Happy that the room had a lot of space and the bed was pretty comfortable. This appeared to be an older property but maintained. The bar was disappointing as there was not a real bartender so beer or wine was the only option - no mixed cocktails. We order food and it was okay. The burger wasn’t bad, the wrap was okay and it seemed like the pizza may have been delivered from an off site location. If not it was odd that the only pizza was pepperoni.

Clean and quiet Bar needs to stay open later.

Restaurant was vastly overpriced for food that was reheated. A cup of coffee $3. Shabby pool, hot tub into.

We had a jetted tub room. Was a great start to our vacation. We stopped in for the tub and to relax before heading to Tampa for our cruise. The bar is very expensive and the beer tasted old but the environment around the bar area was beautiful and so it was still enjoyable.

The beds were too low. ADA room. The lounge was a construction site. No bar of breakfast was in site or informed of

Usually stay here while on business in Ocala. Good location off 75, very comfortable and lovely atrium. Only drawback is restaurant is closed permanently I'm told and bar has not been open during the weeknights I've stayed there.

TV are not smart tv can’t even watch Netflix.. pool chair bad condition n pool towers broken n old .. staff was great n bed confortable

Good A/C and easy parking for my Dually truck.

The hotel main area was nice enough. The man we checked in with was polite. I was disappointed by the room itself. The mini fridge was dirty. Pain was chipping in the walls. What wasn’t chipped looked like someone had been rubbing dirty on it. They looked disgusting. As I said the main lobby was very pretty. And appeared well kept but I didn’t spent a lot of time there.

Old and very dated rooms and bathroom. Toilet roll holder was covered in rust , the walls and doors were patched with putty and plaster where they’ve been damaged and nobody has painted over it, Would not stay again

Property lobby was really nice. But once I got to the room the bathroom ceiling was full of mold disgusting.

This location was perfect for our needs. Room was clean, beds comfortable. The air conditioner in our room was noisy. We were tired when we arrived, thought is wasn’t going to be an issue, but in the middle of the night it got the best of me. Thank goodness I had earplugs. I told the staff at checkout, so hopefully they can fix it before the next guest arrives

Room was ample size, staff was polite and professional. Restaurant in the lobby was lovely and the restaurant on the 6th floor was really wonderful. We enjoyed our stay

The rooms are spotless, comfortable and quiet. The bathroom is spacious and freshly renovated. The environment throughout the hotel is very quiet and after a day of crazy that’s exactly what I needed.

The size of the room was great! The staff was delightful! My only complaint is the room didnt get cleaned and the couch had holes in it.

The room was clean but the hotel and room need to be brought up to date. The furniture is all run down and the rugs are old and need cleaning. Hotel decorations overall is very dark and old

Dated room, no usb connections. Old chipped furniture, ac heat unit makes noise like a tsunami, so hard to sleep. Room didn’t have stocked coffee service…four pod holder, three pod, two decaf. Needed help with tv….limited viewing. No premiums.

The furniture was rather worn out. Sheets were clean and bed was comfy. Nice looking hotel, just need to update furniture.

My check-in was horrible. Took 45 minutes. They put me in a room that was already occupied. Took the occupied party and me and two staff members 45 minutes to figure it out. Sent me to the fifth floor three times with keys that didn’t work. Finally got to my room after listening to the staff argue About whose fault it was. If I was the manager, I would be embarrassed!

I had very noisy neighbors who were up and loud until 2:00 am -- I tried calling the front desk several times but nobody answered. This is awful customer service.

My check in was at 3:00 pm my room wan not ready until 4:30. Front desk had terrible attitude

We have stayed here several times over the years but I may have to look for a new place to stay when visiting Ocala. When the key didn't work the two girls at the desk just kept telling me I didn't know how to use the key. Finally after going back upstairs for the third time I left the keys with them and said fix it I'll return after my meeting. The battery was dead in the lock on the door. The bartender ignored me and waited on other people that came into the bar/restaurant after me. I finally left after 10 minutes of being ignored. He saw me there made eye contact just wouldnt wait on me. Very poor service!

Our privacy was not respected and the staff at the hotel did not seem to care. We placed the do not disturb sign on the door the night we arrived. The morning of at 9 am and employees opened the door to our room even though we had the sign out. Thankfully I had the security lock on and the bathroom door was open against the room door. I was getting in the shower and felt completely violated. Also, they gave us a handicap room (which is fine) but the shower pretty much flooded the bathroom. The peep hole in the middle of the door for wheel chair access did not have a cover on it and if someone wanted to they could look in. I never felt so uncomfortable in a hotel. The staff was rude and did nothing about the situation.

Part of a longer trip and only stayed one night. It was close to the interstate and east to find and easy to get back onto the interstate next day.

Very close of restaurants and shopping. Close of the downtown and the highway. Friendly staff.

Perfect location

It’s was conveniently located and a good value.

The staff was friendly and the lobby was beautiful and clean. Our room was clean and beds were comfortable. We weren’t able to utilize the breakfast we paid for on the first morning because of the later breakfast time on weekends but we did enjoy breakfast on our remaining days and it was excellent for a hotel buffet.

The room was very noisy. The a/c kept clicking on and off and it was very loud. We were there for a conference and had planned to save time by having breakfast at the hotel. Starting our day early (with little sleep) to go down for breakfast at 7a.m. just to find out there was NOTHING because the cook did not show was an inconvenience. At check-out there was trouble with system and took extra time to get out. An interruption by a staff member telling the front clerk that the cook was late and that he was letting the front desk clerk know in a huff today was his last day was unprofessional. I would like a refund, who do I talk to about that?

No it was terrible a fully booked hotel with six stories tons of family’s and teeny buffet area to serve us all. Paid for two days of breakfast couldn’t even get enough to eat or the food was cold and empty And the staff disinterested to make it right Spent 500$ on two days in the middle of two hotels that had supers service and food

Charged $13 for a "breakfast buffet w/juice" which is equivalent to a free continental breakfast you get at other hotels. No natural light in suite area. Lit by one table lamp. Could have used another lamp in the area.

My best friend and I had planned a birthday gay for years. I am a busy mom and wife so this was supposed to be a fun getaway of food and laughter. We spent close to 500$! For our two night stay, yes we got a queen suite for comfort. Comfort and that was all we got. Due to full capacity the promoted made to order breakfast or any breakfast was not available. For a hotel this size they had us crammed into a tiny buffet room for food. With the sheer amount of kids available they had only three small orchers of milk available, one whole, one skim, one almond milk. Went hungry the first day because the attendants said they won’t be putting out anymore food! Second day the crowds of family downstairs devoured everything in sight I gave up and had to go out for breakfast this after paying 16 each for both to eat. My gf has difficulty going up and downstairs and they told her she can’t bring the food up. There was no water no juice no coffee nothing after hours. And the front staff was like it is what it is. I have stayed in many many many places in my life this was one of the worst. No refunds for breakfast no apologies nothing, even tried to charge me 3 dollars for a soda And on top of that when I called (sight onseen) to book an extra night I was redirected to sales to get me to purchase extra vacation stay at a later time. I’m not one to complain but this is one of the worst I have been in the only good point is the comfort and cleanliness of the barren queen suite.

It was clean. I was very disappointed the Asian fusion restaurant was gone, mostly the reason I stayed there. I thought it was overpriced. I one tim I needed pen and paper there’s was none. Nice enough but over priced.
