Excellent service. I like their pool service and happy gatherings in the evening with drinks and food. Very good room service. We stayed 3 nights but no issues at all. Kids enjoyed pool all three evening. I would highly recommend this place. Definitely I will be going back there.

The hotel was better tham expected, the rooms were very clean and big,very spacious. We were traveling to visit family in Winter Haven,and it was the best hotel we have stayed in while being there. The breakfast was good,the pool was clean,the laundry room was complimentary so big plus. The only small issue we encountered was that we could not stream movies to the tv,either then that,I highly recommend this hotel and I'll def be returning.

Amazing!! The cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in. Beautiful& comfortable. The room was absolutely huge, like a studio apt. Did I mention how clean this hotel and room was?!!! Clean, clean, clean. And the young man at check in and the young lady at check out we so professional, personable, kind and just incredibly pleasant to talk to. I have never been more impressed with a hotel stay as I am with this one

This has to be one of the best budget friendly hotels we have ever stayed at. Needless to say, I was shocked by how nice and clean the room was. It reminded me of a 1 bedroom condo. (Very spacious and nicely updated). Highly recommend.

The room was very nice but when showering water would get all over the floor. It’s an open walk in shower which was very nice but it needs a door so water won’t get everywhere. Other than that my husband and I enjoyed our stay! It’s a hidden gem in Winterhaven,FL

Our stay was simply perfect! The hotel’s conditions are prime: remodeled, modern and convenient, and all for an affordable price. Every spot of the hotel was clean and smelled great, even the gym. The rooms are very spacious, with a large kitchen, sink, dishwasher, large fridge and microwave, and plenty of cabinets to store anything. They provide paper towel, dish detergent and even kitchen clothes and mittens. The bathroom was also very modern, large and convenient. Bedding was soft and comfortable. There is a bit of outside noise sometimes at night because the fire dept / EMT station is about a block away, so at night I did hear them twice, but it wasn’t very upsetting. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful, complimentary, with juices, coffee, egg omelettes, sausages, waffles, cereal, oatmeal, pastries and bread . There are lots of stores that are very close by ,such as CVS, walmart, publix, etc. The Central Park and restaurants in the area are also close, and it is 5-10 away to AdventHealth Fieldhouse, for sports events. Will definitely return, felt like home. Oh and one cherry on top was the table games they had at the lobby for families to play. We really appreciated this sutile but meaningful touch! We’re coming back next month for another gymnastics event and will be staying here as well! Loved this. Special thanks to Nilda for providing us infor about nearby restaurants.

Stayed here to attend a wedding nearby. The room was exceptionally clean, very spacious and beautiful. I got the Lakeview as promised. Except the lake happened to be across the street, but still a very stunning view. The room was equipped with stove, microwave, refrigerator, utensils and cooking ware. They also have free daily breakfast. Excellent customer service from Nadia!!

Property & Staff were great. Allowed us to check in early, answered questions & provided extra supplies as needed. I did think it funny that the room was only set up to accommodate 3 persons, we had 4 listed on the reservation. There were 2 spoons missing of the 3, the ice maker leaked, so the fridge had standing water & the base of the freezer was frozen. My 14yo was able to fix it. There was also a seal out in the upper shower glass, 14yo was able to put it back in. Breakfast was great, we were able to make small meals/snacks in the room which was wonderful. We will definitely be looking for more offerings from this brand in the future.

This was my first time staying at this hotel. I can honestly say it won’t be the last time. All of the staff was fantastic! Everyone made me feel welcome and comfortable at the same time. Everyone needs a raise. I felt like we were one big happy family. The room was beautiful and clean.

I called the front desk in the morning to ask our room to be serviced. They assured me they will come make the bed, take out the garbage and bring new towels. No one came in the morning. When we were leaving for the day around noon, I went to the front desk to request housekeeping again. They assured me someone is coming. We came back to the room around 6pm and nothing was done. I went to the front desk again and they reassured me once again that housekeeping is on their way right now. We came back after dinner and again, nothing was done in our room. Our room had no clean towels, no toilet paper. No garbage was taken and the beds were not made. By that time, housekeeping staff had left already and they just gave me new towels and we just had to stay in the room filled with garbage and dirty towels. They did not even have enough clean towels and had to go look for them. Clearly, there is no desire to provide housekeeping service during the stay even when requested multiple times and promised. Plus they had dirty plates and cutlery to use for breakfast. Unreliable staff and service. Never again.

The staff at Staybridge Auburndale are outstanding! I've stayed here two years in a row. They are exceptionally friendly and helpful. From assistance on the phone prior to my trip to the staff member working the free breakfast, they are very pleasant to interact with. The accommodations are clean and well kept. Access to the outdoor grills is a bonus. Breakfast is always plentiful and well prepared.

I stayed here with two kids and two dogs, the hotel was clean and comfortable, and the staff were kind, welcoming, and very helpful. We all loved the breakfast buffet, and the kids had a great time at the Peppa Pig Theme Park, only 15 minutes away. There is a great playground with a dog park and splash pad very close to the hotel, as well as lots of restaurants.

They have a 6 floor hotel with with 24 seats to eat breakfast people standing every where The breakfast was understaffed when my wife and I got there at 930 there was no eggs no meat very little fruit no syrup for waffles and the plain waffle mix was empty I summary the breakfast might have been good if there was any And a place to eat that didn’t include standing up Night clerk was extremely helpful and seemed to enjoy her job and it showed Day shift desk clerk did not seem to like her job and was very short when ask a question by me and other guest while we were there She asked me how my day was and how I enjoyed the breakfast and when I proceeded to tell her, she basically ignored me and ask how she could help the next customer

Wow! Were to start 😃 Plenty of free parking and plenty to do for walking. There’s an antique shop right next-door very nice. McDonald’s right next to the hotel along with a pizza place. You can walk down to the lake. The coffee is 24 hours free very good. We’re very picky with our coffee Starbucks so that was a nice plus. The room was spacious clean no issues very impressed. The kitchen was a nice size. Plenty of utensils. The TV comes off the walls So you can watch TV on the couch or the bed. The bed was very comfortable. We can stay two nights. Each morning was a different hot breakfast . The parfait area was even better. There was plenty of restaurants things to do in the area walking distance walk. The pool is small but, it’s great if you have kids because, it only goes to 5 foot. And, Vicky the front deck was awesome and so helpful. She was the best Thank you!

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were very clean, had full kitchen that was Great except no trash can. Only had 1 small in living area and 1small in bathroom .The nights we stayed they were at full capacity and breakfast was so busy we did not have a good breakfast
