Hampton Inn Winter Haven

This was our first time staying here as we were going to be headed to Legoland. We were greeted by Ms Shelly and she was very kind and courteous. The room was very clean and stated that wat during our stay thanks to Ms Kim in housekeeping! Breakfast was full of a variety of food to choose from. We didn’t get the chance to try out the pool as our visit was a short one but there is always next time! We will be coming back soon!

Room was clean, cold, and the bed was super comfortable. Breakfast was perfect, had just enough. Overall, great stay.

Their payment policy is horrible. They put a hold on your account before you even check in. Then you pay when you get there. Then when you check in you need to make sure to have enough in your account to pay again. Front counter person was very rude in explaining it. Will not come back.

Our room and the amenities were everything we needed. Staff was friendly and personable. We enjoyed our brief stay!

The hotel was in a fantastic location, walking distance to many stores and restaurants. Legoland Amusement park was about 2 miles away from the hotel. The hot breakfast had a good selections of items.
