The property desperately needs a face-lift. Shower curtain was torn in several places. Both the bike and treadmill in the gym were broken and there were no towels, and the water machine was empty. It was very convenient getting to the concert we were in town for.

THE BATHROOM AND LINENS WERE CLEAN, BUT THE BATHROOM TILE WAS DIRTY. THE PARKING LOT FELT UNSAFE. I WITNESSED SOMEONE DOING DRUGS IN THEIR CAR. THERE WAS ONLY ONE PERSON WORKING THE FRONT DESK AND SEEMED VERY STRESSED AND OVERWORKED. THE FACILITY SEEMED FULLY BOOKED AS THE PARKING LOT WAS VERY CROWDED WITH HARDLY ANY PARKING SPOTS LEFT. SEVERAL HUGE ELECTRICAL TRUCKS WERE TAKING UP A LOT OF SPACES. JUST DIDN'T SEEM SAFE AND THE LIGHTING IN THE PARKING LOT NEEDS IMPROVEMENT. NOT SURE I WILL RETURN. I WAS THERE FOR A HORSE SHOW AND HAD TO LEAVE AT 6AM, AND I COULDN'T TAKE ADVANTAGE OF BREAKFAST.

Older hotel that is starting renovations. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Staff was very friendly at check in. It looked like the pool was closed. You can hear some noise from I75 from our room that was on the parking lot side of the building, but not enough to disturb our sleep. This is our 3nd time staying here. I would stay here again.

At least the staff was friendly. But as the the hotel conditions, eck. We rented two rooms and both carpets were filthy. Beds were clean and comfortable. If that had been it, it would’ve been ok. But in our room, we had 3 little roaches. One was on our room door, one came from under the TV dresser, and one was climbing on the wall. If that bothers you, you might want to go somewhere else.

The property was so dirty the rugs were nasty, the mattress was super uncorfotable, the chair was supposed to be beige and were u rest ur hands was black i have never stay in such dirty.disgusting place, the third floor were they assign me had no lights on the hallway, the ac was not working properly, n they had people fixing the roof tiles .what a mess. They switch me to the first after I complain.and that room was dirty two nasty rugs and chairs the worse experince in my life

The staff were wonderful, so it pains me to write a tepid review. The bottom line is that the hotel needs a deep cleaning, badly. It is most apparent when you enter the room. The carpet and furniture have trapped old cigarette smells, even though the hotel is a non-smoking establishment now. That said, the bathroom was clean, the towels were high quality and fluffy, the beds were comfortable, the pool was clean and outfitted with towels, and the breakfast was well organized. Check in and check out were handled efficiently and professionally by the front desk staff. So there’s also a lot to like about the hotel.

One of the elevator buttons was dirty & had what looked like food residue on it. I noticed it every time I used the elevator. Room 206 smelled like smoke when I first arrived and I had to spray perfume to get rid of the smell. The walls are thin enough to hear the person next to your room cough. Other than that, my stay overall was fine.

Had to leave the same time I checked in. Lots of roaches. When we opened the room door 217 just to be specific lots of roaches came out to greet me and my family so fast. We were right back at the front desk for a refund and out of there. That was nasty with roach infestation. Never again. I high don't recommend. Very very terrible.

The hotel needs some TLC- the rugs were dirty- the a/c kept making noise and the room was not cold enough even when I lower the temp- the key pad kept failing had to get the change several times - was not to impress with the breakfast

Floor was not clean, two different mattresses on the beds, one looked like it needed replacement, could hear the highway traffic and cars in the parking lot come & go. Pet fees $25 / pet is a bit high. Room priced a bit high to represent good value for below mid tier hotel. I may have got a total of two hours sleep, not the restful reprieve I was hoping for.

Nice little quiet place. Everyone was friendly. Only issue we had was we would hear a sound that sounded like a foghorn coming from what I believe was the water pipes. It actually woke us up a few times

I wanted to check in at 1:30 pm, but rooms were not available. I understand check in was 3pm. This was Thursday. I returned at 4pm and the front desk couldn't find me or something. It turns out I was already checked-in, go figure. Nevertheless, I was given a room which was dirty, and the cleaning staff was still in the room. I had to come back downstairs and get another room. Friday, when I came back to my room in the evening, the room was NOT clean. Saturday, once again, when I came back to my room late afternoon, the room was NOT clean. I brought it up to the front desk attention, they acted surprised. When the staff contacted the cleaning service, the answer was "oops we missed your room" Very unprofessional. I am disappointed and will never stay there again.

Thanks to the breakfast staff. I got the time wrong today and the breakfast time had just ended when I arrived at the restaurant. But the breakfast staff still made me a waffle, which I am very grateful for! Especially thanks to the enthusiastic lady, I wish you all the best.

Some of front desk staff a bit rude when asking questions. He should know everyone is not from Florida and could be a bit more polite I've read other reviews about the guy also rude and more interested in his video game

Staff moved us from 3rd floor room 307 which was rundown, after adjoining room was smoking cigarettes and smoke permeated our room at 3-5AM every morning for 2 nites, and the 3rd floor smelled pretty bad every time stepped off elevator. Moved to 2nd floor room 216 for 3 more nites much better, like it was in a different hotel newly renovated smelled great and 2nd floor smelled good. We thought maybe we got assigned 3rd floor initially due to booking thru expedia which was $100-80 dollars cheaper. Either way staff did us a solid.

We got there early on Friday and I went to the desk just to let them know and Kris (I think) was wonderful in checking us early. The hotel is dated and needs updating but the staff are great and the breakfast was good. Updated I would definitely stay there again.

We had no housekeeping done to our room. When we inquired at the front desk, we were told that they only serviced the room every 3 days. No signs & nothing said at check-in. We had to ask for it to be done the next day. This was a regular room & not an apartment style suite.

The hotel is being renovated and that was fine. The information sheet left in our room said breakfast went until 9:30 am during the week and 10 am on weekends. We booked this hotel because it included breakfast and two days told it ended at 9.

Good basic hotel with hot breakfast; fried eggs, meat patties, assortment of breads, bagels, cream cheese, jam, yogurt, apples, waffles, juices, tea & coffee. Friendly staff, quiet surroundings, close to I-75. Room 224 - tub tap heavily dripped - let the front desk know. At 155. Cad$ a bit pricy.
