The beds were extremely comfortable. The pool had an oily film on the top of the water so we only went in the hot tub that was a huge disappointment. The jets don’t work and the water is only warm.

The pool is ice cold and so is the HOT TUB. Its cold water. We asked severaltimes for then to fix it, was told it was resplved and the hot tub was still cold..we chise this hotel for my wifes chronic pain issues to have the hot tub to help. We ended up leaving a day early and the hotel refudes to give us a refund through expedia.

I stopped by the desk to tell them the shower gel was empty and the heating unit was as loud as someone starting a car; they told me to come back to the desk later on my way back in (why later?). When I came back they had one person working the desk and a line of more than a dozen people waiting (which was the case all weekend) so I gave up. Half of the elevators were closed for repair. Room was not clean: whitish stains on the dresser and red stain on the wall. Avoid this place.

Upon arriving the lobby was very pretty and newly renovated. It ended there. The room was dated, beat up and filthy. Tiles had dirty shoe marks, carpet had plastic pieces and food everywhere . There were food wrapper and junk behind the mattresses. Every surface was sticky including drip marks on the table and coffee area. It was clear theroom had not been cleaned at all. Parking was also a hassle. I have never been disappointed by a Hilton until now

This property was awful. We found so much mold in our room that we actually barley even slept because we were so concerned about it. The front desk staff were awful and just said “oh” didn’t offer to change our room. Would tell everyone to stay away from this hotel

Blood on our sheets. Like you should have seen this while you were making the bed stains. Stains on the duvet, almost looks like pee spots. Curtains head stains the chair head stains the wall had splatters of soda on it. The bathroom clearly was not clean there were spots all over the floor in the bathroom. The carpet was extremely dirty. The hallway looked the same. The pool was decent. No towels. Waited for staff for 20 minutes to tell them about our sheets and gave up. Called Expedia to have them help us and no one came up still. I would never stay at a Hilton again. This is the second time that we've got a dirty room in a different city.

This is one of the dirtiest hotel rooms I have ever stayed in. The overall smell, dust accumulation on surfaces, dusty debri visible on air duct vents, the stains on duvet and towels... total disappointment. The air conditioner ran non stop creating a rain, water dripping noice and it never turned off. The shower had very little water pressure and the shower curtain looked as though it hadnt been changed for several guest stays. I even asked my husband it he thought they give the expedia room rates to the poorest quality rooms they had. The only positive about our two night stay was tge cheaper parking price and the nearness to progressive field.

The hot tub was not working, we waited 5 hours for extra linens for the couch bed, there’s blood on the linens on one of the beds, there’s something on the curtains in the bedroom, there’s mold on the ceiling above the shower head, there’s hair on the ceiling above the bath tub, they tried to charge me for break fast when it was already prepaid with our trip and the desk person wanted to argue about it with me before even checking.

Went to Cleveland to watch a ball game. Hotel is in a great location across from Progressive Field, very convenient for walking to the ballpark. There a re restaurants and bars nearby. The hotel interior could use an update. Bed was comfortable. Room was old and worn. I was expecting a more fresh appearance from the Hilton brand.

We were woken up twice by hotel staff. Once from someone knocking on the door because they thought a lightbulb needed changed and one 8am phone call with a prerecorded message about hotel amenities. The room had zero USB plugs anywhere. I haven’t been in a hotel room without USB plugs since 2010. Every hotel has at least one in a lamp, alarm clock, or even the desk.

Had street view room which was very noisy for quite a while at night with loud music and cars going by. In room fridge squeaked all night. Bathroom door would not stay open. But room was clean and staff very pleasant.

We had a great stay at the Hilton Garden Inn in downtown Cleveland. We were only 1 1/2 miles for the football stadium & Lake Erie. The location was perfect, the hotel was nice…maybe could use a little updating. The fitness center was small but good & we definitely enjoyed the pool which was huge & hot tub. Overall we’d definitely stay again. Location was great, service great; & the breakfast was pretty good too!

The staff was unpleasant to deal with, starting with check-in when the man stated that he had to take a deposit of $100.00 to make sure I don't steal pillows. How insulting! I can assure the hotel that I have never stolen pillows in my life. The check-out was just as nasty, when Deirdra, who did not look professional for her position, refused to answer questions and in fact, didn't even look at us when we spoke to her. She needs to learn some social skills.

Room wasn't ready at 5pm when we checked in. Waited another half hour before room was available. At the front desk, restaurant, cleaning staff, it all appears the place is understaffed. Woman checking us in was very frustrated to be at work. Room and bathroom was dirty, but at least they let us check into it. Awful visit really.

Hotel and room was fine. Parking lot was the problem. 3 cars got broken into, including mine, and one stolen. Supposed to have security over night watching parking. Manager was no help next morning with police and any surveillance video. Convenient to ballpark but going to cost me $800 to fix my car because lot wasn’t safe and secure

Our stay was okay, the area around the hotel is more on the outskirts of downtown and isn’t close to much. Breakfast food variety could be better but the bar/restaurant had great food and service in the evening. The parking lot situation could have been explained, there was no direction on how to enter/exit daily. The room was okay, pillow cases were dirty and the toilet had a weird issue when running but overall it wasn’t a bad stay 3/5

This is a great hotel to stay at if you're going to a Cleveland Guardians baseball game. Yes, you have to pay extra for the parking but it's not too big of a hassle. You just fill out your car information with staff at the front desk and that lets you into the lot. The staff at the front desk was friendly and accommodating, even on a busy gameday. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I stay here anytime I come through Cleveland.

HOTEL WAS CLEAN, $18 FOR BREAKFAST WAS PRICEY !!! NO MAID SERVICE WAS TOLD IT WAS LIKE EVERY OTHER DAY ..YET THE MAID WAS ON THE FLOOR WHEN I LEFT AT 10AM FOR THE DAY, CAME BACK AT 11PM NOTHING CLEAN, NO BED MADE NO CLEAN TOWELS. SAID SOMETHING AT THE DESK, SAID MAID SERVICE IS NOT EVERYDAY !!! WOULD HAVE BEEN NICE TO KNOW THAT !!!

The hotel was SO close to Progressive field, which was AMAZING. We also took a Lyft to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, which was $6.50. The hotel was amazing, met some great people at the bar. Only wished the kitchen could have stayed open a little longer.

I’d give it a higher rating but I paid 400 a nite and breakfast wasn’t included . Thought that was terrible. So just for that my rating is less. Room was ok. Only had one towel in bathroom when we arrived. Ice machine was one floor down. But great location for a baseball game. Oh and they charge for parking for a 400 a nite room. Nickel and dime. Would I stay again? Idk. I will look around better now that I know there are other stays close by the football /baseball fields.

I enjoyed my stay at this downtown location. okay rooms. There is a fee for the breakfast unless you book complimentary. They will cook to order or you can have the buffet. I enjoyed my swim in the pool and the hot tub. $20 for parking. Less than 10 mins from Cleveland Clinic.

Really easy to get to. Nice location. Only negative was that breakfast and parking price was not included. Parking was nearly $30. And breakfast was $18 per person and it was nearly basic breakfast.

Convenience to Progressive Field and around town. Liked the restaurant in the hotel and their staff. Didn’t like the fact that you had to pay $18 pp for the breakfast buffet that you would normally get for free at other Hilton chains.
