Key card not working, people smoking weed by the pool. Hot tub dirty, pool had lots of leaves & bugs, also lack of staff. They had one staff for double shift which looked like he worked 24/7. There very strict with the towels. The staff had attitude with me because I asked for pool towels, & he claims the hotel room towels can be used for the pool also. Not a great place to stay. You’re better off paying extra to stay next door at the Hilton. Do not stay at la suck…

Property itself is nice. Not enough parking on property especially when patrons have trailers. Heard a large disturbance and fight around 2am with people banging into walls and doors. Staff very pleasant. Carpets in hallway old and not well maintained. Fitness room amenities very good given age but many options and good space to work it in.

Ive always liked LaQuinta. They are very nice, and below market rates...alot of bang fir your buck. But this one was a disappointment. The elevator was non functional...had to take stairs with heart condition...6 floors! I had an emergency with my vehicle, and had to repair it in the scorching sun for hours...but I had my room all clean, and ready for new checkins...issue was my zenoir dog was left in the room so he wouldn't overheat outside, a d the manager called ANIMAL SERVICES!! AND SHE HIT MY CARD FOR $50 AND SIDNT TELL ME WHY

I book La Quinta’s when traveling because they normally have nice pools and gyms. It would have been nice to know that it was under construction and neither of those amenities were available… I would have chose somewhere else for the same price and still have the amenities I want. On top of that, there was left over food in the trash, and food stuck under the front of the bed. I pretty much paid full price for a horrible hotel and will not be booking with Expedia again.

Walking in it looks like they fired their landscaper weeks ago. Weeds everywhere. All plants overgrown. All trash full. Stucco falling off the sides of the building. All windows fogged. Mold on the stucco. Wood trim falling off. Stains everywhere. Inside the carpet was disgusting with a combination of bleach spots and dirt stains. Our room smelled like mold. It looked like dark Tabacco spit on the wall by our bed. The desk by the bed and dresser were both broken. Wallpaper coming off the walls in the hallway. Drain in shower broken. Hot tub not working. Gazebo wrapped in caution tape. Missing pavers around the pool you could easily trip over. The handicap chair to go into the pool had a broken remote - only the exposed circuit board was attached to the cord. Dog pee in the elevator. I understand it’s a value hotel but this was sever neglect.

Construction on hotel, most areas were closed and a mess. Pool was dirty, room was dirty, pillow case had makeup on it. Homeless drunks outside. Approached by a thug in the hallway who would not leave me alone. Unsafe hotel. Never again

Opened the micro fridge in my room that reeked of stale cigarette smoke and wet, moldy carpet only to discover a trio of cockroaches scurrying about. Staff were able to move my brother and I from a double bed to a room with one King bed, while still charging me the whole price. I know where I will not be staying in the future.

Facility being remodeled in areas. Our room smelled of smoke/mold, dirty floors, moldings, walls, lights not working and entrance at side was filthy. We stay at multiple La Quinta with never any issues and have 2 more bookings in future. Disappointing and I hate to complain but this was not worth the amount charged.

no one at deck when trying to check in waited approx 10 minutes for someone room was not very clean. saw a cockrock in room in morning. turn on water to take shower, water would not divert to showerhead so neither of us could shower. light overbathroom sink did not work. no one at desk to address- 3 times in am. sign 'put key in bowl.'

This hotel is literally falling apart. The carpet was dirty and full of stains. The paint on the walls is peeling off. There was mold and holes in the bathroom. The lady at the front desk was very sweet and nice. But I would never stay here again because of the lack of cleanliness

My only complaint was my room was near the back door and I heard the door slamming shut behind people coming and going for hours. Oh and my bed mattress needs to be changed as it has a huge hole like a heavy person slept on it for many years. The staff was friendly and accommodating!

They put us on the 5th floor. It reeked of pot smoke in the hall and even in our room although there is no smoking signs everywhere. It was an older run down hotel that could use sprucing up for sure. I did feel safe and the beds were clean and comfortable. Staff was pleasant.

It’s a dump. I asked for a quiet room away from road noise. The first room I went into smelled extremely of mold and was on the side adjacent to the interstate. Asked for another, smelled some better but even more road noise. Third room still smelled bad but less moldy; room temperature was set on 64 degrees - freezing cold to me. Air quality poor, giving me a headache. Phone does not work. Holes in the walls. Furniture has rips in it. I did not see any reference to this hotel being pet friendly (which I avoid for cleanliness reasons) but I’m sure it’s listed somewhere. Heard a dog barking in one of the rooms as I walked by so I inquired and, it is pet friendly - I love animals but don’t sleep with them. The hotel is also under renovations but I’m not sure they’re improving things much. The check-in clerk was considerate, apologetic and accommodated my requests which I appreciate. I do not recommend; will tough it out through the night but my eyes are burning from the air and it’s giving me a headache.

Front desk staff very helpful and friendly. Hotel is pet friendly. Hotel rooms are dated but clean. Parking lot was well lit and grounds were clean. The back stairwell has not been cleaned in a while, evident by garbage and debris on carpet. Obviously people are smoking in stairwell which sucks, but smokers are indignant about their habit. Reserved room on 2nd floor at 9:30am and told i was confirmed. Arrived that evening and 2nd floor room not available. Frustrating!

Lets start with check in, it took over 45 minutes to get checked in because the property said they didnt receive payment from hotels.com. the manager had a new employee handle it and she didnt know what to do, and he wouldnt help and made it seem like hotels.com wasnt going to pay him. The lobby smelled so horrible of some kind of cleaning product that it sent my allergies into over drive and i couldnt stop coughing. Then theres the room, it was disgusting! The carpets are so stained i wouldnt let my daughter take her socks off. The tub had stains and rust in it. The beds are ancient and be prepared to sink into them! There was also some kind of black dust stuff all over thr top of the bedding. The bathroom door was falling apart, the sink wouldnt drain, and the toilet wouldnt flush the paper. The hall way was so hot and smelled of mold, again made my allergies crazy. They also have only 1 elevator and when we were trying to leave the cleaning crews kept filling it with carts and wouldnt let us get in. They should knock this place down and start from scratch!

The front desk staff was excellent. So friendly and gave us great tips about stuff to do in the area. I can’t remember her name but she was a lady in her 40s/50s with straight brown hair. The hotel is in need of some updating but great for the price. Very convenient location to restaurants, gas stations and FAST swimming pool.

It is in a nice area close to shopping and restaurants, yet tucked away a little so it is very quiet. The gentleman at the front desk was friendly and competent. Rooms were spacious, well kept, very clean and comfortable. The pool facilities were well maintained. Definitely take advantage of the hot tub. I really liked the entire patio area, it was very relaxing. However the landscaping was a bit unruly. The rose bushes in the garden and also leading into the back door of the building were way overgrown and protruding into the sidewalk area a little so you had to watch out for thorns. A little disappointed though. I left a 60 dollar phone charger plugged into the wall next to the bed and called a few hours after we checked out and the maid claimed it wasn't in the room, so either they didn't vacuum that entire side of the room or it magically disappeared. A bit petty to complain about but it was inconvenient to have to buy another one. Finders keepers, I guess. Overall it was a very pleasant stay.

The pool and hot tub area was clean and nice. The staff very nice. Room was disgusting, dirty. Not sure if it was even cleaned. And I think prostitutes use the hotel because we were woken up with pretty disgusting noises ALL NIGHT in room 107 right next to us. Breakfast was very good, though.

It was under renovation throughout the the hotel. Not all of the electrical plugs were working. The breakfast was really not much other than bagels, yogurt, coffee and juice. Nothing stands out that it is 100$ a night stay.

Check in was difficult & the front desk employee insulted us for booking through Expedia. The room was not very clean. The bathroom had hair everywhere. The complimentary breakfast was nothing compared to the breakfast they used to serve. We were pretty disappointed in this stay.

Nice place under renovations .. beds could be of better quality and the small refrigerator should not be on the floor. Very hard to access. Bathroom was not as clean as it could have been, but again the place is under renovations . Service and Front Desk were very good and the breakfast was fairly good.
