better if the pool would have been available for use, they are renovating it.

The propeery is a good place to stay for the value. Howe ee the pool had been broken for over a month and I paid extra for a poolside room and they didn't make any accommodations for the pool being broken. Housekeeping now cleans 2 times a week and they didn't do anything other than remove towels and only replace them one time. Didn't change the sheets or make the bed

The pictures online look like almost brand new rooms. The room we got was disgusting with roaches, balls of hair on the floor, stains on the bed skirts, the walls and doors were dirty, baseboards were falling off. The pool was empty and out of service. I wish they would have informed me when i booked the room that the pool was out of service, i could have canceled in time and found another pool for my kids. The staff was fine, no issues. Food was fine as well.

We had 3 different rooms in a 15 minute time frame. All 3 rooms had cockroaches. The second room was unclean: dirty towels on the floor and bathroom floor, food wrappers and crumbs on the table, beds looked like they were already slept in and cheesy hand prints on the sheets and comforter.

This place is infested with roaches…. They move us to another room…. No point on doing that. It was still full of roaches crawling in the floor and walls..

We couldn't even stay. PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THE PICTURES LISTED ARE NOT ACCURATE! Our room had disgusting carpet, black mold in the shower, a dirty toilet, and smelled like cigarettes. We left immediately. The property itself felt unsafe, there were sketchy people all over the property. Please do not book this hotel expecting the room in the pictures, you will be severely disappointed. Waste of money, will never stay at this hotel brand again.

We stayed two night and I was beaten by bedbugs.

I'm disappointed one I'm a phobic on insects especially roaches the room was crawling with roaches i travel alot and never ever ever will i stay at the Howard Johnson again. Not only that there were some shady looking characters walking around a group of 3 with his on . This will not be my only review. Didn't sleep much with crawlers around. Disgusting. Staff was nice but the place no no no stay away at this point wish i would of stayed somewhere else but this was close to a event i attended...i learned my lesson reviews are musleading some of them and some weren't i should of listened to the doors. Sorry but not sorry i won't do this again

Dirty rooms w/ roaches— tried 3 different rooms and they just got worst!! Loud music playing outside in the parking lot late at night. People grilling in the parking lots. The headboards were peeling. I Could not stay there and both hotels. Com and Howard Johnson by Wyndham refused to give me my money back. I would NOT recommend staying Here! Had to take my children and go find other accommodations. Very disappointed as I’ve used this service for bookings multiple times but will never use it again after this experience

Did not like the cockroaches crawling all over our luggage and other belongings. Only stayed 2 of the 4 days. In the process of getting a refund for the last 2 days

This room was full of roaches. Its dusgusting

We found roaches in our room. We found an old, empty liquor bottle that had been there so long it had inchss of dust and paint on it. Our room smelt like mold really badly. We spend $615 on this room and it wa highly disappointing and just so unclean and unfit to stay in.

The outside appearance was fun, nostalgic and the staff working on parking lot pairing busy and professional. The highlight, was the very kind and understanding desk staff. The disappointment was entering the room, you were quickly reminded this is a budget hotel and a 2 star environment. Entering, appeared as expected, but a glance around showed adjoining room doors which did not look very secure, the tv and the in room fridge I didn’t open, but the rust was all around the bottom of the door, possible water damage. The , there was tiny and the toilet had urine I flushed (only urine thankfully) and a strange red stain which could be blood on the shower wall near the shower faucet. At this point I went to sit on the bed to ask for a different room. It felt like I was sitting on a straw mattress, so I untucked the mattress to see the side and then when checking the boxspring cover between the mattress, a handful of cockroaches swarmed onto the floor and most scrambled back to the mattress and a few that hit the floor scurried to different hiding places. At that point I walked back to the desk and checked out, and ended up booking a second night in Orlando. I need to call to get a refund which the hotel clerk told me, you contact them and they approve. I tried for a long time to cancel but it was a challenge to do while trying to book a new spot. I was disappointed, but everything is expensive today and for many, this hotel meets a need, but could be cleaner.

This hotel is close to the highway so very noisy and must of the guest were laborers and truckers so not a place to relax or take the family

The room was clean, but the bed was not comfortable at all, and it was noisy. There were not enough usable plugs for all the things we needed to charge overnight, even with using a power strip. This hotel is very close to the interstate, so we heard road noise all night.

Not bad, but there could be some upgrades made to beds and the bathrooms. Overall, it was comfortable and worked for a nights stay.

The room interior was semi-updated, the bathroom could use more updating. The door to the room was not sealed well at all as light was coming thru cracks at the bottom and side of the door. Could hear the interstate traffic ALL night long as the room faced the interstate and you are less than 100 yards from the interstate.

Great room. Clean and comfortable.

The hotel was next to the interstate with the doors and windows facing the interstate. The road noise was so load I could barely sleep. Looked like there were mold spots in the ceiling, especially in the bathroom. Also, looked like there might have been human stains on some of the furniture. The staff was friendly and fast while checking in and out. There were a lot reviews that basically said the place was great. I have been in a lot nicer hotels for the same price point that I paid.

An older facility but well maintained. Rooms have few electrical outlets, likely due to the age of the buildings. Constructed when people had few electrical devices. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Surprisingly nicely rennovated. Room had 55" TV and a jacuzzi. Clean. On the night i stayed, the clientele was rather low class. A good value. Id stay again.

Reported bathroom window (above shower) open and unlocked as well as bedside lamp not working. After waiting 90 minutes I stood on tub and managed to close window. In the morning another lamp was not working Old hotel that could use some updating

Liked bed & pillows. The dislike was the bathroom, toilet stained, tub had stains & door didnt shut. No in room coffee maker.

The rooms had roaches one of the staff walked in on my wife sleeping naked, and when I mentioned it to the front desk, the First Words out their mouth was, I can't give you a discount which was rude, ignorant and unprofessional.

From the check in staff to the staff at breakfast everyone was friendly and courteous. The bed was very comfortable and clean and there was a good variety for breakfast. I truly loved this hotel

Night ladies were awesome. My wife who is large and has knee replacements fell down. The ladies were super helpful helping her get back to her feet. Would have had to call firemen if not for them!!! Wonderful people!

Come here often. The staff is top notch! the area and rooms are wonderful . So peaceful here

Close to I-75 ,lots of places to eat close by , clean room ,pleasant staff , highly recommended .

For as much as it costs, the breakfast menu was not good. Cold and cereal and oatmeal. I've been to much cheaper motels and had much better selection.

Stayed here many times in the past. Breakfast options were always adequate or better. This time the selection was poor. Virtually no hot food unless purchased separately.

We were attending a sr softball event, it was reasonably priced, and we felt safe..breakfast was nice. O.J Coffee, pancakes, English muffins, muffins toast..enough for all of us to leave full and not disappointed..it ws close to softball complex so for us it was perfect, exactly what we needed..and we felt safe, room was clean.....no complaints

Room was disgustingly dirty. Moved the bed because phone fell and there was trash piled up. Bathroom light was not working it would be very dark or blinking. Had to use flashlight to shower. Breakfast was across the street. It was OK…the typical waffle, egg, sausage and cereals.

The breakfast was not terrible as others have commented on. It was decent. Good solid choices. It saved me from having to go to Micky Ds.

Breakfast wasn’t good and you can tell the kids pond have water issues. Room got hot during the night. Bed was comfy though

It’s an old property, very dated. Staff does the best with what they have to work with. Should not advertise free breakfast, what they offered is pathetic. Basically pancakes or toast.

Breakfast was nice, only downside was the children that constantly were running back and forth slamming on the walls and the doors. Other than that it was satisfactory.

There was no bar as stated, the restaurant was breakfast only and it was cereal, toast, coffee and a pancake machine that had a sign “do not touch” on it. The headboard of the bed looked like a bunch of cats hat dug their claws in it and scratched the fake leather all up. There was no guide to figure out tv channels.
