Super 8 by Wyndham Ringgold Chattanooga Area

Parking is horrible. Noisy. Some very serious room service issues.

The staff was friendly and the room was easily accessible to our parking space. The room rate was fair for the accommodations. We loved how it was close to everything we needed.

The room was clean. Used coffee filter left in the pot, Bobby pins left on the floor between the bed & window, ice machine out of order (actually for several months) and management wasn’t friendly or responsive

Affordable, quite, cleanliness. The only thing i didn't like was there wasn't enough parking space where my room was located

The pool was closed. Grab and go breakfast was fair.

The property had been recently updated, but we found cigarette burns in the covers of our bed. We also found dead roaches in the room. There is a very limited breakfast(yogurt, cereal, bagel, milk jug sitting on counter).Also, $100 deposit required at checkin. There were several men drinking all night outside their rooms and cigarette butts were everywhere outside our room when we left. Pool was closed. Had been for a while. Weeds growing up around it. Expected more than what we got for what we paid for the room. I would keep driving next time. Girl at checkout seemed more concerned about talking to a friend on her phone than dealing with our concerns at checkout. She was talking on the phone the entire time we were trying to find something edible for breakfast. Bagels( no bread), cereal in rotating bins, but milk jig was literally sitting on counter( not iced). I did not eat anything. My husband and son had yogurt.

Very clean

First, when we checked in we were not provided with a key card for the room. Front clerk had to open door because ran ourlt of keys. Once in the room there was a bug in the bed. The shower handle did not work. Had to call for service because could not shut off the water. Room smelled of smoke and humidity.

Price isn’t worth for stay because dirty toilet didn’t clean so I cleaned it also some glass on black chair floor dirty breakfast not great drawer damaged shower isn’t hot enough I will not back that hotel old refrigerator

The room was dirty, food on the remote for the tv. Box monted to the back of the tv so you had to stand to the side to change channels. Front desk clerk acted like you were bothering her asking any questions regarding room. Wet spot on the floor of the room. Will not stay here again.

The room smelled like smoke. Dead cockroaches in front of some rooms. Super gross. Didn't even want to shower there.

Quick checking, pleasant staff and nice rooms. Very clean and modern.

This was the worst stay in a motel I have EVER had. Across all my travels, foreign or domestic this Super 8 takes the cake! You should be so proud. I walked into our room and it was at least 80 degrees. It was about 40 degrees out so we opened the door and turned the A/C on high. Two hours later it was still smokin hot in the room, and we noticed the floors were actually hot. Now I may not always be the brightest bulb on the tree, but pretty sure super 8 motels don’t have in-floor heat! The floor were so hot I could feel it through my shoes! I got a bit nervous thinking if it’s this hot in our room, what could it be like in the room below us? Is the whole place gonna blow up in the middle of the night? I went downstairs to the room right below us and found an extension cord going into it from the room next door. Plastic was all around the doorframe, like they closed the door on a bunch of garbage bags. As I stood there looking at this, it hit me. They are superheating the room to get rid of bedbugs! Great. I confirmed this with the night person at the front desk, after 3 or 4 questions she finally admitted they had a bed bug problem in the room below me and were trying to get rid of them. We went back and forth, me telling her the room has been 80 degrees for the past four hours with the air cranked, theres no way we’re going to sleep and her telling me there’s nothing she can do. No offer to give me my money back. Nothing.

It was nice n quiet

My stay at the “bates motel” super 8 was the worst night of my life. Was afraid to turn off the lights but stepped on a large bug anyway. The furniture is typical of what you find at the curb on trash day. Bedspread should have been trashed 30 years ago. Somewhat clean but a dump never less. Wouldn’t bring any suitcases in. Noise outside was unbearable all night long. Even a train with horn in the middle of the night. My advice is sleep in your car at a rest stop. Way better.

Terrible. They told my wife that her reservation of two standard beds had been booked earlier that day ( yet they showed it available on their website after telling her it wasn't). Therefore she and our son ( who is 11) had to share a single king-size bed room they offered her. She was exhausted the next day.

Comfortable motel. No complaints other than bright light outside room which seems to be pretty common now. Bed was comfortable. Quiet place.

If you’re looking for quiet, this is not the place. The hotel is on a busy intersection and right next to a fire/police/ambulance station—sirens blared multiple times a day. Add in traffic and loud cars, and it was impossible to get restful sleep. Definitely not a relaxing stay

Broken tv and dirty

Room was good but tv was confusing to work. The remote only worked if you manually turned the tv on and put it on the right input but other than that it was just fine for a night away from the kids

Shelly was so nice! Every member of staff is very respectful. I have seen the efforts of the staff and I got the sense of proper management and accountability when issues arise.

Came in late after being on the road all day. Front desk clerk was extremely courteous and helpful. It was an exceptional Oasis on a long trip.

We had got ready for the day and went down to leave at our vehicle we discovered we had left my wife's medication in the room refrigerator due to her high sugar alarm. Went back up and the key would not open the door, went back downstairs to get her key and it would not open the door. went to front desk found no one waited several minutes started knocking on two doors that said private no one. After about 6 or so minutes started calling no one answered. I then looked up a number for Motel 8 and ask them to get someone to the front desk in Ringgold Ga, after about 10 minutes someone finally walked in from wherever she had been, she tried her key, and it would not work. She went back and got a master key and opened the door, my wife is a diabetic and we were delayed giving her the medicine she needed due to her sugar being high. after giving her shot, I went back in and ask her to cancel the second night, and I expect a full refund. Some of the staff here are truly great, even while working through a few hurdles. The manager clearly cares and puts in a lot of effort to support the team and ensure guests feel welcome

Easy checkin and great service

This hotel has a terrific staff that is well managed. I go and ask for something (towels, shampoo, etc) and they spring into action! It is very obvious that this hotel truly cares about their guests and their comfort. Highly recommended!

This location is a great spot for easy dining. Plenty to choose from—fast food, Mexican, Cracker Barrel, and many more—all very close by.

They said there was breakfast, but there wasn't any. They never cleaned the room.if we asked for towels trash bags coffee they would give it do us. Desk people were friendly.

Very nice, but not for breakfast

Just thought the breakfast could have been better. No milk for the cereal. No bread for toast. Coffee bad not hot no tasteThis wasat 745 am
