Convenient. Attractive lobby. Room was spacious and sparse. Floor had lots of scuff marks. May have been clean. Maybe not. No coffee maker in room only in lobby. Coffee maker was Costa but coffee did not tase like. Posts. Very weak. Also ice machine only in lobby and no insulated ice buckets. Just a small plastic box. Overall nice looking but not sure it was worth the price.

Brand new place. Very nice and reasonably priced EXCEPT they do charge 50.00 for each pet. That was no disclosed on Expedia site so I was a bit shocked as I have 2 well behaved dogs. I thought that fee was a bit unreasonable.. otherwise it was a nice place. Good breakfast and coffe 24 hours

Pros and Cons Pros: The hotel room was in great shape, very clean and up to date. The hotel its self was very nice looking with good hotel staff. Check in was fast and easy as was check out. The beds were very comfortable with a decent blanket ( not just a thin beadspread). The bedsheets wear upscale, crisp yet soft. Cons: The elevators could use a little better cleaning. Breakfast was so so ( offered bananas, yogurt, cereal, hot folded over egg, hot jimmy dean mcmuffin). There was no microwave in the room. No coffee maker. No cups in room for water. The hot water never got really hot but was enough for a decent shower ( I like hot showers in the winter months). Weighing the pros and cons: If we are ever needing a room in Ringgold again this would be our pick for a hotel. Definitely a keeper in our GPS.

Quiet area with a really nice dog area to let your pet out. Ed, who worked the front desk in the evening, was fantastic. Elevator were a little buggy - they would open after you already got in, but amenities otherwise worked.

,Great hotel staff, comfy beds, hard and soft pillows, large rooms, great free breakfast, fresh coffee. So accommodating. A few negatives- literally right next to the highway so our room was fairly loud and the bathroom floor in our room was filthy...there was hair everywhere...different colors and different lengths, so clearly hadn't been cleaned in awhile. I ended up wet mopping it myself with a hand towel.

Spent five nights and are room was not serviced even once. After the second night we inquired at the desk about why are room was not serviced and they said they typically only service the rooms every third day. The person at the desk maid a note for the staff the next day to service our room but they never did. We had to go to the desk twice during our visit to get extra towels and toilet paper.

Awesome hotel! Affordable near Chattanooga but still in GA prices are better than near lookout mountain 15 min drive to all historic places parks and museums! Recommended! Super clean! Great personnel amazing breakfast! Right off highway 24.

Aside from our upstairs neighbors children rolling the desk chair back and forth while we were trying to sleep, we were invaded by lady bugs in the room and I don’t mean just a few. The phones were down apparently all night according to the desk. We shared our concerns about the lady bugs, they actually came and looked at the room, and it was significant enough the said they were closing the room off when we checked out. My information was taken and I never heard from the manager that she stated would be in touch. There were clusters on the ceiling, in the corners, and dive bombing us all night. I hope I don’t experience that again. My kiddo is petrified of bugs.

Stayed there overnight while headed to Florida. Newer updated hotel. Pretty noisy from the trucks as it’s close to the highway - not ideal for light sleepers. Customer service at check in was less than satisfactory. Room was clean with the exception of lady bugs throughout the room. Breakfast included was great! Stayed there again overnight a few days later on our way back. Room was not clean floor was filthy, there was grass, peanuts, food and dead lady bugs everywhere. Customer service at the desk was much better, breakfast again was great and for the cost was a good deal. Hopefully the 2nd room experience was a one off. Would stay again !

Wow, the highway traffic noise echoes through room windows. Discovered that the air-conditioning caused vibration/humm on bed, so had to shut off. Breakfast was kinda different. They had basic options and some breakfast sandwiches like jimmy dean type. The breakfast area was bright and nice. I will not stay at this location again.

This was an over night traveling stay arrived 7pm out 6am. It’s a noisy hotel to soft pillows for me. Everything is new clean and nice rooms have no microwave or coffee but available in lobby. Nice hotel just not my type but good price

The hotel seemed brand new. The beds were comfortable and the price was terrific. I liked the grab and go breakfast. My only complaint was that our room faced the interstate and it was very noisy. Next time I would ask for a different room.

This is a new hotel, really wanted to like it but it fell short. It’s okay as far as value but unfortunately it wasn’t the cleanest or the quietest. Very small rooms, (econo, which was expected) bed was comfortable. However floors were kinda dirty and so was the bathroom. We traveled with our dog, they had a small pet walking area. I’m a very light sleeper and I am always thankful for a hotel that is soundproofed and has quiet rooms. Unfortunately this hotel was not one of them. Because of this I didn’t sleep very well. This also kept our dog awake. Breakfast was grab and go which we knew upon booking. In my opinion the selection for grab and go was pretty decent.

Everything was almost perfect. Only complaint was the guy that checked us in on Friday night wasn’t very friendly. But he could have been having a bad night. The hotel was very clean, sheets smelled so fresh!! Bed was comfortable. Room was cozy and a lot of room. We will definitely stay again if given the chance!

I screwed up and booked the wrong night through Expedia. Long story short, the front desk agent, Chris Harris helped be handle it with no pain or hesitation. Standup guy for sure. And the place is nice, clean, and comfortable.

Hate leaving so-so reviews, but the front desk staff was not particularly friendly — especially the guy who checked us in when we arrived around 7pm (grumpy, not saying hello or anything kind). The room was clean and well stocked, but we had an unpleasant surprise when we discovered the toilet was not fully anchored to the floor and could rock back and forth. Reported this to front desk staff during checkout and no one offered so much as an apology for the inconvenience — which I reported in a friendly manner. Would have given this location a 5-star review if the staff had been nicer.

We were just passing through, but had a great experience. The gentleman at the front desk was very friendly and welcoming. Our room was clean, and the beds were extremely comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!

Word of caution: this location has problems taking third party booking. Multiple others arrived at the hotel using Expedia, other booking apps. The hotel had no records of the reservation. After an hour with Expedia trying to get the hotel to take the reservation I had to book directly with the hotel and get refund from Expedia. The clerks this morning explained that IHG computers don’t send the Expedia or third party app reservations thru. Sometimes the hotel clerk can call IGh and get it directly “pushed” thru. But the IHG system does not sent the reservations without asking. The clerk who checked me either did not know that or did not want to tell me he could that. He kept telling me it was Expedia fault. Although multiple other people with other travel site bookings had the same problem. He only seemed to want have book with the hotel itself. Hotel itself was clean and safe. But given the issues with booking won’t be back.

The girl who checked me in wasnt all too professional and at night I could hear kids stomping around. I called desk and they handled the noise issue. However this is a brand new hotel...why are the walls this criminally thin?

The staff and cleanliness and comfort of rooms was wonderful. Loved the spacious updated bathroom. A hot breakfast was lacking in variety. The coffee was provided 24 hrs because no coffee makers in room which wasn’t a big deal. I never use it anyways. The coffee machine grinds beans and brews fresh every cup. It was very good. The staff were there to clean tables that had been used right away - was impressed. Did have drinks and snacks for purchase at check-in area. $$$

We had a one night stay during our trip back to Florida, where we live. We had never stayed at an avid hotel before, but will definitely book with them again. The facilities are new and in excellent condition. The room was very clean and well designed. The bed was comfortable with soft sheets and great pillows. The staff was very nice to deal with. The breakfast provided multiple options and good coffee. (When we were there, they had sausage, egg, & cheese biscuits, small omelettes, bagels, muffins, fruit, cereal, oatmeal, & yogurt, as well but as a few other items.). If you prefer a larger meal, Cracker Barrel is right next door. Definitely a positive experience. Highly recommend!

Grabbed this hotel when we needed some sleep on a long road trip. So glad we did! Less than 2 years old - everything is modern, shiny, and clean. Great breakfast spread with pre made Jimmy dean breakfast sandwiches, several types of fruit, yogurt, bagels, and an awesome Costa coffee high tech coffee machine. This hotel will become our regular stopping spot on our long drives to Florida - so convenient and close to highway 75.

No breakfast to speak of, only cereal/generic bars/egg white omelets. The omelets are premade and gross. no soap in the bathroom or shower. Overall ok, but advertising for breakfast with nothing to eat??
