Property always had people loitering in parking lot all hours of day and night. The back door was always propped open despite me closing numerous times. There weren’t any toiletries in the room and I had to ask the front desk to provide. I was in the handicapped room and the shower chair wouldn’t even lower it was rusted and covered in mold/mildew

What could have been honestky been a decent review ,ended with poor service , failure for safety, security, partial cleanings of overall hotel. Also,,ones Soul challenged by thier gaming with thier broken systems.

The front desk staff never smiled, was curt, had tone, was not helpful, and generally unpleasant. The bathroom had no exhaust fan. The air-conditioning worked well, but the room was damp and clammy. There were dead/dying cockroaches in the kitchen cabinets, and there was a smell of cigarettes and marijuana in the halls, stairwell, and elevator. We will not be back.

Very rude lady at the front desk. We had a miscommunication on our booking and she immediately started scolding us about how we should be gone by now, and was being very hateful and trying to argue. As someone who works in customer service, I am never EVER rude and I have never met somebody this rude, especially when we are paying (too much) to stay here. Piece of the faucet was completely broken off, the place smells, the dishes are dirty, shower head is dirty, and the bed feels like sleeping on a rock. Would have left a better review had the lady up front not been so incredibly rude. Don’t even waste your time on this place!

This is a budget friendly hotel, so I knew what I was getting into. But I didn't realize it's right on the main road, so I heard quite a bit of traffic at night. My frustration was my room smelled like smoke. The front desk worker said all the rooms are non-smoking. The hotel was full and there were no rooms to move into. It was just one night, so I was able to manage. But no one wants a room smelling like smoke. The bedsheets and pillows were less than desirable

Everything was good, like the small kitchen in the room. Only issue was that you can smell other people’s food in the hallway, since almost everyone was cooking. Over all it’s a good hotel for the price

This was a trip from hell. The woman at the desk was the ONLY redeeming quality -- she did everything to rectify our problems. We were in a first-floor handicap room which means a LOT of space. Furnishings were adequate, the bed (just a metal frame and mattress) was terrible. The noise is unbearable in the room. The sink counter was so sticky that my hand stuck to it and there was an imprint of a can that showed it was never wiped clean. Children were running in the 2nd floor hall and it sounded like someone was bouncing bowling balls. A guest in the adjacent room sounded like he was having very good sex which sounded like it was right in our room. There is a deep drop off the highway that just about takes off the front end of a car (there are so many dig spots in the asphalt it is difficult to count). The shower water accumulates on the bathroom floor and does not drain well -- remember I said this was a handicap room. And finally, you don't have the rating that states "will never stay in this hotel again."

Even though I paid for and booked 4 nights at this property, the day of my arrival, I was notified by the property manager that my room was not available b/c the hotel was oversold. My ONLY option was to take a room at their sister property which was NOT comparable and was a 1 at best. The lady at the desk was super nice and helpful but my room did not have a kitchenette and the food I brought with me went to waste if I could not microwave it. The hotel was old, the rooms were dirty and there were zero amenities. I did get a break on price but only because I asked for it. I would not recommend this hotel chain.

I love how the property is in close proximity to a giant gas station with everything you need in it. However the scent in the room was really wet smelling, like mildew smell. But other than that that hotel was good

The staff was nice, after we were given a horrible room on the first floor with bad smell we were given a room in the second floor that was cleaner. Not super clean, but better. We stayed for a night and it was fine but any longer isn’t ideal. Definitely not a “nice” hotel but manageable if you are flexible. Quite price for what we got as well. 150ish dollars for a 2/5 star spot 17 from PCB
