Days Inn by Wyndham Panama City

The swimming pool was not posted that it was closed. Also the " Breakfast" that was also posted consist of cold cereal. My room shower handle was cold when should be hot and vice versa. I was very disappointed in this stay. Will not return.!

There’s no elevator, you will have to climb stairs. Tub backed up while trying to shower. Blood on the comforter on the bed. Two of the lamps were broken and not working. I will not recommend anyone that I know to stay there. Hotel across the street is better

It smelled moldy and like recreational plant. No elevator. The fire detector was covered in a plastic bag. Breakfast was a sad joke. The place is just dirty and stained.

First, there’s no elevator so I had to haul my 50 lb suitcase up two flights of stairs. The carpet looked like a crime scene had been attempted to be cleaned. The sheets and towels were clean but stained. When I asked for a third towel ( though I didn’t have them clean my room for the 9 days), I was given a “we don’t like to” and the one I was given looked like it had been through the shredder. Tub faucet was hard to dial in because it just went in circles with no clear stop or hot or cold. The AC worked great, which was nice. I definitely would not recommend staying there unless you’re okay with a one star hotel and are charged for that.

The hotel was beyond dirty from top to bottom. The bathroom had blood and mud all over rhe walks. The bathroom floor was covered in dirt and mold. The shower curtain was covered in blood and dirt as well as the walls. The phone to front dest did not work. And to top it off the side doors did nit have security card swipe active and a homless person was inside and sleepng all night under the inside stairwell. Just beyond not right. Breakfast was marked as out if order. U would like a 100$ refund.

False advertising. No fitness center or pool. The breakfast was stale bagels , no jelly or cream cheese. The owner/ manager Bob was extremely rude! The room was nasty and smelly. The back door doesn’t lock and there are scary people hanging out in the stairwell. I highly DONT recommend!!!

The hotel is terrible, everything is dirty, the floor in the corridors and everything is disgusting! everything smells of weed and cigarettes! It does not have an elevator, I would not give it even 1 star

The photos made it look almost like a new construction but upon arrival and checking in you could tell it was definitely an older hotel with certain parts that had been renovated. For it to be a NonSmoking place, it reeked of Cigarette Smoke, it did not have an elevator so you can to use the stairs. The carpet in the hallways were covered with stains, the new titles in the tub were cut to short and not at the correct angle so they just filled everything in with mud and painted over it. The grout had mold in the lines of the tile. Over all, you get what you pay for. Once we got home, I had to wash all the clothes we did not end up wearing on our trip as they all smelled like cigarette smoke. It served the purpose as a place to lay our head for the night and a place to take a shower but unfortunately we won’t ever stay here again.

This was probably the most filthy hotel I've ever stayed in. Despite requesting nonsmoking rooms, the entire facility had a strong cigarette smell. Our hotel sheets had cigarette burns, orange stains, black stains, and other unidentifiable stains on them. Ants were found climbing up the wall in the morning. Fire doors were left propped open. The breakfast waffle maker and juice dispenser were not operational and no staff were around for help. The area of this hotel seemed unsafe as well. Would never stay here again.

The staff who weren't related to management were clearly unhappy to be there and I don't blame them. The lobby had a musty smell and it took almost 20 minutes for the person working the front desk to get inside to help us. Once in our room, we noticed that there were stains in the bathroom and on the bedspreads, burn holes in the bedspreads, and a smashed dead roach on the wall. Shortly after we woke up that first morning, my daughter and I were sitting on the beds talking and my daughter saw a bedbug, which we immediately killed and took a picture of. We went straight down to the front desk and after finally finding someone to talk to, they got the manager, who, after telling me to be quiet, said they'd move us to a different room. We had to leave all of our belongings in the hall while we waited nearly two hours for our new room to be cleaned. This morning at checkout time, I asked to speak with the manager to find out if he was going to at least discount my room to compensate for the fact that I woke up to bed bugs. He told me that allowing us to switch rooms was sufficient in his mind. He was extremely rude, and actually accused us of bringing the bedbugs to his hotel. Which is utterly ludicrous since you can read back through the reviews and see that as recently as 5 months ago someone complained about bedbugs in their review as well. In short, if I could give fewer than one star I would and I would strongly urge you to go anywhere else.

Very dirty! Carpets stained our feet black, sheets weren’t changed, bathroom wasn’t cleaned, with hair on the shower walls. Smelt of cigarette smoke even though it is posted as non smoking. Asked for a portable crib and was given a very old pacnplay that would stay open. Would NOT recommend staying here! The first room they gave us the ac was broken.

Our room was very dirty and hair was all over the bathroom. Comforter had stains and cigarette holes all in it. One of our pillows smelt like urine and had yellow stains. Looked like dry boogers on the backside of the bathroom door handle. Mirrors has not been cleaned. We kicked all covers off bed and slept with one sheet. Overall very disappointed with this experience at Days Inn. Person at front desk barely talked to us.

The room was smelly and the sheets had stains on them. Although the bed was made and the carpet vacuumed, those sheets should have been replaced instead of washed. The carpet needed a deep clean. The whole room simply needed to be completely redone. Even the air was stale. I certainly will not ever stay there again.

Dirty dirty dirty, vomit on floor, nothing had been cleaned, ac unit was full of dust and mold. Room was musty . Toilet seat broke and the toilet rocked when you say on it. Hair in sink. Towels smelt musty no toilet paper and front receptionist left for a bit leaving no one at desk

Our rooms were filthy! The bathroom had blood on the toilet seat, the bath tub had a black ring around it and there was black mold on the floor under the sink. In the second room the bathroom was dirty trash on the floor, blood and body sweat stains on the bed covers and sheets. When we took the manager to the rooms to show him what we were talking about he got really nasty with us and started to argue with us and told us that he was only going to refund one nights stay. We had to find another hotel. We were in town for my husband's brother funeral.

We weren't able to stay. I'm reaching out to expedia to see if there is anything i can do. Property smelled very strong of mold/mildew. Room had visible mold and mildew on door/window frames. Bedding was soiled and appeared have mildew as well. We were traveling with our baby. These are unsafe conditions for anyone- even if it is just a night of sleep, especially dangerous to a baby or someone with heal conditions. Completely unacceptable. While managment was nice, they couldn't guarantee me another room that wasn't affected by mold and mildew so we had no choice but to leave and pay for another hotel when we had already paid for one. So disappointing not to mention stressful and inconvenient

10/10 DO NOT STAY HERE!!! We booked the night to stay because we traveled to work dyring spring break. 1. I made the mistake of booking a smoking room, ok my bad we will make it thru! 2. Roaches everywhere dead and alive! 3. Pure filthy couches beds floors everything black gross and grimey! 4. The bathroom smelled so string if urine the shower floors wrre moldy and flecks of black mold floating around when you turn on the shower! If you have the option stay anywhere but here!

New tiles in the bathroom was nice. You can tell they did an upgrade in there. How about changing the hinges on the bathroom door? Completely covered with rust. Basically rust wherever there was metal.. Tub was in good condition, but get a professional plumber to fix the tub faucet. Should go off, cold, hot when you turn it. Not off, cold, off, cold, maybe warm, then off again. Stains everywhere on the furniture, carpet and linen. Should provide linen for sofa bed on check-in when reservation is for 5 people. Only two plugs for 3 appliances in "kitchen" area (coffee maker, mini fridge, and microwave). Had to unplug one to use the other. The manager had an EXTREMELY obnoxious customer who was very rude to him. The manager handled her with more courtesy and professionalism than I could have managed, so good job there.

We have stayed in better hotels. You walk into the lobby and it's warm and so as the room even with the air running. The A/C unit is not legible. No numbers or words. Hair was in the bathroom sink and floor. All rooms should have a smoke detector and ours did not. That should not be allowed and I don't believe that it is. This hotel really needs an update. Just very disappointed.

The breakfast was not enough and various. And the sink drain in bathroom was not a good condition.

Samantha, our check in person was awesome. Very friendly, great eye contact. The bathroom was the main issue. The mirror had not been cleaned. Had water residue left on it, the sink faucet area was disgusting. I did not inspect the toilet, just used it for what it was there for, but the mirror and faucet was inexcusable to anyone not sight impaired. Cigarette smoke smell in hallway was terrible. The a/c unit going off and on was like an airplane engine. And I am that person who never gives a bad review but what I have stated here is an easy fix, just hire the right cleaning crew and put in new a/c units and restrict cigarette smoking entirely.

The bathroom had a leak

Our jacuzzi was dirty and there’s no internet service u only get one towel it’s very noisy here

The front desk assistant was very nice and professional. We laugh together for about 10 minutes. Now the room didn't have an ironing board nor a iron, the jacuzzi didn’t work, the spread and sheets had holes in them. The pillow on the sofa was mix match. It was clean, but it could have been better

Property was dirty & unkept. Trash swept in corners in the hallway. Room floors unswept & not moped. Requested to have toilet clean was ignored & was told by manager/owner that I was ignorant & could not read when I was double charged for my stay.

The front desk was very helpful when i left my key in room.

I didn’t like the older lady at the front counter very poor people skills . When I first walked in the first question she asked before I could even get to the desk was how old was I , then proceeded to tell me the room I booked wasn’t available so she asked what room I wanted I told her which ever room I could get, I didn’t know what else to say but she told me that’s doesn’t answer her question she was very rude also the younger girl working the front desk told me it wasn’t her problem when I told her the vending machine took my money without me getting what I payed for the hotel wasn’t bad but the workers were horrible Days inn should really look into hiring people that make you feel welcome !

The property was very clean and safe and the front desk staff(Samantha) was awesome I did like the air conditioning controls

The manager doesn't know his ass from his elbow. I pre-book 2 rooms and he accused me of only booking one room. Made us wait on the lobby while 8 contacted the booking company for an HOUR an employee named Nikki arrived and asked if she could help us. I gave her my name and she said she only saw one room. I explained 8 booed 2 rooms to her and she asked me for my phone number and instantly found the second room. Her assistance was beyond our expectations and she agreed the manager could have done the same thing. The rooms were filthy the whole experience was disgusting I have photos too. I do not recommend this hotel at all. In the hour we were waiting in the lobby we hear 5 other guests with similar complaints of smell and dirty rooms.

The owner was rude and called me a liar said if I didn't like it I was welcome to leave anytime!!! He doesn't care and he's very loud and angry !!! Not a nice place at all!!!

We have stayed here in the past and it was good. Now it is not clean and extremely run down. Our check in person I believe he was the manager was rude to his employee right in front of us to start. So, the worst part of the place was our room. We walked in and looked around and first noticed a dead bug in the bathroom, not a problem it will be cleaned tomorrow. That bug was on the floor for the 6 days we were there. Meaning our room was never cleaned. They came in and took towels and sometimes emptied trash. We had to constantly ask the front desk for wash cloths, a second towel (2 ppl in room), a rug mat and toilet paper. Bathroom was never swept. Tuesday night we came back to a pile of hair on a towel they left. YUK!! The wasn't clean well before we got there. There was underwear between the wall and side table. Please the bed was about 4 to 6 inches from wall due to an outlet. Let's just say fire hazard anyone. Also, the plumbing needs to be fixed. While taking a shower, you stand in about 2 to 3 inches of water. Hotel is just run down. Management needs training on how to run your hotel.

It was very quiet being It was the off-season it workout very well. The owners were very nice and accommodating.

DO NOT STAY HERE. The manager Bob Patel was extremely rude condescending and argumentative about the type of room I reserved. My daughter checked in he insulted her intelligence by asking her “have you never stayed at a hotel before The air conditioner in the first room that I had was not cooling and I asked him was it broken and he acted like there was nothing wrong with it and it was 85° inside. The second room I had the sleeper sofa had not had the linen changed on it, the two beds had blood stains on them. Cigarette burn holes in them and was extremely dirty. There were roaches in our room. The only positive thing that I have to say about the place is the night clerk who worked on Monday night she was very pleasant I did not get her name , her customer service was very good The door lock on the second room I had to get did not work every time we need it in our room we had to go to the front desk and bother someone to let us in our room or prop it open and hope our valuables weren’t stolen. Housekeeping here is FAMILY and they do not clean the rooms at all. I am thankful I took my own Lysol and cleaning wipes because the table top in the room were very nasty and this is no exaggeration of a review. What I experience during my stay at this place. I also will be contacting Wyndham because the manager apparently doesn’t care about customer service or business , I understand it is a beach place but that is no excuse for non-cleanliness

The room was just gross. We left after seeing the lack of standards. And, the manager refuses a refund. Poor service to top it off.

Yes there were shops nearby . No, the parking was not comfortable with. All the activity in the parking lot with young adults not behaving properly

I liked that it was close to the beach, other than that. It was awful there. It smelt extremely bad every where. Everything in the room was super dirty. Rude house keeping employees. Food abd drinks were very nasty, Everything taste very old. They didn't have alll that they said. We stayed one night cause we were tired driving so far. But i wouldn't recommend this to anyone ever.

My Husband and I came down to PCB to celebrate our anniversary and wanted to stay somewhere close by the beach so we thought ths location would be pretty decent. Just to arrive at this location and seen homeless people sitting outside the front doors. We still tried to be optimistic and decided to still check in and was placed in a room with a Jacuzzi tub that did not work and kept leaking water and making sounds the entire time we were there and no one fixed it. The only reason we stayed was due to the nice lady at the front desk. She gave us good tips on restaurants to try by the beach and places to go shop. Other than that our stay at this location was horrible. They did not even serve a decent breakfast or clean our room. Our first night staying here we got up the next morning to try the breakfast and the only items out was cold cereal and a waffle maker to make your own waffle that's it. Luckily we were out at the beach and dining out most of our time here so we did not spend much time in this awful hotel or in our room but we will NEVER stay at this Days Inn location again!!

It was about a 30in ride to the main area of PCB. The staff ere friendly.

Property was at convenient location from beach. Cleanliness could have been improved.

Close to the HW

Honestly just popped in for a quick sleep. It was clean beds were comfortable. The breakfast was alittle disappointing but hey its free! If we came back for a trip id stay again! There was food and businesses very close by! Was very convenient!

My room did not have additional toilet paper or any tissues. The TV worked well once I asked the manager to come in and check it, which he did willingly. The location is very convenient.

They stopped serving breakfast at 930 I thought it went until 10 it was 931 my blood sugar was low I asked for at least a piece of fruit they refused couldn't get clean linens had to go get our own my cousin asked for coffee they said would bring it 4 days later never saw it Rudest people I've ever met

The facilities needs some updates and attention. The room smell like pure chlorine. The restroom curtain, tiles and grout was moldy. Towel hanger hanging for dear life and carpet stained in a lot of areas. It says breakfast included, the only thing was fruit loop, Raisin Bran and small bagels, just butter. There was a waffle machine, no waffle batter available ( they ran out...) coffee, pre- brewed not the best. Area was very dirty, the same employee do it all and an older person that I assume is the manager. The place so need TLC and honestly do not advertise breakfast included.

There was elevator, so we had to hall our stuff up two flights of stairs. The pillow cases and sheets were dirty, so we had to ask for clean pillow cases. We had to go to front desk for iron and board and toilet paper. The breakfast was coffee, waffles, bananas, and cereal. We will not stay there again.

This place needs to be closed down. It’s NASTY!! Sheets are stained. Towels are stained. It stunk and it was hot. The air didn’t cool properly. The only nice thing about the stay was the lady that checked us in. We also left a day early even tho we paid for it because it was so nasty!! They also ran out of breakfast before 8 AM!!

The front desk lady Samantha was very nice!!! Breakfast consisted of waffles or bagels. No meat or drink other than coffee. Carpet was filthy throughout the entire building. Couch in our room was dirty as was the bathroom. This place should be shut down! I took pictures if interested in seeing them. I will never go there again!!!!!
