The pool water was poorly treated. It was moldy and the water was dirty. The water in the hot tube was dirty and with sea sand. I hope they can fix it soon. However, the rest of the areas were clean and maintained. The staff customer service and friendliness were above and beyond.

I was definitely disappointed with this property. I come to the area frequently and my usual property was booked so I figured that I would try this one. The overall impression that I got was that the place was old. It has been given a facelift, but it feels old. When you look past some new wallpaper and carpet, it isn't in great shape. It has old bathtubs, the pool was green and the gym didn’t even have half of the lightbulbs in the fixtures. The staff was great, but I do t think that I will be returning to this Marriott property. There are properties across the street that feel more updated and offer breakfast (if hotel breakfast is your thing).

Exterior of Hotel excellent. Lobby excellent. Staff FANTASTIC and go out of their way. Issue: Room is VERY dated and even disheveled. It was a bit dirty mainly due to everything easily being 10-20 yrs old. Had space on wall for a huge tv; yet, had a MAYBE 33 inch tv. Two of the lights didn't work. Sheets and "blankets" badly frayed. Had an odor of dampness that was noticeable. Most furniture was damaged and/or not maintained. Odd, as the exterior and lobby seemed pretty good - rooms were "shabby". Would not stay again. At any price. But, again, staff at desk were AWESOME. One of two elevators not working...so 3-15 minute wait.

Staff was nice. The patio door would not lock/broken. They did make a suggestion, however, that part was missing (lock bar)! Not the cleanest room, however, the iron was a plus and the staff was nice! Needs some upgrades, thanks! No free shuttle or none for the matter (airport)

Staff was great. So friendly. Place convenient to airport. Bar if want a drink and little shop for munchies. . Little noisy because of location to airport. Other than that it is very safe, clean and rooms good. It would be nice if had shuttle. Even shared one w other hotels. There was like 5 of us waiting for Ubers.

We were expecting a restaurant and a bar at the hotel. The only thing they have is continental breakfast (bagels/coffee). No restaurant. No bar. If we had known that, we would have stayed somewhere else that had those amenities.

Room 310 had A LOT of spots on the floors and walls… shower/tub seemed a little old and dingy. Spots on the couch. Just a lot of questionable spots through the room. Looked like vomit spots.

This property will be renovated soon which would be great. The room i stayed in had stains on carpeting and walls which should've been cleaned. Photos were shown to management before departing my four day stay. I was informed by manager on duty that renovation to hotel is in the near future.

The hotel staff was nice and the people at the bistro were nice. But the room was filthy. The shower floor was filthy, the chair was covered in stains. The first hotel room had mold in the AC unit and the Jet tub was gross, we asked to switch rooms for a cleaner tub. The second room had mold in AC unit and near window, the tub was better cleaned than the first one, but still a bit concerning. Also there was a small rip with a blood stain on the comforter.

Overall I feel like this hotel was okay. To start with the staff was EXCELLENT. Super friendly and approachable. They were quick with my check in and check out. I literally have no complaints about the staff, they were the best part of the stay. The room was mostly clean. But I feel like the carpet did smell kind of musty. Bathroom was out of date and needs an upgrade. The room was hot when I got in and had a hard time cooling at first. Then I realized that the window has a small gap where the hot air gets in so for the rest of the stay I kept the curtains shut which helped keep the hot air out and allowed the room to get cold. Aside from that everything was good with the room, up until I was leaving. As I was walking out the room, there was a small roach above the door. So that kinda sucked. I didn’t complain or say anything at the front desk about anything because I had to leave for work and I didn’t want to cause a fuss. But for sure, the room and elevator need upgrades. The lobby is nice and chic and the cafe was cute.

The hotel has a great lobby and hallways. The room was stained with very dim lighting in the bathroom and was reminiscent of a jail cell that I see in movies. The chair in the room had stains all over it and the walls in the bathroom had a good amount of mold above the door. I would not stay here again.

Noisy . Both traffic & AC unit. Off beaten trail for transportation. Took 20 minutes to get a taxi. Taxis are therefore very expensive--$25 & $35 to go to airport.

The room was very old. Plumbing, old. It had rail bars, so could have been a handicap room. Sink, old. Shower/bath, very old. Check-in, smooth. Downstairs has been re-done and was nice. When I opened the door to the room, my first thought was uh-oh!

Everything was great. They let us check in early which was so nice. We had sunburn from our day at sea the day before. Short trip from Miami port. Room was so comfortable. We recharged and went to a concert. Fyi you can not buy alcohol after midnight on Saturday

Outside of the cleanliness of the hotel, everything else was pretty much terrible. When I got there, it took five minutes to enter the building, although the staff was sitting right there next to the door then the wrong that I booked wasn’t available hours previously even though I paid for the room, they tried to give my room away, and they couldn’t make room so every time I wanted to go to the room and left out someone from the front desk had to come let me in wait for us very inconveniencing staff they got attitude like it was my fault they couldn’t make a key for my room Service I wouldn’t recommend anybody

Literally the worst experience I've ever had with a hotel. Upon my check in, I was not allowed to check in, as the manager on duty claimed they did not accept tap2pay. He said it would be no issue refunding my money. Turns out that was an absolute lie. I have signed paperwork from Larry Engstrom (operations manager) saying he had done what he needed to cancel my reservation so i would not be charged. He was simply lying through his teeth. Shadiest hotel I've ever encountered. Will notstay at another marriott property for the rest of my days. Nor will I ever use Expedia. Absolute terrible way to treat people as a "hospitality" organization.

Definitely one of the least impressive Marriotts I’ve ever stayed in. It is time for some upgrades as the room smelled like mold. The carpet looked dirty and the common areas looked worn. I was also double charged for a deposit along with another 60.00 charge that I will be calling about. I only stayed for one night due to a cancelled flight. The area also is deserted. I wouldn’t recommend a stay here.

My flights were cancelled and then delayed which caused my last minute stay here. The decor of the building and rooms were pretty to look at and the convenience of the bar and bistro was a plus. The staff overall was very helpful as well. I am thankful I stayed here in such a stressful situation.

Place was ok! Outside needs work. However the inside was nice. No breakfast and you even pay for coffee in the make shift restaurant and bar. Also the restaurant and bar are very expensive for a hotel lobby, restaurant and bar. It is more of a concession stand type restaurant bar. So if you really need to go and eat there be warned it’s expensive. If not within about 6 miles there’s plenty of nice restaurants and shops. I would definitely stay there again.
