Quality Inn & Suites near Panama City Beach

The hotel and pool area was extremely clean! We were close to everything without being on the main drag of Panama however a hot breakfast was advertised and was not provided. We were disappointed in that as we book with Choice brands because of the hot breakfast since we travel with a child but other than that we would stay again.

They have roaches they had hookers hanging around. It was loud and they did not have hot breakfast.

Location was perfect for what i wanted. The room was clean but had heavy Marijuana smell.

This place is a dump! They remodeled the rooms so the look good but they’re filthy, in poor condition and noisy. Lipstick on a PIG. The door had a gap at the bottom so it was not sealed to the exterior. The neighborhood is awful. Do not stay here.

We had a great time at PCB. We were only in the hotel for sleeping and showering. The a/c ran great. The shower was nice and did not run out of hot water. The massager head was nice. There were bottles on the shower wall of shampoo and conditioner. The tv was very nice. The bed was kinda lumpy but typical of most hotels I've stayed at. The pillows were nice and fluffy. I slept fine though. There was a couch in our room that converted to a bed. There was no noise so after a busy day at the beach it was nice to come back and be able to relax in the peace and quiet. We did go to the breakfast and it was well stocked, very clean and tasty. The only negative was our room smelled like weed when we first got there but once the a/c was on, we didnt smell it anymore and that's with multiple trips in and out of the room. I would definitely book a room here again in the future. It was close to the beaches and conveniences. The staff were nice although we didn't have much interaction with them. I would recommend this hotel if you are looking for a cheaper but nice place outside the busy touristy areas.

Overall, very average (maybe 5/10). I had booked a room with 1 king bed but when I checked in I was given a room with 2 twin beds. It wasn’t too big a deal, but still an inconvenience. The room was very dark; there were only overhead lights in the bathroom and a few lamps around the room. I had also called them after I originally booked the room and they told me there would be a $75 safety deposit, but when I arrived I was told the deposit would be $200. I booked a nonsmoking room but the bed and room smelled like cigarette smoke. The breakfast was pretty good though.

Friendly staff at checkin. Very nice room. Some of the best blackout shades. Great bed.

Much easier for a couple celebrating 25 years to sleep in a king size vs double. Person at front desk would not switch it to what i actually ordered. Smells like weed and seems to be people living there on the 2nd floor. Suspect. Breakfast was better than anticipated. Pretty standard faire.

Screaming and yelling coming from room next to ours had to call front desk 3-4 times before they’d walk to room to get them to stop. Mind you 6:30am this happened. Dirt in bathroom by baseboard, softball size hole in ceiling in shower could see the insulation. Fiancé found bugs in bed. I tripped on a unmarked curb going into the wheelchair accessible room still sore 4 days later. Horrible stay away, and owner is horrible

The room was dark. No overhead lights and the nightstand lamps didn’t put out much light. The bathroom lighting was good.

Iron bed frames need to change could not get any sleep everytime you move it sounds like a file cabinet is being slammed shut

The stay was as expected for the price. I have no complaints with that. I didn't like the fact that my reservation was initially cancelled because the hotel attempted to authorize my first night's payment without my permission (I CLEARLY CHOSE THE OPTION, "PAY AT HOTEL" WHEN I RESERVED MY ROOM WEEKS BEFORE). My bank has fraud protection and unauthorized charges are denied, so this hotel cancelled my reservation. After telling them this, I still had to reserve the same room again (through Quality Inn) which ended up costing me almost $50 more than the rate that I initially reserved it for. They told me that this a norm for hotels at this time of the year and that it was in the "fine print" when I reserved the room at hotels.com.

Small hiccup when we arrived!! Was there at 3:30, had three rooms reserved, only two where ready to check in , took 10-15 for them to decide what to do for us , rooms where no where near each other!! Thankful rooms were clean and comfy inside !! Bed was comfy and I rested well!! We ate breakfast there, they had a waffle maker, cereal , danishes and Jimmy Dean sandwich’s !!

Too expensive, very small rooms, they says that have breakfast in the web side with no specific is! The Staff so rude and looks that hate the job!
