La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Cleveland - Airport North

I was in town because I had someone in the ICU at Cleveland Clinic. They were booked out for one day so I originally only booked 2 days. They found out about my situation and made room for me on their booked day and gave me a discount rate so I could afford to stay longer. They are an amazing team

Bed was very uncomfortable. Our room card was only magnetised for one night. Sheets had stains on them. Shower wasn't the cleanest. Walls were very thin. Sheets were also put on the wrong way.

They would not let me check in although I reserved the room but because I had to use my chime credit card they wouldn’t let me pay for the room. I drove 3.5 hours to Cleveland just for them to not let me stay so I ended up going to another hotel that luckily was better and closer to where I needed to be.

First room was unexceptionable. There were black curly hairs when the covers were pulled back and bathroom looked unclean. 2room had stains on one of the top sheet covers. Bathroom floor was sticky. There was someone smoking on the floor. Said something when I went to get the second room. Staff could have cared less. If it wasn’t so late when we arrived, I would have left
