Every member of the staff we encountered was friendly and helpful. The outside courtyard and inside lounge were really nice. The pet friendly feature will ensure our return trips. The breakfast selection could have included more items and the coffee could've been a darker roast, but were also really good. Very pleased!

Though still under construction for our stay, the noise and activity was very minimal. Barely knew anything was happening if you were inside as conscious effort was made to minimally disruptive to guests hotel was very clean, staff was delightful, breakfast was nicely done and there was ample space for breakfast service seating patio was also very nice with the fire pit area and television outside. Pool was too chilly for us to test, but looked very clean and fitness center was nice to have

Room smelled of cigarettes day and night from construction workers & other customers on the same floor. Rooms also smelled musky from old rugs.Very noisy due to construction. No pool or gym. Plus side, staff members were nice and accommodating and rooms were clean and toiletries & supplies were plentiful & we were able to use the hotel facilities (pool & gym), next door-Homewood Suites, which was nice!

Remodeled room, quiet, highway access, great shower, beds are hard but I slept well, a/c works great, Marques at the front desk went above and beyond. Still in the remodel process but it did not affect our stay. Pool was closed but we were prepared for that. We recommend Jim and Nicks BBQ and Wise coffee shop in the area.

Shower was great. Beds were comfy. Plenty of room. Nice continental Breakfast. Staff was really friendly and welcoming. I will stay here again traveling. Parking was great and we felt safe leaving our bags and coolers and all of our stuff in the car.

Loved the fact there was almost continuous cleaning going on in the common areas. Breakfast area was monitored by 2-3 people all during breakfast hours. Even had someone wiping down the trash cans. Breakfast was good. Room and bathroom was clean as well. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great 2 day stay.

We stayed here for a concert in south gas arena. The place is a little far to walk but can be done if it weren’t for the massive under pass and highways. It is very close though and convenient location. Staff were very nice and friendly. Only thing, the shower had hair and soap residue from previous guest. That to me is a NO NO but the rest of the room was very clean.

They were definitely fantastic! The room smelled amazing once we walked in, the AC was already on and turned down (which is excellent in Atlanta heat and humidity), the bed was comfortable, the water pressure was amazing in the shower, the shower was cleaned well, the bathroom and floors were spotless (props to whomever cleaned), the hallways smelled amazing and the carpet was clean. . The hotel was under construction, but we were there for a concert at Gas South Arena. It's so convenient for the arena and we just took an Uber over. There staff were all so friendly and inviting. The night time staff and day shift were all so nice and I will be back! We will always stay here, in the future!

I could hear the "peppy" elevator music in my room at night. The TV appeared to be over a decade old and would pixelate between channel changes. The bed was very squeaky. The staff was super friendly and the room was clean enough, but they definitely need to turn down the elevator music and make some updates.

Toilet set was very low without a grab bar. Unable to find a guide on the tv remote which made it difficult to find something to watch. Need a charging station with USB ports too. Chair was broken in the room. The right arm was loose and u couldn’t lean back in the chair without falling. Also, I couldn’t find a height adjustment on the chair.

Awesome stay. The only issue was that when the room above me flushed their toilet I can hear the water running down the pipes and the toilet actually flushing. I have never heard that before. Not that loud. But overall, the room was great and Isiah the clerk made sure that the stay was good, and I was good with the room. Awesome attention and thanks for the nice stay.

There was a mix up and they overbooked the hotel. However, the lady who seemed to be more senior, or in charge, of the reception desk that night (2/18/23--Her first name starts with an R...), fixed it and took super-good care of our party, coordinating rooms at Homewood Suites next door at the same rate. She’s awesome! Give her a raise NOW!!!

This was a family trip to reward our grandson for being student of the month in his class! From check in & throughout our entire stay, THE STAFF TRULY EXEMPLIFIED beyond EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE all while wearing the WARMEST SMILES😊 We loved absolutely EVERYTHING at the property. Even though the hotel was undergoing renovations, we were not disturbed by any noise at all! The next time we are in this area, let’s just say WE WILL DEFINITELY book here again!!!!!!

We arrived late in the day and even though we had prepaid, they gave away our room. We ended up having to settle for a lesser room with a pull out sofa and no pillow. I had to sleep in the pull out with a towel as a pillow!

Nice hotel, but the staff is extremely rude. I and others there weren't allowed to check in on time as the system was down. And the staff were rude to us! It is hard to believe that such a large company doesn't have a backup plan. I won't stay there again because of the staff. Some companies forget that the customer comes first.

The property was well-maintained. The property was going through remodeling but there was no disruptive noises or inconveniences during our stay. The rooms were spacious enough to accommodate 3 of us in the room. The complimentary breakfast was mediocre. The best part of breakfast was the waffles. Breakfast could be more robust with better options. The rooms & hallways were clean, towels & washcloths were replenished as needed. The location was across from a Mall that was within walking distance, if needed. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would stay at this hotel again.

This was a one night stop on a roadtrip, we got in late and were happy to get up to the room. I think I fell asleep as soon as my head hit the pillow, super comfy bed! The shower smelled strongly of chlorine and the breakfast was fine, would have liked more fruit options.
